本实用新型涉及一种双组复合熔喷非织造布。
背景技术
非织造布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,其是将聚丙烯材料改性形成的短纤维或者长丝进行定向喷丝或非规则熔喷撑列,形成复合纤维网结构,然后采用机械热轧、纺粘或化学等方法加固而成。与传统的工艺相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。目前,非织造布广泛应用于医疗卫生用布、家庭装饰用布、农业用布等。但这种纤维或长丝在加工过程中会因为摩擦产生静电,给后续工序带来障碍和麻烦,不利于于生产的进行,同时在使用过程中,也会因为静电,给使用者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种双组复合熔喷非织造布,该非织造布不仅结构合理,均匀度好,而且亲水、抗老化、防静电效果更佳。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双组复合熔喷非织造布,包括从上到下依次设置的第一基质层、多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层和第二基质层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述多层斜径喷射交叉超细短纤维层中还复合有蓄水纤维基质层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述蓄水纤维基质层与所述多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层交错复合形成一体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该双组复合熔喷非织造布还在两基质层内设有蓄水纤维基质层,提高纤维表面的吸湿性,降低表面比电阻,减少表面静电。同时,双组复合时上、下两层间包含超细短纤维网,增加非织造布的各项性能强度及应用功能,保证非织造布布面的柔软均匀,并具有吸湿速度快,抗静电,阻燃的作用。

优选的,所述蓄水纤维基质层3与所述多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层交错复合形成一体。
该双组复合熔喷非织造布,是将聚丙烯材料改性形成的短纤维或者长丝进行定向喷丝或非规则熔喷撑列,形成多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层和蓄水纤维基质层构成的复合纤维网结构,然后采用机械热轧、纺粘或化学等方法将两基质层加固而成,具有抗静电、蓄水量大、更加柔软均匀等优点。

1.一种双组复合熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:包括从上到下依次设置的第一基质层(1)、多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层(2)和第二基质层(4);在所述多层斜径喷射交叉超细短纤维层中还复合有蓄水纤维基质层(3)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组复合熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:所述蓄水纤维基质层(3)与所述多层斜径喷射复合超细短纤维层交错复合形成一体。
