Abstract

本发明公开了一种卸料槽，包括槽道，槽道两侧设有挡板，槽道的底部为圆弧形，挡板底部为7字形，所述挡板顶部设有挂件。本发明与传统技术相比，挂件的设计使得封头与卸料槽之间的连接高度可以通过螺栓来旋紧调节，在槽道顶部设计落料板能够更好地促使物料落入槽道内。

本发明属于封头制造领域，具体涉及一种卸料槽。
背景技术
卸料槽作为水泥车上的一个必须配备的一个配件，在卸料时对接水泥车使用，由于卸料槽与水泥车的封头不是同时制成的，导致卸料槽与封头接触处接缝不平整，容易造成物料从缝隙中掉落，影响环境造成材料污染。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种卸料槽。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种卸料槽，包括槽道，槽道两侧设有挡板，槽道的底部为圆弧形，挡板底部为7字形，所述挡板顶部设有挂件。
其中，所述挂件顶部为挂环，顶部为带有内螺纹的沉孔。
其中，所述槽道顶部设有三角形落料板。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，挂件的设计使得封头与卸料槽之间的连接高度可以通过螺栓来旋紧调节，在槽道顶部设计落料板能够更好地促使物料落入槽道内。

1.一种卸料槽，其特征在于，包括槽道（1），槽道（1）两侧设有挡板（2），槽道（1）的底部为圆弧形，挡板（2）底部为7字形，所述挡板（2）顶部设有挂件（3）。
