本发明公开了一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米电气石粉4‑8,聚乳酸5‑10,聚乙二醇200 1‑2,活性炭3‑5,薄荷香精4‑8,等规聚丙烯50‑70,硅藻土3‑6,十二烷基磺酸钠1‑2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;本发明在无纺布中添加纳米电气石粉,可以达到连续释放负氧离子的效果,应用于汽车内饰时,可以使车内空间清凉舒适,神清气爽,搭配薄荷香精,提神效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布及其制备方法,具体涉及一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,已被广泛用于汽车领域。但是长久待在密闭空间内,人们会觉得头昏脑涨,当来到森林海边、瀑布等地方的时候,我们会觉得神清气爽,这就是空气负离子的作用。空气负离子也叫负氧离子,是指获得多余电子而带负电荷的氧气离子。
蒋颖刚在《含竹炭粉内衬布制备与吸附性能研究》中,利用竹炭粉和非织造布,通过涂层、浸轧等方法,制成多种含竹炭粉非织造衬布。然而,在其应用于汽车内饰时,还存在着不能提供负氧离子、不能释放提神清凉的芳香等有利于行车安全和提供行车舒适空间的不足之处。
发明内容
综合以上的考虑,本发明提供一种无纺布及其配方,目的在于解决当无纺布应用于汽车内饰时,不能连续释放负氧离子,提供更好的车内空间的缺陷。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米电气石粉4-8,聚乳酸5-10,聚乙二醇200 1-2,活性炭3-5,薄荷香精4-8,等规聚丙烯50-70,硅藻土3-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;
所述的一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精的活性炭粉;
c. 将等规聚丙烯、步骤a所得微球、步骤b所得负载薄荷香精的活性炭粉添加到螺杆挤压机进行熔融,再经纺丝、牵伸、成网、热轧后制得无纺布;
d. 将硅藻土加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入羟甲基纤维素钠,调整粘度适中,制得浆液;将步骤c所得无纺布完全浸没于浆液,并放入超声波振荡器中超声 5-10min,取出,采用“二浸二轧”的方法,即充分浸没,用浸轧机轧液,再一次浸没,然后用浸轧机轧液后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
所述的一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤b中所述烘焙机烘焙温度为70-110℃。
本发明的有益效果是:在无纺布中添加纳米电气石粉,可以达到连续释放负氧离子的效果,应用于汽车内饰时,可以使车内空间清凉舒适,神清气爽,搭配薄荷香精,提神效果显著,降低及遏制了疲劳驾驶的危害;利用聚乳酸来包裹纳米电气石粉,不仅防止了纳米电气石粉的破碎和脱落,并且促进了电气石粉与聚丙烯基底的容合与分散,同时聚乳酸具有优良的透气性、透氧性,以及抑菌及抗霉特性,提高了无纺布的抗霉性,延长使用年限;用活性炭来负载薄荷香精,增加了薄荷香精的载入量及空气接触面积,达到更加持久的释放效果,同时引入了活性炭的吸附特性,增加无纺布清洁空气的功能;用硅藻土浆液对无纺布进行涂层,可以有效去除空气中的游离甲醛、苯、氨、VOC等有害物质以及宠物体臭、垃圾所产生的异味,全面解决车内空气污染,明显改善车内环境。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米电气石粉8,聚乳酸10,聚乙二醇200 2,活性炭5,薄荷香精8,等规聚丙烯70,硅藻土6,十二烷基磺酸钠2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;
根据权利要求1所述的一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精的活性炭粉;
c. 将等规聚丙烯、步骤a所得微球、步骤b所得负载薄荷香精的活性炭粉添加到螺杆挤压机进行熔融,再经纺丝、牵伸、成网、热轧后制得无纺布;
d. 将硅藻土加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入羟甲基纤维素钠,调整粘度适中,制得浆液;将步骤c所得无纺布完全浸没于浆液,并放入超声波振荡器中超声 5-10min,取出,采用“二浸二轧”的方法,即充分浸没,用浸轧机轧液,再一次浸没,然后用浸轧机轧液后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
根据权利要求2所述的一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤b中所述烘焙机烘焙温度为70-110℃。
本发明的技术参数为:
单位重量无纺布的甲醛吸附率≥11.09%,苯吸附率≥14.83%,TVOC吸附率≥13.42%。

Claims (3)

1.一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米电气石粉4-8,聚乳酸5-10,聚乙二醇200 1-2,活性炭3-5,薄荷香精4-8,等规聚丙烯50-70,硅藻土3-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可连续释放负氧离子的无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精的活性炭粉;
