背景技术
墙纸,也称为壁纸,它是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为墙纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。壁纸分为很多类,如涂布壁纸、覆膜壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆的室内装修等。墙纸的原料一般是木头、竹子等,由于应用广泛,墙纸的使用量越来越多,原料紧缺,导致树木、竹林遭到过度的滥伐,资源过度利用。

本发明的一个目的是解决上述问题,并提供一种多功能环保型墙纸,本发明多功能环保型墙纸采用旧衣服、废木料和黄麻作为纤维基料,有效利于资源,避免资源浪费,达到环保效果。

一种多功能环保型墙纸,所述多功能环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服20-30份、废木料10-20份、黄麻10-20份、纳米氧化锌2-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份、硫化钠2-8份、氢氧化钠10-25份、玉米淀粉5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-3份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1-2份、偶氮二异丁腈1-2份、去离子水60-100份、乙酸乙酯20-30份。

步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将黄麻去除心只留黄麻皮,然后采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的黄麻皮进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的黄麻皮粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、黄麻皮与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将玉米淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与聚二甲基硅氧烷混合放入反应釜,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述多功能环保型墙纸。

实施例1:
一种多功能环保型墙纸,所述多功能环保型墙纸由以下重量份(kg)材料制成:旧衣服20份、废木料10份、黄麻10份、纳米氧化锌2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、硫化钠2份、氢氧化钠10份、玉米淀粉5份、丙烯酸丁酯2份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈1份、去离子水60份、乙酸乙酯20份。
上述的多功能环保型墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将20kg旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将10kg黄麻去除心只留黄麻皮,0.5kg氢氧化钠与9.5kg水混合得到5%的氢氧化钠溶液,然后采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的黄麻皮进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的黄麻皮粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、黄麻皮与10kg废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入30.5kg去离子水、2kg硫化钠、7.5kg氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;

步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将黄麻去除心只留黄麻皮,0.5kg氢氧化钠与9.5kg去离子水混合得到5%的氢氧化钠溶液,然后采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的黄麻皮进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的黄麻皮粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、黄麻皮与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;纳米高压脉冲粉碎机的工作电压为30-40kv,脉冲波数为20-30;超声波工作的频率为50-100赫兹;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将玉米淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与聚二甲基硅氧烷混合放入反应釜,反应釜的真空度为0.8-0.9Mpa,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述多功能环保型墙纸。
实施例4
一种多功能环保型墙纸,所述多功能环保型墙纸由以下重量份(kg)材料制成:旧衣服25份、废木料15份、黄麻12份、纳米氧化锌3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、硫化钠4份、氢氧化钠20份、玉米淀粉7份、丙烯酸丁酯3.5份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、去离子水100份、乙酸乙酯25份;所述活性氧化锌粒径≤50纳米。
上述的多功能环保型墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将黄麻去除心只留黄麻皮,0.5kg氢氧化钠与9.5kg水混合得到5%的氢氧化钠溶液,然后采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的黄麻皮进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的黄麻皮粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、黄麻皮与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;纳米高压脉冲粉碎机的工作电压为30-40kv,脉冲波数为20-30;超声波工作的频率为50-100赫兹;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将玉米淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与聚二甲基硅氧烷混合放入反应釜,反应釜的真空度为0.8-0.9Mpa,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述多功能环保型墙纸。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (7)
1.一种多功能环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述多功能环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服20-30份、废木料10-20份、黄麻10-20份、纳米氧化锌2-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份、硫化钠2-8份、氢氧化钠10-25份、玉米淀粉5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-3份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1-2份、偶氮二异丁腈1-2份、去离子水60-100份、乙酸乙酯20-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述多功能环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服25份、废木料15份、黄麻12份、纳米氧化锌3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、硫化钠4份、氢氧化钠20份、玉米淀粉7份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、去离子水80份、乙酸乙酯25份。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述活性氧化锌粒径≤50纳米。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述玉米淀粉与丙烯酸丁酯的重量比为2∶1。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一所述的多功能环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将黄麻去除心只留黄麻皮,然后采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的黄麻皮进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的黄麻皮粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、黄麻皮与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将玉米淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、玉米淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和玉米淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与聚二甲基硅氧烷混合放入反应釜,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述多功能环保型墙纸。
6.如权利要求5所述的多功能环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,纳米高压脉冲粉碎机的工作电压为30-40kv,脉冲波数为20-30;超声波工作的频率为50-100赫兹。
7.如权利要求5所述的多功能环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,反应釜的真空度为0.8-0.9Mpa。
