本发明涉及切削液技术领域,尤其涉及一种半合成切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。切削液分为油基金属切削液和水基金属切削液。水基金属切削液有三种类型,分别为乳化油型、合成液型和半合成液型。其中,半合成液型金属切削液同时兼有乳化液良好的润滑性和合成液良好的清洗性特点,又具有合适的极压性能,而得到广泛使用。但是目前市售的半合成金属切削液的渗透性、润滑性、防锈性和稳定性不能相互协调,从而限制了其应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种半合成切削液,本发明粘度适中,渗透性好,防锈性高,润滑性好,保存时间长。
本发明提出的一种半合成切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油25-35份,乳化剂20-26份,防锈剂8-10份,三硼酸钾1-2份,有机硼酸酯2-4份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,杀菌剂2-4份,水40-50份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20。
优选地,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.2-0.4:3-4:1-2。
优选地,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.25-0.35:3.2-3.8:1.3-1.7。
优选地,防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠。
优选地,防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为1-3:0.4-0.6:0.6-0.9。
优选地,有机硼酸酯含有S、N元素。
优选地,消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚或聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。

本发明选用十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20相互配合,并与矿物油以合适比例相互配合,能形成稳定的微乳液,保证本发明在具有均一外观和适中粘度的同时,避免了表面张力高、渗透性低的问题,使得本发明具有较低的表面张力和良好的渗透性;并且十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20与消泡剂相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的低泡性并具有很低的表面张力,从而进一步增加本发明的渗透性;选用植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠相互配合,减慢锈蚀速度,加厚保护膜厚度,阻止铁离子向溶液中扩散并阻止腐蚀介质向金属表面迁移,从而大大增加了本发明的防锈蚀性能;乳化剂与防锈剂相互配合,可使防锈剂均匀分散在本发明中,从而进一步增加本发明的均一性、稳定性和防锈性;三硼酸钾、有机硼酸酯、纳米二氧化硅相互配合可使本发明具有良好的减磨抗磨性能和极压性能,从而大大增加本发明的润滑性能;杀菌剂可以增加本发明的杀菌防腐性能;上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的渗透性、防锈性、润滑性、稳定性和适中的粘度,方便切削。

实施例1
一种半合成切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油30份,乳化剂23份,防锈剂9份,三硼酸钾1.5份,有机硼酸酯3份,纳米二氧化硅2份,消泡剂0.2份,杀菌剂3份,水45份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20。
实施例2
一种半合成切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油25份,乳化剂26份,防锈剂8份,三硼酸钾2份,有机硼酸酯2份,纳米二氧化硅3份,乳化硅油0.1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮4份,水40份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.4:3:2;
防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为1:0.6:0.6。

一种半合成切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油35份,乳化剂20份,防锈剂10份,三硼酸钾1份,有机硼酸酯4份,纳米二氧化硅1份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3份,甲基异噻唑啉酮2份,水50份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.2:4:1;
防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为3:0.4:0.9。
实施例4
一种半合成切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油27份,乳化剂24份,防锈剂8.5份,三硼酸钾1.8份,有机硼酸酯2.5份,纳米二氧化硅2.5份,消泡剂0.15份,甲基异噻唑啉酮3.5份,水43份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.35:3.2:1.7;
防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为1.5:0.55:0.7;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚组成的混合物。

防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为2.5:0.45:0.8;
消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚组成的混合物。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述半合成切削液,其特征在于,十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、吐温20的重量比为0.25-0.35:3.2-3.8:1.3-1.7。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述半合成切削液,其特征在于,防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述半合成切削液,其特征在于,防锈剂的原料包括:植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠,其中,植酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺、钨酸钠的重量比为1-3:0.4-0.6:0.6-0.9。
