本发明涉及节能减排燃油添加剂领域,具体涉及一种柴油添加剂。
背景技术
节能减排是当今世界能源紧缺的当务之急,而燃油的燃烧效率直接影响了节能减排的效果,柴油添加剂可以改善油质,促进燃油充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节省燃油;可以提高其雾化质量,使燃油充分燃烧降低有害气体排放,达到节能减排的目的。
在内燃机领域,为了提高燃料燃烧效率、增加输出功率、降低油耗、清除积碳减少有害气体排放,目前主要有两个技术途径:一是添加或改造设备(如各种节油、增力、净化器),二是给燃油投入添加剂。第一个途径投资大、程序繁琐、也增加车船自重和检修难度,所以第二个途径更为人们所接受。 但是目前发表的燃油添加剂大多存在以下缺点的一个或者数个:一、节省燃油、提升动力的效果不理想,有的还降低了动力性能,这是目前燃油添加剂不能为广大用户普遍接受的主要原因;二、不能明显降低发动机噪音,有的还增加了发动机噪音;三、容易造成“二次污染”----依靠化学反应起作用的添加剂,在发挥效能的同时,可能会生成一些已经引起注意或尚未引起注意的、更难自然降解的公害物,从而成为商家和公众的隐患,比如著名的添加剂MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚),在美国畅行20年后被发现其会增加氮氧化合物排放,尤其严重的是会永久性污染水源(甚至深层地下水),因而被限制使用;四、效能不稳定:由于燃油的组分非常复杂,不同厂家生产的同一标号燃油在生产过程中的工艺和添加成分是不一样的,甚至同一厂家同一标号产品,由于不同批次的原料来源不同也会造成产品成分的差异,正式由于这种不确定性使得主要依靠化学药剂起作用的添加剂经常不能稳定发挥效能,而且容易产生“二次污染”和机件腐蚀等不良后果。
目前已有的燃油抗爆剂单位成本过高、且使用时添加量过大(常在5~15%之间),致使高标燃油价格中抗爆剂的价格比例居高不下。在目前燃油价格日益飙升的情况下,降低燃油价格的有效途径之一是大大降低用于提升汽油标号和柴油十六烷值的添加剂的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种柴油添加剂,可以改善油质,促进燃油充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节省燃油;可以提高其雾化质量,使燃油充分燃烧降低有害气体排放,达到节能减排的目的。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的柴油添加剂,是将生物质原料打磨成纳米级细粉,添加甲醇、分散剂、表面活性剂,形成固液混合浆制得;生物质原料纳米粉、甲醇、分散剂、表面活性剂的质量比为1~3:10~30:2~10:1~5。
所述生物质原料为秸秆、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、玉米芯、油茶壳、棉籽壳中的一种或者两种以上的混合。
所述的甲醇的纯度为99.9%。
所述的分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油酸烷醇酰胺、单甘酯、司班80中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
所述的柴油添加剂,其使用量为柴油质量的1%-3%。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的柴油添加剂中添加了生物质原料,发热量大,发热量在3900~4800千卡/kg左右,经炭化后的发热量高达7000-8000千卡/kg;生物质原料纯度高,不含其他不产生热量的杂物,其含炭量75-85%,灰份3-6%,含水量1-3%,绝对不含煤矸石,石头等不发热反而耗热的杂质,将直接为企业降低成本;生物质原料燃料不含硫磷,不腐蚀锅炉,可延长锅炉的使用寿命,企业将受益匪浅;由于生物质原料燃料不含硫磷,燃烧时不产生二氧化硫和五氧化二磷,因而不会导致酸雨产生,不污染大气,不污染环境;生物质原料燃料清洁卫生,投料方便,减少工人的劳动强度,极大地改善了劳动环境,企业将减少用于劳动力方面的成本;生物质原料燃料燃烧后灰碴极少,极大地减少堆放煤碴的场地,降低出碴费用;生物质原料燃料燃烧后的灰烬是品位极高的优质有机钾肥,可回收创利;生物质原料燃料是大自然恩赐于我们的可再生的能源,它是响应中央号召,创造节约性社会。将生物质原料打磨成纳米粉,加大了接触面积,使得燃烧更充分,提高利用率。
甲醇是重要的燃料,可掺入柴油替代部分柴油作燃料使用,同时它也是很好的溶剂,和清洗剂,能够溶解部分有机物,同时减轻柴油沾在机器上的状况。
分散剂能吸附燃油中的固体原料物,将其分散于油中,从而使得固体、液体及燃油之间有更大的接触面积,使得受热更加均匀。
表面活性剂具有提高组分之间的乳化能力,使他们彼此能更加有效地混合,并且能够控制体系具有适当的表面张力,产生良好的气泡网络结构,因此,也可称作泡沫稳定剂。
将本发明制备的柴油添加剂应用于柴油中,可以改善油质,促进燃油充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节省燃油;可以提高其雾化质量,使燃油充分燃烧降低有害气体排放,达到节能减排的目的,具有重要的使用价值和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
1、本发明的柴油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将1kg生物质原料打磨成纳米级细粉,添加10kg甲醇、2kg分散剂、1kg表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,形成固液混合浆制得。
所述生物质原料为秸秆。
所述的甲醇的纯度为99.9%。
所述的分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
2、按柴油油重量的1%将上述制得的柴油添加剂直接添加到柴油中使用。
3、试验表明:车每行一百公里可节省汽油18.1%,降低一氧化碳排放量2.7%,降低碳氢化合物排放量7.9%。

