Abstract

本发明公开了一种乙醇汽油及其调配方法,本发明乙醇汽油添加了油酸正丁酯、HLB值为2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、异丁醇3份~5份;调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置10分钟~15分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置5分钟~13分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。本发明乙醇汽油不易腐蚀汽车零部件,使得汽车的密封橡胶及其他合成非金属材料的使用寿命延长。

一种乙醇汽油及其调配方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车用燃料技术领域,尤其是一种乙醇汽油及其调配方法。
背景技术
乙醇汽油中的乙醇是一种优良的溶剂,易对汽车的密封橡胶及其他合成非金属材料产生轻微的腐蚀,溶涨,软化或龟裂作用,因此,现有的乙醇汽油对汽车零部件有腐蚀作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种乙醇汽油及其调配方法,这种乙醇汽油及其调配方法可以解决现有的乙醇汽油易腐蚀汽车零部件的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种乙醇汽油由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇5份~12份,汽油80份~110份,油酸正丁酯1份~1.5份,HLB值为2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份~2份,HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1份~1.5份,异丁醇3份~5份。
调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置10分钟~15分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置5分钟~13分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。
本发明汽油为市售93号、95号或97号汽油。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明添加油酸正丁酯,一方面能够削弱乙醇汽油产品对水分的吸收,另一方面,油酸正丁酯虽然不具有防腐蚀作用,但是却能够显著增强椰油酸二乙醇酰胺的耐腐蚀性能,延长汽车的密封橡胶及其他合成非金属材料的使用寿命。
2、本发明采用HLB值为2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份~2份,HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯分别来乳化汽油和无水乙醇,混合后得到的乙醇汽油的稳定性显著增强,该无水乙醇汽油使用或者贮藏40天以下液相不分离。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例乙醇汽油的调配方法,其特征在于由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇0.5升、汽油10升、油酸正丁酯0.1升、HLB值为2~2.8的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.1升、HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.12升,异丁醇0.4升。
调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置10分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置5分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。
本实施例乙醇汽油在-10℃~38℃的环境下,使用40天以下液相不分离。
根据国家标准GB/T5096-85中的方法测定实施例3产品对铜片的腐蚀性,并以仅含0.5升无水乙醇和10升汽油的乙醇汽油为对照组1进行对比,分别测定10天、20天、30天和40天内腐蚀情况,试验结果见表1。
实施例2
本实施例乙醇汽油的调配方法,其特征在于由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇9升、汽油80升、油酸正丁酯1.3升、HLB值为3.5~4.4的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.5升、HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1升,异丁醇5升。
调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置13分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置8分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。
本实施例乙醇汽油在-10℃~38℃的环境下,使用40天以下液相不分离。
根据国家标准GB/T5096-85中的方法测定实施例3产品对铜片的腐蚀性,并以仅含9升无水乙醇和80升汽油的乙醇汽油为对照组3进行对比,分别测定10天、20天、30天和40天内腐蚀情况,试验结果见表1。
实施例3
本实施例乙醇汽油的调配方法,其特征在于由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇12升、汽油110升、油酸正丁酯1.5升、HLB值为4.2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2升、HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.5份,异丁醇3份。
调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置15分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置13分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。
本实施例乙醇汽油在-10℃~38℃的环境下,使用40天以下液相不分离。

1.一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇5份~12份,汽油80份~110份,油酸正丁酯1份~1.5份,HLB值为2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份~2份,HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1份~1.5份,异丁醇3份~5份。
2.一种乙醇汽油的调配方法,其特征在于由以下体积份数的原料制备而成:无水乙醇5份~12份,汽油80份~110份,油酸正丁酯1份~1.5份, HLB值为2~5的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份~2份,HLB值为14~14.5的聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1份~1.5份,异丁醇3份~5份;
调配方法为:将聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯加入无水乙醇中,混溶,静置10分钟~15分钟,得到第一混合物;然后将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入汽油中,混溶,静置5分钟~13分钟,得到第二混合物;再将第一混合物和第二混合物混匀,依次加入异丁醇和油酸正丁酯,混匀。
