背景技术
目前,燕麦米的食用方法大都是加工成燕麦片食用,也有人将其做成发酵食品,但只是具营养价值,缺乏特殊保健功能,另外,口感也不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能增强人体免疫力口感又好的淮山燕麦米保健食品。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种能增强人体免疫力口感又好的淮山燕麦米保健食品,由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成:
淮山粉10-15
燕麦米80-85
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3。
所述淮山粉,是将淮山干片打成粉制成,淮山含有大量的蛋白质、各种维生素和有益的微量元素,具有健脾健脑、防止血管粥样硬化等增强体质的活性成分,有“神仙之食”的美名。
所述罗汉果香甜晶,保留了罗汉果的药用价值,口感清甜,有一种特殊的香气,甜度约为蔗糖的8-10倍。
所述根霉孢子粉为一种发酵菌,为现有技术。
本保健食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方用料重量份配比称料;
(2)将燕麦米用清水泡胀;
(3)将泡胀的燕麦米煮熟,冷却,与淮山粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;
(4)将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中,封口,并在袋面上打孔,然后
(5)在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天,即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
所得食材保鲜期4-5天,应趁鲜食用,或烘干加工成休闲食品。
本产品不仅营养丰富,易消化吸收,口感香甜,而且还含有淮山、罗汉果的活性成份,具有增强人体免疫力的功效。
具体实施方式
一种能增强人体免疫力口感又好的淮山燕麦米保健食品,其配方原料及用料重量份配比为:
淮山粉15,燕麦米85,根霉孢子粉0.2,罗汉果香甜晶2,
其制备方法是:
1、将燕麦米用清水浸泡7小时,使其泡胀;
2、将泡胀的燕麦米煮熟,冷却;
3、将冷却后的燕麦米与淮山粉、根霉孢子粉、罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;然后
4、将拌匀的混合物装入扁平的食品袋中,封口,在食品袋面上打15个通气孔;
5、置于28℃的环境中,发酵30小时即成。

1.一种能增强人体免疫力口感又好的淮山燕麦米保健食品,其特征是:由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成:
淮山粉10-15
燕麦米80-85
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征是:采用包括如下步骤的方法制成:
(1)按配方用料重量份配比称料;
(2)将燕麦米用清水泡胀;
(3)将泡胀的燕麦米煮熟,冷却,与淮山粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;
(4)将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中,封口,并在袋面上打孔,然后
(5)在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天,即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
