Abstract
一种带有导流板的天窗结构,包括固定框架,所述固定框架中间设置有开口,在所述固定框架的开口上方设置有导流板,所述导流板通过多个弹片与所述固定框架连接,所述导流板上设置有滑槽,所述弹片的数量至少为4个。本发明的一种带有导流板的天窗结构,通过在导流板上设置防水抗压材料,可以保证汽车运行时导流板的正常工作。同时通过本发明的天窗结构,可以实现导流板在行驶过程中的稳定开启或关闭。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车天窗领域,尤其是一种带有导流板的天窗结构。
背景技术
汽车天窗安装于车顶,能够有效地使车内空气流通,增加新鲜空气的进入,为车主带来健康、舒适的享受。同时汽车车窗也可以开阔视野,也常用于移动摄影摄像的拍摄需求。
汽车全景天窗实际上是相对于普通天窗而言。一般而言,全景天窗首先面积较大,甚至是整块玻璃的车顶,坐在车中可以将上方的景象一览无余。全景天窗的优点是视野开阔,通风良好。不过全景天窗也有一些缺点,成本较高;落尘需要清理,否则影响视线;车身整体刚度下降,安全系数降低。但无论怎样,全景天窗超大视野的享受,还是受到众多消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题在于提供一种带有导流板的天窗结构。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:
一种带有导流板的天窗结构,包括固定框架,所述固定框架中间设置有开口,在所述固定框架的开口上方设置有导流板,所述导流板通过多个弹片与所述固定框架连接,所述导流板上设置有滑槽,所述弹片的数量至少为4个,一端与所述固定框架开口侧面活动连接,另一端与滑槽连接,所述滑槽为弧形滑槽;所述固定框架的开口与所述导流板的连接处设置有密封条;所述固定框架的开口周围还设置有加强筋;
所述导流板上涂覆有防水抗压材料,其特征在于:所述防水抗压材料按重量份组分为:聚氨酯为33-42份、硫酸钙为8-14份、氯化铝为14-18份、水为26-34份、胶凝材料100份,硅灰石纤维4.5-11.0份,白云母1.5-2.0份,有机纤维0.35-0.95份,石英粉30-80份,减水剂1.5-2.0份,水18-24份、松脂岩粉为36-40份、羟丙基甲基纤维素1-2份、硬脂酸铝2-3份、碳酸锂0.08-0.15份、水7-8份,异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷2-3份。
进一步地,所述滑槽为T型滑槽。
进一步地,所述加强筋的数量至少为3个。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种带有导流板的天窗结构,通过在导流板上设置防水抗压材料,可以保证汽车运行时导流板的正常工作。同时通过本发明的天窗结构,可以实现导流板在行驶过程中的稳定开启或关闭。

一种带有导流板的天窗结构,包括固定框架,所述固定框架中间设置有开口,在所述固定框架的开口上方设置有导流板,所述导流板通过多个弹片与所述固定框架连接,在所述导流板下方设置有两个对称的拉手,所述导流板上设置有滑槽,所述弹片的数量至少为4个,一端与所述固定框架开口侧面活动连接,另一端伸入所述拉手两端的滑槽内,所述滑槽设置为圆弧形;所述固定框架的开口与所述导流板的连接处设置有环形密封条;所述固定框架的开口周围还设置有加强筋;
所述导流板上涂覆有防水抗压材料,其特征在于:所述防水抗压材料按重量份组分为:聚氨酯为33-42份、硫酸钙为8-14份、氯化铝为14-18份、水为26-34份、胶凝材料100份,硅灰石纤维4.5-11.0份,白云母1.5-2.0份,有机纤维0.35-0.95份,石英粉30-80份,减水剂1.5-2.0份,水18-24份、松脂岩粉为36-40份、羟丙基甲基纤维素1-2份、硬脂酸铝2-3份、碳酸锂0.08-0.15份、水7-8份,异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷2-3份。

1.一种带有导流板的天窗结构,包括固定框架,所述固定框架中间设置有开口,在所述固定框架的开口上方设置有导流板,其特征在于:所述导流板通过多个弹片与所述固定框架连接,所述导流板上设置有滑槽,所述弹片的数量至少为4个,一端与所述固定框架开口侧面活动连接,另一端与滑槽连接,所述滑槽为弧形滑槽;所述固定框架的开口与所述导流板的连接处设置有密封条;所述固定框架的开口周围还设置有加强筋;
