本实用新型涉及一种抗菌功能性非织造布。
背景技术
非织造布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,其是将聚丙烯材料改性形成的短纤维或者长丝进行定向喷丝或非规则熔喷撑列,形成复合纤维网结构,然后采用机械热轧、纺粘或化学等方法加固而成。与传统的工艺相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。目前,非织造布广泛应用于医疗卫生用布、汽车工业、家庭装饰用布、农业用布等。但目前现有非织造布,在抗有害细菌和快速吸水方面无法同时满足医疗卫生用品的多种需要,功能相当比较单一。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种抗菌功能性非织造布,该非织造布不仅具有较高的抗病菌性,而且具有亲水、超柔软、抗静电、防辐射等功能。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌功能性非织造布,包括非织造布基质层,所述非织造布基质层内复合有多层短纤维,所述非织造布基质层的一个侧面上依次平涂亲水层和溶入抗菌剂形成的抑菌保护层,在所述非织造布基质层的另一个侧面上平涂有防辐射层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述非织造布基质层为超柔软短纤维复合层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该非织造布具有较高的抗病菌性和亲水功能,同时抗静电,防辐射,可满足医用的多种需求。

如图1所示,一种抗菌功能性非织造布,包括非织造布基质层1,所述非织造布基质层内复合有多层短纤维2,所述非织造布基质层的一个侧面上依次平涂亲水层3和溶入抗菌剂形成的抑菌保护层4,在所述非织造布基质层的另一个侧面上平涂有防辐射层5。优选的,所述非织造布基质层为超柔软短纤维复合层。
该抗菌功能性非织造布在非织造布基质层内复合有多层短纤维,并在一个侧面上平涂了亲水层和抑菌保护层,增加了该非织造布的蓄水功能,和抗菌性能,同时在非织造布基质层另一侧面平涂了防辐射层,使其具有防辐射功能,从而满足医用的多种需求。

1.一种抗菌功能性非织造布,包括非织造布基质层(1),其特征在于:所述非织造布基质层内复合有多层短纤维(2),所述非织造布基质层的一个侧面上依次平涂亲水层(3)和溶入抗菌剂形成的抑菌保护层(4),在所述非织造布基质层的另一个侧面上平涂有防辐射层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌功能性非织造布,其特征在于:所述非织造布基质层为超柔软短纤维复合层。
