本发明还提供一种柴油车动力燃烧清洁剂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备;
配100公斤柴油比例取,等量甲醇、异丙醇、正辛醇、油酸、柴油芳烃、煤油、二丁酯、丁醚类溶剂、碱性钙盐、分散剂、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂;
(2)基础油制作;
a.将步骤(1)的甲醇、油酸、柴油芳烃,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为32~42℃,并搅拌时间为2.2~3.2h;
b.将步骤(2)内步骤a处理后的原料静置32~47min,后经泵体储存在存储罐内,备用;
(3)积碳溶解剂;
a.将步骤(1)的煤油、异丙醇、正辛醇、丁醚类溶剂、碱性钙盐,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为37~42℃,并搅拌时间为1.7~2.6h;
b.将步骤(3)内步骤a处理后的原料静置22~28min,后经泵体输送进存储罐内,备用;
(4)清净剂;
a.将步骤(1)的二丁酯、甲醛、表面活性剂,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为22~25℃,并搅拌时间为2.3~2.9h;
b.将步骤(3)内步骤a处理后的原料静置23~27min,后经泵体输送进存储罐内,备用;
(5)分散剂组成;
a.将步骤(1)的分散剂、抗氧化同时加入步骤(2)的存储罐内,并搅拌时间为1.7~3.2h;
(6)融合;
a.分别将步骤(2)、步骤(3)、步骤(4)存储罐内的原料,同时经泵体输送进反应釜内,搅拌,时间为5.2~6.2h,同时加热,并温度为42~47℃;
b.将步骤(6)内的原料经泵体抽进存储罐内,静置2.2~3.2h,自然冷却;
(7)入库;
a.将步骤(6)的液体经过滤、检验后灌装瓶体内,入库。

Claims (3)

1.一种柴油车动力燃烧清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
甲醇31~33;异丙醇1.2~1.7;正辛醇18~22;油酸1.3~1.7;柴油芳烃42~47。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车动力燃烧清洁剂,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份数的原料:
煤油10~13;二丁酯4~8;丁醚类溶剂2.6~2.9;碱性钙盐1.2~1.8;分散剂8~10;抗氧化剂6~9;表面活性剂5~8。
3.根据权利要求1~2所述的一种柴油车动力燃烧清洁剂制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备;
配100公斤柴油比例取,等量甲醇、异丙醇、正辛醇、油酸、柴油芳烃、煤油、二丁酯、丁醚类溶剂、碱性钙盐、分散剂、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂;
(2)基础油制作;
a.将步骤(1)的甲醇、油酸、柴油芳烃,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为30~40℃,并搅拌时间为2~3h;
b.将步骤(2)内步骤a处理后的原料静置30~45min,后经泵体储存在存储罐内,备用;
(3)积碳溶解剂;
a.将步骤(1)的煤油、异丙醇、正辛醇、丁醚类溶剂、碱性钙盐,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为35~40℃,并搅拌时间为1.5~2.4h;
b.将步骤(3)内步骤a处理后的原料静置20~27min,后经泵体输送进存储罐内,备用;
(4)清净剂;
a.将步骤(1)的二丁酯、甲醛、表面活性剂,放置进反应釜内,加热,温度为20~23℃,并搅拌时间为2.1~2.7h;
b.将步骤(3)内步骤a处理后的原料静置22~25min,后经泵体输送进存储罐内,备用;
(5)分散剂组成;
a.将步骤(1)的分散剂、抗氧化同时加入步骤(2)的存储罐内,并搅拌时间为1.5~3h;
(6)融合;
a.分别将步骤(2)、步骤(3)、步骤(4)存储罐内的原料,同时经泵体输送进反应釜内,搅拌,时间为5~6h,同时加热,并温度为40~45℃;
b.将步骤(6)内的原料经泵体抽进存储罐内,静置2~3h,自然冷却;
(7)入库;
a.将步骤(6)的液体经过滤、检验后灌装瓶体内,入库。