1、本发明的柴油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将1.5kg生物质原料打磨成纳米级细粉,添加15kg甲醇、4kg分散剂、2kg表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,形成固液混合浆制得。
所述生物质原料为玉米芯。
所述的甲醇的纯度为99.9%。
所述的分散剂为高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为椰子油酸烷醇酰胺、司班80的混合物。
所述的柴油添加剂,其使用量为柴油质量的1%-3%。
2、按燃油重量比的1.5%将上述制得的柴油添加剂直接添加到柴油中使用。
3、试验表明:车每行一百公里可节省汽油24.3%,降低一氧化碳排放量3.3%,降低碳氢化合物排放量9.4%。
实施例5
1、本发明的柴油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将3kg生物质原料打磨成纳米级细粉,添加25kg甲醇、8kg分散剂、4kg表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,形成固液混合浆制得。
所述生物质原料为秸秆、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、玉米芯、油茶壳、棉籽壳中的一种或者两种以上的混合。
所述的甲醇的纯度为99.9%。
所述的分散剂为长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为单甘酯。
所述的柴油添加剂,其使用量为柴油质量的1%-3%。
2、按燃油重量比的2.5%将上述制得的柴油添加剂直接添加到柴油中使用。
3、试验表明:车每行一百公里可节省汽油22.7%,降低一氧化碳排放量3.2%,降低碳氢化合物排放量9.5%。

Claims (6)

1.一种柴油添加剂,其特征在于:是将生物质原料打磨成纳米级细粉后进行炭化,添加甲醇、分散剂、表面活性剂,形成固液混合浆制得;生物质原料纳米粉、甲醇、分散剂、表面活性剂的质量比为1~3:10~30:2~10:1~5。
2.如权利要求1所述的柴油添加剂,其特征在于:所述生物质原料为秸秆、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、玉米芯、油茶壳、棉籽壳中的一种或者两种以上的混合。
3.如权利要求1所述的柴油添加剂,其特征在于:所述的甲醇的纯度为99.9%。
4.如权利要求1所述的柴油添加剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的柴油添加剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油酸烷醇酰胺、单甘酯、司班80中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
6.如权利要求1~5任一项所述的柴油添加剂,其特征在于:其使用量为柴油质量的1%-3%。
