Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂,其组成为:40~60重量%的合成烃基础油、1~3重量%的锂皂稠化剂、15~30重量%的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、15~25重量%的氮化硼以及0.2~0.5重量%的抗氧剂。本发明产品具有优良的抗磨损性能,良好的高低温性能与极佳的耐久性,可满足不同汽车遮阳板卡簧的终身润滑要求。

一种汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,具体来说,涉及一种汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车遮阳板是为了遮挡在汽车行驶中射入驾驶员或副驾驶乘客眼睛中炫目光面设置的,其主要功能是通过翻转本体达到正面和侧面遮阳的目的。此功能是通过轴和本体中的卡簧,轴和轴座间配合来实现的,并能使遮阳板在翻转过程中任意位置停留,以调整遮阳的角度,并且具有自动回复贴顶的功能。卡簧对遮阳板功能的实现起到了很大的作用。
现代汽车遮阳板转轴安装时所采用的卡簧是整体式的。这种卡簧结构复杂,工艺要求高。当转轴与卡簧安装在一起时,转轴与卡簧间的精度不易保证,当遮阳板在贴顶棚的姿态下,容易随车的颠簸产生噪音,同时在遮阳板翻转过程中,卡簧导致操作力不均匀,遮阳析在翻转时易晃动、脱落。为解决上述问题,采用润滑脂对卡簧与转轴进行有效润滑就显得特别重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高低温性能良好、润滑抗磨性优良、耐久性极佳的汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂,保证遮阳板的终身润滑要求。
本发明涉及的一种汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂,以其总重量为基准,包含以下组分:40~60%重量%的合成烃基础油、1~3重量%的锂皂稠化剂、15~30重量%的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、15~25%重量的氮化硼及0.2~0.5重量%的抗氧剂。
所述合成烃基础油为聚α-烯烃。在润滑油领域,聚α-烯烃是一种合成基础油,简称PAO,具有优良的高低温性能,是配制高档、专用润滑剂较为理想的基础油。
进一步地,所述聚α-烯烃基础油100℃运动粘度为8~50㎜²/s,包括但不限于PAO9、PAO 10、PAO 15、PAO 25、PAO 40,例如可采购自美国雪佛龙-菲利普斯化工公司(ChevronPhillips Chemical Company)。以上PAO加数字表示方式是基础油领域较通用的命名法,后面数字由基础油的100℃运动粘度大小决定。在本发明所述卡簧润滑脂实施例中,可以采用一种PAO型号或多种型号的混合物。
进一步地,所述锂皂稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂或硬脂酸锂中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,所述三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(简称MCA)为市售产品,粒径(D50)2μm。
进一步地,所述氮化硼为市售六方氮化硼粉,BN含量≥98%,粒度(D50)0.5~3.0μm。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(代号T501)或二异辛基二苯胺中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明的另一方面,还涉及上述卡簧润滑脂的制备方法。该制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a.将合成烃基础油与锂皂稠化剂在搅拌、加热条件下升温至210±5℃,恒温搅拌10分钟;
b.加入三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、氮化硼及抗氧剂,在180±5℃下恒温搅拌120分钟;
c.出料,降温至100℃以下,在三辊磨上研磨三遍。
具体实施方式
为进一步理解本发明,以下结合实施例对本发明的优选实施方案进行描述。应当理解,这些描述只是为了进一步说明和解释本发明的特征,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1
本实施例的卡簧润滑脂,以重量百分比包含下列组分:PAO 25 55.2%、12-羟基硬脂酸锂1.5%、MCA 25.0%、氮化硼18.0%、T501 0.3%。
将PAO 25与12-羟基硬脂酸锂加入带搅拌与加热装置的反应器内,搅拌并加热升温至210℃,在210±5℃条件下恒温搅拌10分钟,停止加热与搅拌;加入氮化硼与T501,搅拌并控温至180±5℃,恒温120分钟;出料于干净的容器,自然降温至100℃以下,在三辊磨上研磨三遍制得润滑脂产品。
实施例2
本实施例的卡簧润滑脂,以重量百分比包含下列组分:PAO 40 56.2%、硬脂酸锂1.6%、MCA 18.0%、氮化硼24.0%、二异辛基二苯胺0.2%。
将PAO 40与硬脂酸锂加入带搅拌与加热装置的反应器内,搅拌并加热升温至210℃,在210±5℃条件下恒温搅拌10分钟,停止加热与搅拌;加入MCA、氮化硼与二异辛基二苯胺,搅拌并控温至180±5℃,恒温120分钟;出料于干净的容器,自然降温至100℃以下,在三辊磨上研磨三遍制得润滑脂产品。
实施例3
本实施例的卡簧润滑脂,以重量百分比包含下列组分:PAO 40 56.0%、12-羟基硬脂酸锂0.8%、硬脂酸锂0.8%、MCA 22.0%、氮化硼20.0%、T501 0.2%、二异辛基二苯胺0.2%。
将PAO 40与12-羟基硬脂酸锂及硬脂酸锂加入带搅拌与加热装置的反应器内,搅拌并加热升温至210℃,在210±5℃条件下恒温搅拌10分钟,停止加热与搅拌;加入MCA、氮化硼、T501与二异辛基二苯胺,搅拌并控温至180±5℃,恒温120分钟;出料于干净的容器,自然降温至100℃以下,在三辊磨上研磨三遍制得润滑脂产品。
实施例4
本实施例的卡簧润滑脂,以重量百分比包含下列组分:PAO 10 25.2%、PAO 40 30.0%、12-羟基硬脂酸锂1.0%、硬脂酸锂1.0%、MCA 20.0%、氮化硼23.0%、二异辛基二苯胺0.3%。
将PAO 10、PAO 40、12-羟基硬脂酸锂及硬脂酸锂加入带搅拌与加热装置的反应器内,搅拌并加热升温至210℃,在210±5℃条件下恒温搅拌10分钟,停止加热与搅拌;加入MCA、氮化硼与二异辛基二苯胺,搅拌并控温至180±5℃,恒温120分钟;出料于干净的容器,自然降温至100℃以下,在三辊磨上研磨三遍制得润滑脂产品。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽车遮阳板卡簧润滑脂,其特征在于以该卡簧润滑脂总重量为基准,包含如下组分:40~60重量%的合成烃基础油、1~3重量%的锂皂稠化剂、15~30重量%的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、15~25重量%的氮化硼以及0.2~0.5重量%的抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡簧润滑脂,其特征在于所述合成烃基础油为100℃运动粘度为8~50㎜²/s的聚α-烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡簧润滑脂,其特征在于所述锂皂稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂、硬脂酸锂中的一种或两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡簧润滑脂,其特征在于所述抗氧剂为2,6-叔丁基对甲酚、二异辛基二苯胺中的一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡簧润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:将合成烃基础油与锂皂稠化剂在搅拌、加热条件下升温至210±5℃,恒温搅拌10分钟;加入三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、氮化硼及抗氧剂,在180±5℃下恒温搅拌120分钟;出料,降温至100℃以下,进行研磨。
