本发明为一种绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,去肉、脱脂、与浸酸阶段加强脱脂剂的脱脂效果,具体做法是增加非离子脱脂剂的用量,鞣制工艺先加入锆鞣剂稳定剂与非离子脱脂剂,待稳定剂渗透均匀后,再加入锆鞣剂和提碱剂,完成鞣制工艺。上述绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺在锆鞣剂鞣制之前,通过多工序的脱脂作用,为锆鞣剂渗透做了铺垫;其次,在保证锆鞣剂的鞣性稳定发挥的前提下,利用稳定剂实现锆鞣剂的稳定渗透,使其结合性的发挥处于可控状态;再次,在鞣制时加入起润滑作用的非离子脱脂剂,使刚经过浸酸软化,毛根处于松动状态的毛被不至于被皮与皮之间的摩擦绞动擦落,保证毛被的完整性与绵羊成品皮质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛皮鞣制工艺领域,尤其是一种绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺。
背景技术
绵羊皮鞣制过程:是将绵羊生皮变成熟皮,使之成为可以进行纺织加工的原材料的过程;绵羊皮的鞣制涉及浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸、软化、鞣制、加脂、染色等过程,其中鞣制工序是绵羊皮从生皮变为熟皮的决定一环。
目前绵羊皮鞣制所通用的鞣剂是铬粉,它可以有效提升绵羊皮的收缩温度,使之满足后续加脂染色时的抗高温处理要求,但铬粉中的三价铬容易在自然条件下被氧化为六价铬,六价铬致癌性比三价格高百倍,会对人的身体健康与自然环境产生严重负面影响,因此行业研发人员开发了锆鞣剂作为铬鞣剂的替代材料,锆鞣剂没有生物毒性,不会对人体与环境造成明显负面影响,但传统的锆鞣剂鞣法存在鞣剂吸收困难、鞣剂吸收不均匀、成品耐温不达标、皮板扁薄、手感偏硬的缺点。在本专利中,利用新的工艺方法,不仅使绵羊皮在耐温上达到染色加脂要求,同时使鞣剂吸收均匀,成品手感柔软,染色性好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统锆鞣剂鞣法中的技术不足,提供一种绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺,可以明显提升绵羊皮硝制中锆鞣剂渗透吸收效率、提升成品耐温、改善成品手感。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,所述去肉、脱脂、与浸酸阶段加强脱脂剂的脱脂效果,具体做法是增加非离子脱脂剂的用量,鞣制工艺为:先加入锆鞣剂稳定剂与非离子脱脂剂,待稳定剂渗透均匀后,再加入锆鞣剂和提碱剂,完成鞣制工艺。
上述绵羊皮鞣制工艺的工作原理为:先利用去肉机机械去肉脱脂,再在多个操作工序,使用脱脂剂加强浴液脱脂,为锆鞣剂的渗透扫清障碍;鞣制时先加入锆鞣剂稳定剂与非离子脱脂剂,待稳定剂渗透均匀后,再加入锆鞣剂,可以避免锆鞣剂刚加入就表现出强的结合性,造成表面结合过多,渗透困难的缺陷,同时非离子脱脂剂在此表现出一定润滑作用,减少皮与皮之间的摩擦,保证毛被不被绞落;待锆鞣剂在绵羊皮纤维中渗透均匀后,利用高效提碱剂,使锆鞣剂突破稳定剂的稳定作用,表现出强的结合性,与皮纤维牢固结合,提升皮纤维的稳定性,实现锆鞣剂的稳定渗透与结合的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:首先,在锆鞣剂鞣制之前,通过多工序的脱脂作用,为锆鞣剂渗透做了铺垫;其次,在保证锆鞣剂的鞣性稳定发挥的前提下,利用稳定剂实现锆鞣剂的稳定渗透,使其结合性的发挥处于可控状态;再次,在鞣制时加入起润滑作用的非离子脱脂剂,使刚经过浸酸软化,毛根处于松动状态的毛被不至于被皮与皮之间的摩擦绞动擦落,保证毛被的完整性与绵羊成品皮质量。
具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
正常浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸软化、酸静置;鞣制时,温度30℃,60g/L盐,每张皮8L水;先加入甲酸1-2g/L,转匀后,转停2-3h,待浴液pH稳定在3.0后,加入锆鞣剂伴侣P3020-30g/L,转动2h后,加入锆络合鞣剂50-70g/L,非离子表面活性剂EF-21-2g/L,转动,过夜;次日加入特效络合剂S-7540-50g/L,6-8h后,提碱,用高效提碱剂BBA-3,每次1g/L,间隔1h,提至pH=3.8-4.0,过夜,次日升温至38℃,2-3h后,出皮,静置2天,进行中和加脂与后续干整理操作。

1.一种绵羊毛皮鞣制工艺,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,其特征在于,所述去肉、脱脂、与浸酸阶段加强脱脂剂的脱脂效果,具体做法是增加非离子脱脂剂的用量,鞣制工艺为:先加入锆鞣剂稳定剂与非离子脱脂剂,待稳定剂渗透均匀后,再加入锆鞣剂和提碱剂,完成鞣制工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绵羊毛坯鞣制工艺,其特征在于,所述鞣制工序为:温度30℃,60g/L盐,每张皮8L水;先加入甲酸1-2g/L,转匀后,转停2-3h,待浴液pH稳定在3.0后,加入锆鞣剂稳定剂P3020-30g/L,转动2h后,加入锆络合鞣剂50-70g/L,非离子表面活性剂EF-21-2g/L,转动,过夜;次日加入锆鞣剂S-7540-50g/L,6-8h后,提碱,用高效提碱剂BBA-3,每次1g/L,间隔1h,提至pH=3.8-4.0,过夜,次日升温至38℃,2-3h后,出皮,静置2天,进行中和加脂与后续干整理操作。
