本发明公开了一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品,由按重量份配比计的葛根粉15-20,绿豆70-80,根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3,罗汉果香甜晶2-3经发酵制成。本产品不仅营养丰富,易消化吸收,口感香甜,而且还含有葛根、罗汉果的活性成份,具有增强人体免疫力的功效。

本发明涉及食品,具体是一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品。
背景技术
目前,绿豆的食用方法是煮汤或加工成粉丝,也有人将其做成发酵食品,但只是具营养价值,缺乏特殊保健功能,另外,口感也不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品,由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成:
葛根粉15-20
绿豆70-80
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3。
所述葛根粉,是由葛根分离出的淀粉,为现有技术。葛根含有12%的黄酮类物质,包括大豆甙、大豆甙元、葛根素等,黄酮类物质具有扩张血管、疏通血管、保护心脑血管及增强机体抗病能力、抗衰延年的作用。
所述罗汉果香甜晶,保留了罗汉果的药用价值,口感清甜,有一种特殊的香气,甜度约为蔗糖的8-10倍。
所述根霉孢子粉为一种发酵菌,为现有技术。
本保健食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方用料重量份配比称料;
(2)将绿豆用清水泡胀;
(3)将泡胀的绿豆煮熟,冷却,与葛根粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;
(4)将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中,封口,并在袋面上打孔,然后
(5)在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天,即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
所得食材保鲜期4-5天,应趁鲜食用,或烘干加工成休闲食品。
本产品不仅营养丰富,易消化吸收,口感香甜,而且还含有葛根、罗汉果的活性成份,具有增强人体免疫力的功效。
具体实施方式
一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品,其配方原料及用料重量份配比为:
葛根粉20,绿豆75,根霉孢子粉0.2,罗汉果香甜晶2,
其制备方法是:
1、将绿豆用清水浸泡7小时,使其泡胀;
2、将泡胀的绿豆煮熟,冷却;
3、将冷却后的绿豆与葛根粉、根霉孢子粉、罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;然后
4、将拌匀的混合物装入扁平的食品袋中,封口,在食品袋面上打15个通气孔;
5、置于28℃的环境中,发酵30小时即成。

1.一种有保护心脑血管功效口感又好的葛根绿豆保健食品,其特征是:由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成:
葛根粉15-20
绿豆70-80
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征是:采用包括如下步骤的方法制成:
(1)按配方用料重量份配比称料;
(2)将绿豆用清水泡胀;
(3)将泡胀的绿豆煮熟,冷却,与葛根粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀;
(4)将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中,封口,并在袋面上打孔,然后
(5)在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天,即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
