本发明公开了一种新型面料配方,包括面层、涂料层、底层和底柸;所述面层包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份、二甲基甲酰胺35份、乙酸乙酯20份、有机色料35份;所述中间涂料层聚氨酯包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、有机色料20份;所述底层包括聚氨酯和二甲基甲酰胺;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺35份;所述底柸为浸透聚氨酯的超细纤维无纺布;本发明具有高耐老化性,能有效延长面料的使用寿命;耐光照性,减缓面料因阳光的照射而产生的老化的速度。

一种新型面料配方及制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种新型面料配方及制作方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
面料分为:
(1)梭织面料
也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹、斜纹、缎纹三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。主要有雪纺、牛津布、牛仔布、斜纹布、法兰绒、花缎等。
(2)针织面料
用织针将纱线或长丝构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成,由于针织物的线圈结构特征,单位长度内储纱量较多,因此大多有很好的弹性。针织面料有单面和双面之分。主要有汗布、天鹅绒、鸟眼布、网眼布等。
针织面料可分为纬编针织物与经编针织物两大类。
①纬编针织面料是将纱线由纬向喂入,同一根纱线顺序的弯曲成圈并相互串套而成的面料。最常见的毛衣即为纬编针织物。
②经编针织面料线圈的串套方向正好与纬编相反,是一组或几组平行排列的纱线,按经向喂入,弯曲成圈并相互串套。
现有的面料中,仅仅是线或丝的组合,长时间使用,易老化,尤其是在阳光照射下,加速老化过程,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种新型面料配方及制作方法,防老化,耐光照,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种新型面料配方,包括面层、涂料层、底层和底柸;所述面层包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份、二甲基甲酰胺35份、 乙酸乙酯20份、有机色料35份;所述中间涂料层聚氨酯包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、有机色料20份;所述底层包括聚氨酯和二甲基甲酰胺;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺35份;所述底柸为浸透聚氨酯的超细纤维无纺布。
一种新型面料配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料的称取;步骤二,底层的制备;步骤三,涂料层的制备;步骤四,面层的制备;步骤五,制作成品;其中:
在步骤一中,按照配方中重量比称取材料,聚氨酯300份、二甲基甲酰胺105份、 乙酸乙酯45份、有机色料55份;
在步骤二中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份与溶液混合均匀,将底柸置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层的半成品;
在步骤三中,取二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料20份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤二中得到的具有底层的半层品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层和涂料层的半成品;
在步骤四中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、乙酸乙酯20份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料35份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤三中得到的具有底层和涂料层的半成品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品;
在步骤五中,将步骤四中得到的具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品,清除表层多余部分,剔除不合格品,得到成品,密封保存。
进一步,所述聚氨酯为全聚醚型聚氨酯。
进一步,所述步骤二、步骤三和步骤四中,浸泡的最佳时间为3~4h。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明具有高耐老化性,能有效延长面料的使用寿命,减少成本、节约资源;耐光照性,减缓面料因阳光的照射而产生的老化的速度,扩大面料的使用范围;制备方法简单、操作方便、成本较低、易于推广。

在步骤二中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份与溶液混合均匀,将底柸置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层的半成品;
在步骤三中,取二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料20份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤二中得到的具有底层的半层品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层和涂料层的半成品;
在步骤四中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、乙酸乙酯20份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料35份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤三中得到的具有底层和涂料层的半成品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品;
在步骤五中,将步骤四中得到的具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品,清除表层多余部分,剔除不合格品,得到成品,密封保存。
进一步,所述聚氨酯为全聚醚型聚氨酯。
进一步,所述步骤二、步骤三和步骤四中,浸泡的最佳时间为3~4h。
全聚醚型聚氨酯:具有高耐老化性和耐光照性。
综上所述,本发明具有高耐老化性,能有效延长面料的使用寿命,减少成本、节约资源;耐光照性,减缓面料因阳光的照射而产生的老化的速度,扩大面料的使用范围;制备方法简单、操作方便、成本较低、易于推广。

1.一种新型面料配方,包括面层、涂料层、底层和底柸;其特征在于:所述面层包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份、二甲基甲酰胺35份、乙酸乙酯20份、有机色料35份;所述中间涂料层聚氨酯包括聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯和有机色料;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、有机色料20份;所述底层包括聚氨酯和二甲基甲酰胺;其重量比为:聚氨酯100份;二甲基甲酰胺35份;所述底柸为浸透聚氨酯的超细纤维无纺布。
2.一种新型面料配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料的称取;步骤二,底层的制备;步骤三,涂料层的制备;步骤四,面层的制备;步骤五,制作成品;其特征在于:
S1.在步骤一中,按照配方中重量比称取材料,聚氨酯300份、二甲基甲酰胺105份、 乙酸乙酯45份、有机色料55份;
S2.在步骤二中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份与溶液混合均匀,将底柸置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层的半成品;
S3.在步骤三中,取二甲基甲酰胺40份、乙酸乙酯25份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料20份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤二中得到的具有底层的半层品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有底层和涂料层的半成品;
S4.在步骤四中,取二甲基甲酰胺35份、乙酸乙酯20份、纯净水适量配置成溶液,再取聚氨酯100份、有机色料35份与溶液混合均匀,将步骤三中得到的具有底层和涂料层的半成品置于混合溶液中浸泡2~5h后,取出并晾干,制作成具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品;
S5.在步骤五中,将步骤四中得到的具有面层、涂料层和底层的半成品,清除表层多余部分,剔除不合格品,得到成品,密封保存。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型面料配方,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯为全聚醚型聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型面料配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二、步骤三和步骤四中,浸泡的最佳时间为3~4h。
