技术领域
本发明涉及一种双组复合熔喷无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,其是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。与传统的工艺相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。目前,无纺布广泛应用于医疗卫生用布、家庭装饰用布、农业用布等。但这种纤维或长丝在加工过程中会因为摩擦产生静电,给后续工序带来障碍和麻烦,不利于于生产的进行,同时在使用过程中,也会因为静电,给使用者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种双组复合熔喷无纺布,该无纺布不仅结构合理,均匀度好,而且亲水、抗老化、防静电效果更佳。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双组复合熔喷无纺布,包括基质层,所述基质层具有上下两个侧面,在所述基质层的上下两侧面上分别设有一层叙射交叉超细纤维层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述基质层的上下两侧面和斜射交叉超细纤维层之间还分别设有亲水层。
本发明的有益效果是:在基质层上设有亲水膜,提高纤维表面的吸湿性,降低表面比电阻,减少表面静电,双组复合可上下两层间穿插超细纤维而增加无纺布的各项性能强度,保证无纺布布面的均匀,吸湿速度快,柔软的作用。

具体实施方式
一种双组复合熔喷无纺布,包括基质层1,所述基质层具有上下两个侧面,在所述基质层的上下两侧面上分别设有一层叙射交叉超细纤维层2。
优选的,在上述基质层的上下两侧面和斜射交叉超细纤维层之间还分别设有亲水层3。

1.一种双组复合熔喷无纺布,包括基质层(1),其特征在于:所述基质层具有上下两个侧面,在所述基质层的上下两侧面上分别设有一层叙射交叉超细纤维层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双阻复合熔喷无纺布,其特征在于:在所述基质层的上下两侧面和斜射交叉超细纤维层之间还分别设有亲水层(3)。
