本发明公开了一种多功能复合无纺布及其制备方法。该多功能复合无纺布,通过将超吸水纤维与合成纤维混合后热压固结,使制得的吸水无纺布具有快速超吸水和高保液功能;通过在该吸水无纺布上纺设纳米纤维涂层,使其起到防止外界微生物入侵和隔热的效果。其生产难度低,产量高,使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种多功能复合无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,消费者的生活水平逐渐提高,消费者对食品的新鲜度要求也越来越高。食品包装作为食品加工和食品运输的重要组成部分,有着严格的标准和要求。食品在运输的过程中,需要锁住水分,同时防止外界微生物对食品入侵导致其变质,因此需要一种保湿效果好同时不受外界温湿度的影响,且能够防止外界微生物入侵的包装材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保湿效果好同时不受外界温湿度的影响,且能够防止外界微生物入侵的多功能复合无纺布及其制备方法。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将超吸水纤维与合成纤维混合成网,经热压冷固制得吸水无纺布,其中超吸水纤维的质量分数为15%-50%;
(2)在步骤(1)制得的所述吸水无纺布表面高压静电纺设聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维形成纳米纤维涂层。
优选地,在步骤(2)之后,在所述纳米纤维涂层外侧热合聚丙烯无纺布层。
更优选地,所述聚丙烯无纺布层的克重为5-25g/m2。
优选地,所述纳米纤维涂层中,纳米纤维的直径为d,其中0.08um≤d≤1.2um。
优选地,所述合成纤维为聚酯纤维。
优选地,所述合成纤维为ES纤维。
优选地,所述合成纤维为粘胶纤维。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种由上述制备方法制得的多功能复合无纺布。

上述一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将超吸水纤维与合成纤维混合成网,经热压冷固制得吸水无纺布,该吸水无纺布具有快速超吸水和高保液功能,在作为食品包装材料时,能够较好的锁住其中的水分,吸水无纺布中的超吸水纤维的质量分数为15%-50%,对应的,该合成纤维的质量分数为85%-50%,根据不同食品对吸水性能的不同要求,可以在该范围内适当的调整超吸水纤维与合成纤维的质量分数,该合成纤维是聚酯纤维或ES纤维或粘胶纤维;
(2)在步骤(1)制得的吸水无纺布一侧表面经高压静电纺设聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维形成纳米纤维涂层,该纳米纤维涂层中,纳米纤维的直径为d,其中0.1um≤d≤1um。该吸水无纺布一侧表面经纳米纤维涂层处理后,依靠机械拦截的过滤原理,因此不受过滤颗粒物性质的影响,不仅可高效过滤0.075um以上的中性颗粒物,同时也可有效过滤0.3um以上的油性颗粒物以及3-10um的细菌。该纳米纤维涂层可有效阻隔细菌、粉尘等细小颗粒的入侵。同时具有保温防紫外线的特性,可有效起到隔热的作用,避免食品在运输过程中因受到太阳照射而升温。
(3)在纳米纤维涂层外侧热合一层聚丙烯无纺布层,该聚丙烯无纺布层的克重为10-20g/m2。通过加入这层聚丙烯无纺布层,能够提高纳米纤维涂层的使用寿命,同时提高材料的加工强度。
根据上述制备方法制得的多功能复合无纺布,一侧面具有快速超吸水和高保液功能,另一侧面则具有防止外界微生物入侵的功能及隔热的功能。

Claims (8)
1.一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将超吸水纤维与合成纤维混合成网,经热压冷固制得吸水无纺布,其中超吸水纤维的质量分数为15%-50%;
(2)在步骤(1)制得的所述吸水无纺布表面高压静电纺设聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维形成纳米纤维涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)之后,在所述纳米纤维涂层外侧热合聚丙烯无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯无纺布层的克重为5-25g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米纤维涂层中,纳米纤维的直径为d,其中0.08um≤d≤1.2um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述合成纤维为聚酯纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述合成纤维为ES纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述合成纤维为粘胶纤维。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述制备方法制得的多功能复合无纺布。
