本发明公开了一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,包括聚酯毡胎基;浸涂于聚酯毡胎基上面和下面的具有水泥反应活性的橡胶沥青自粘层;搭接粘贴于位于聚酯毡胎基上面的橡胶沥青自粘层一侧边缘的自粘附加条;覆盖于橡胶沥青自粘层上,远离聚酯毡胎基一侧表面的硅油隔离膜,本发明所提供的自粘改性沥青防水卷材提高了防水施工操作的便捷性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑防水材料技术领域,特别涉及一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材在建筑工程中被普遍使用,材料性能对防水质量具有直接影响,现有技术中的防水卷材一般采用干铺法,需要通过粘结剂做基层处理,对基层的平整度有一定的要求,这种情况下对施工的便捷性造成一定的影响。
综上所述,如何进一步改进防水卷材的结构,以提高防水施工的便捷性,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,能够提高防水施工的便捷性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,包括:
聚酯毡胎基;
浸涂于所述聚酯毡胎基上面和下面具有水泥反应活性的橡胶沥青自粘层;
搭接粘贴于位于所述聚酯毡胎基上面的所述橡胶沥青自粘层一侧边缘的自粘附加条;
覆盖于所述橡胶沥青自粘层上,远离所述聚酯毡胎基一侧表面的硅油隔离膜。
优选的,所述自粘附加条的宽度为18-20cm,与所述橡胶沥青自粘层的搭接宽度为9-10cm。
本发明所提供的自粘改性沥青防水卷材,以优质的聚酯毡为胎基,上下表面均浸涂具有水泥反应活性的橡胶沥青自粘层,聚酯毡与沥青的相容性更强,保证了材料具有更好的防水性能,橡胶沥青自粘层保证了冷施工的可行性,无需热熔,采用湿铺法可以直接在潮湿的基面施工,不受天气影响全天候施工,可以在雨季施工,可以用水泥灰浆最做为粘结层,无需做水泥浆找平层,不需要传统防水材料必需的基层处理剂,且一侧边缘设置有用于密封卷材间连接缝的自粘附加条,有铺设过程中可一次性实现相邻卷材间的搭接铺设和搭接边处的密封,能够减少施工工序,方便快捷,提高了防水施工操作的便捷性。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,提高防水施工操作的便捷性。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请结合图1,图1为本发明所提供的自粘改性沥青防水卷材结构示意图。
本发明所提供的一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,包括聚酯毡胎基1、橡胶沥青自粘层2、自粘附加条3和硅油隔离膜4。
橡胶沥青自粘层2浸涂于聚酯毡胎基1的上下表面,自粘附加条3搭接粘贴于位于聚酯毡胎基1上面的橡胶沥青自粘层2一侧边缘,硅油隔离膜4覆盖于橡胶沥青自粘层2远离聚酯毡胎基1一侧的表面,作为结构最外层的防粘隔离膜。
本发明所提供的自粘改性沥青防水卷材,以优质的聚酯毡为胎基,上下表面均浸涂具有水泥反应活性的橡胶沥青自粘层2,聚酯毡与沥青的相容性更强,保证了材料具有更好的防水性能,橡胶沥青自粘层2保证了冷施工的可行性,无需热熔,采用湿铺法可以直接在潮湿的基面施工,不受天气影响全天候施工,可以在雨季施工,可以用水泥灰浆最做为粘结层,无需做水泥浆找平层,不需要传统防水材料必需的基层处理剂,且一侧边缘设置有用于密封卷材间连接缝的自粘附加条3,在铺设过程中可一次性实现相邻卷材间的搭接铺设和搭接边处的密封,能够减少施工工序,方便快捷,提高了防水施工操作的便捷性。
为了保证相邻铺设的卷材间连接缝密封的可靠性,自粘附加条3的宽度设置为18-20cm,与橡胶沥青自粘层2的搭接宽度为9-10cm。
通过湿铺法建造的防水结构,由于水泥灰浆得到了充分养护,卷材底面层与水泥浆牢固地粘结,有效地避免了“窜水”的发生。即使卷材局部遭受破坏,也会将水限定在很小范围内,便于检修。无需基层处理剂和粘结剂,避免了环境污染。尤其适用于施工环境潮湿的洞库、地铁等防水工程,
施工过程中,既可采用湿铺法也可采用干铺法和预铺反粘法,采用湿铺法可在潮湿基面施工,其中干燥基层需用水湿润,铺贴卷材时应用橡皮板或压辊将卷材下的空气排除并压实卷材,搭接缝采用自粘附加条密封,采用干铺法,需要先做基层处理,涂刷一层专用粘结剂。

1.一种自粘改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,包括:
聚酯毡胎基(1);
浸涂于所述聚酯毡胎基(1)上面和下面的具有水泥反应活性的橡胶沥青自粘层(2);
搭接粘贴于位于所述聚酯毡胎基(1)上面的所述橡胶沥青自粘层(2)一侧边缘的自粘附加条(3);
覆盖于所述橡胶沥青自粘层(2)上,远离所述聚酯毡胎基(1)一侧表面的硅油隔离膜(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的自粘改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述自粘附加条(3)的宽度为18-20cm,与所述橡胶沥青自粘层(2)的搭接宽度为9-10cm。
