本发明公开了一种一次性PP漆,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂25%‑35%,羟基丙烯酸树脂5%‑15%,高分子分散剂0.5%‑1%,钛白粉18%‑25%,二甲苯3%‑5%,滑石粉10%‑20%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯1%‑3%,甲苯5%‑8%,甲基异丁基酮5%‑8%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.5%‑1%,氯化共聚烯烃2%‑4%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)1%‑5%,CAB纤维素3%‑6%。本发明中,所述一次性PP漆具有良好的耐水性、流平性和附着力,可以直接涂抹于PP素材上,安全环保、性能优异,使用范围广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种一次性PP漆。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)塑料在工业上广泛用于汽车、电器、运动器材、玩具等领域,由于聚丙烯表面不带静电离子,是一种较难附着的材质,要在其上面涂装亮丽色彩的油漆,通常需要两次涂装且在70℃-80℃下烘烤30分钟以上,才能保证其亮丽的色彩和附着力,因此在人工、能源消耗上浪费大、成本高。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种一次性PP漆。
本发明提出的一种一次性PP漆,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂25%-35%,羟基丙烯酸树脂5%-15%,高分子分散剂0.5%-1%,钛白粉18%-25%,二甲苯3%-5%,滑石粉10%-20%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯1%-3%,甲苯5%-8%,甲基异丁基酮5%-8%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.5%-1%,氯化共聚烯烃2%-4%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1%-5%,CAB纤维素3%-6%。
优选地,所述含特殊官能团的改性聚酯其主链结构为超支化结构的聚丙烯酸酯、支链是聚醚结构。
优选地,所述制备方法如下:
S1、首先按上述比例将二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下按上述比例将高分子分散剂、钛白粉、滑石粉依次投入,分散溶解30分钟;
S2、再向分散罐内缓慢加入羟基丙烯酸树脂,分散15分钟;
S3、再向分散罐内缓慢加入氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、氯化共聚烯烃和CAB纤维素,分散溶解35分钟,得到一次性PP漆原液;
S4、将S3中的一次性PP漆原液转移至调漆罐,加入各种色浆配出各种不同颜色的一次性PP漆。
本发明中,选用氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂为主树脂,在氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂中加入了与其相容性好的羟基丙烯酸树脂作为研磨树脂,解决了颜填料分散及贮存时间短等问题,二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯组合成稀释剂,稀释剂对塑料底材有一定的膨润度,膨润层加强了底漆与底材的附着力,加入钛白粉可以使涂料色彩鲜艳、延长涂料的使用寿命、其遮盖力高、着色力强、耐候性好、耗油量也比较低,并能增强涂膜的附着力和机械强度,滑石粉可以提高涂膜的耐水性及打磨性,高分子分散剂能安定地分散液体中的固体,防止团聚,CAB纤维素可以改善流平性能,添加氯化共聚烯烃可以在滑石粉的基础上进一步提高耐水性并且能提高涂膜的柔韧性,添加丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃能提高层间的附着力,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯其主链结构为超支化结构的聚丙烯酸酯,该结构可以提高流动性以及气/液界面的定向迁移性,而且聚丙烯酸酯还能提供出色的流平性能,支链是聚醚结构,可以提高固化涂料体系的表面能中的极性力部分,从而提高表面张力,进而可提高与下一涂层的附着力和润湿性;其中稀释剂、钛白粉、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯共同作用提高涂膜的附着力,滑石粉、氯化共聚烯烃共同作用提高涂膜的耐水性,CAB纤维素、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯共同作用提高涂膜的流平性,本发明提出的一次性pp漆能直接涂抹于PP素材上,减少了涂装次数,安全环保、性能优异,使用范围广泛。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
本实施例中,一种一次性PP漆,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂28%,羟基丙烯酸树脂9%,高分子分散剂0.5%,钛白粉20%,二甲苯4%,滑石粉15%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯2%,甲苯6%,甲基异丁基酮6%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.5%,氯化共聚烯烃3%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2%,CAB纤维素4%。
其制备方法如下:
S1、首先按上述比例将二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下按上述比例将高分子分散剂、钛白粉、滑石粉依次投入,分散溶解30分钟;
S2、再向分散罐内缓慢加入羟基丙烯酸树脂,分散15分钟;
S3、再向分散罐内缓慢加入氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、氯化共聚烯烃和CAB纤维素,分散溶解35分钟,得到一次性PP漆原液;
S4、将S3中的一次性PP漆原液转移至调漆罐,加入各种色浆配出各种不同颜色的一次性PP漆。

实施例2
本实施例中,一种一次性PP漆,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂27%,羟基丙烯酸树脂10%,高分子分散剂0.7%,钛白粉20%,二甲苯4%,滑石粉15%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯2%,甲苯6%,甲基异丁基酮6%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.8%,氯化共聚烯烃3%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2%,CAB纤维素3.5%。
其制备方法如下:
S1、首先按上述比例将二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下按上述比例将高分子分散剂、钛白粉、滑石粉依次投入,分散溶解30分钟;
S2、再向分散罐内缓慢加入羟基丙烯酸树脂,分散15分钟;
S3、再向分散罐内缓慢加入氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、氯化共聚烯烃和CAB纤维素,分散溶解35分钟,得到一次性PP漆原液;
S4、将S3中的一次性PP漆原液转移至调漆罐,加入各种色浆配出各种不同颜色的一次性PP漆。

实施例3
本实施例中,一种一次性PP漆,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂29%,羟基丙烯酸树脂9%,高分子分散剂0.7%,钛白粉20%,二甲苯3%,滑石粉14%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯2%,甲苯6%,甲基异丁基酮7%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.8%,氯化共聚烯烃3%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.5%,CAB纤维素4%。
其制备方法如下:
S1、首先按上述比例将二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下按上述比例将高分子分散剂、钛白粉、滑石粉依次投入,分散溶解30分钟;
S2、再向分散罐内缓慢加入羟基丙烯酸树脂,分散15分钟;
S3、再向分散罐内缓慢加入氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、氯化共聚烯烃和CAB纤维素,分散溶解35分钟,得到一次性PP漆原液;
S4、将S3中的一次性PP漆原液转移至调漆罐,加入各种色浆配出各种不同颜色的一次性PP漆。
含特殊官能团的改性聚酯其主链结构为超支化结构的聚丙烯酸酯、支链是聚醚结构。

1.一种一次性PP漆,其特征在于,包括以下组分:氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂25%-35%,羟基丙烯酸树脂5%-15%,高分子分散剂0.5%-1%,钛白粉18%-25%,二甲苯3%-5%,滑石粉10%-20%,含特殊官能团的改性聚酯1%-3%,甲苯5%-8%,甲基异丁基酮5%-8%,丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃0.5%-1%,氯化共聚烯烃2%-4%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1%-5%,CAB纤维素3%-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性PP漆,其特征在于:所述含特殊官能团的改性聚酯其主链结构为超支化结构的聚丙烯酸酯、支链是聚醚结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性PP漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包含如下方法步骤:
S1、首先按上述比例将二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下按上述比例将高分子分散剂、钛白粉、滑石粉依次投入,分散溶解30分钟;
S2、再向分散罐内缓慢加入羟基丙烯酸树脂,分散15分钟;
S3、再向分散罐内缓慢加入氯改性热可塑性丙烯酸树脂、含特殊官能团的改性聚酯、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃、氯化共聚烯烃和CAB纤维素,分散溶解35分钟,得到一次性PP漆原液;
S4、将S3中的一次性PP漆原液转移至调漆罐,加入各种色浆配出各种不同颜色的一次性PP漆。
