本发明公开了一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置，其特征在于包括钢丝切刀、左横梁和右横梁，钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝，钢丝两端分别设有连接块，连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔，连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔，螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔，螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉，紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头；左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度，左横梁和右横梁连接在支架上，左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽和右导槽，左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条和右连接条，可减少猕猴桃变形几率，提高生产效率，切制过程中钢丝与猕猴桃接触面积小，阻力小更下压更省力，减轻劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种猕猴桃切片用的装置，特别是涉及一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置。
背景技术
猕猴桃成熟采摘下来后，有些转运走作为鲜果上市，有些为了更长时间的保存或增值制作成了干果，制作干果时都是将猕猴桃经过剥皮、切片、烘干等工序制成，其中切片最为费时费工，而且切制时厚度一致性不易保证，切制时受平的触压面的挤压受力比较集中还容易变形，这仍有待于进一步解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置，其特征在于包括钢丝切刀、左横梁和右横梁，钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝，钢丝两端分别设有连接块，连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔，连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔，螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔，螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉，紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头；左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度，左横梁和右横梁连接在支架上，左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽和右导槽，左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条和右连接条，左连接条和右连接条上分别等距排列有左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽，左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐，钢丝切刀与竖向导槽对齐等距排列在左连接条和右连接条间，钢丝两端的连接块分别吻合在左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽内，左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住连接块的压板，左连接条左面和右连接条右面分别设有螺纹孔，左横梁和右横梁对应螺纹孔设有过孔，穿过过孔与螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓；切刀上方设有一弹力布，弹力布连接在一框架上，框架一侧铰接在一升降梁上，升降梁的两端连接有向下伸展的导柱，支架上设有与导柱配合的导套，导套与升降梁建设有弹簧。
进一步的，所述框架和升降梁上分别设有手柄。
进一步的，所述切刀一端设有输送带或转运容器。
本发明使用时，向上翻转连接有弹力布的框架，将若干剥皮的猕猴桃移放到阵列排布的钢丝上，然后放下框架，并下压升降梁和框架使其随导柱沿导套下降，弹力布与猕猴桃接触并下压猕猴桃，使猕猴桃经钢丝切割成片，切制出的猕猴桃片厚度均匀，而且弹力布按压与猕猴桃接触的部位可随猕猴桃表面形状发生形变，与接触的部位适配，接触面积更大，力量不会集中在较小面积上，减少猕猴桃变形几率；钢丝便于拆卸更换和维护，操作灵活方便，更适合于小规模手工作业，提高生产效率，切制过程中钢丝与猕猴桃接触面积小，阻力小更下压更省力，减轻劳动强度。

本发明实施例如图1、2、3所示，该钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置设有钢丝切刀、左横梁1和右横梁2，钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝3，钢丝两端分别设有连接块4，连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔5，连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔6，螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔7，螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉8，紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头9，可以将钢丝端头固定在连接块上；左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度，左横梁和右横梁间通过筋连接成一矩形框，左横梁和右横梁连接在支架10上，左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽11和右导槽12，左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条13和右连接条14，左连接条和右连接条上分别等距排列有左竖向导槽15和右竖向导槽16，左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐，钢丝切刀与竖向导槽对齐等距排列在左连接条和右连接条间，钢丝两端的连接块分别吻合卡在左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽内，左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住连接块的压板17，防止连接块窜动，左连接条左面和右连接条右面分别设有螺纹孔18，左横梁和右横梁对应螺纹孔设有过孔19，穿过过孔与螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓20，绷紧钢丝；切刀上方设有一弹力布21，弹力布连接在一框架22上，框架一侧铰接在一升降梁23上，升降梁的两端连接有向下伸展的导柱24，支架上设有与导柱配合的导套25，导套与升降梁建设有弹簧26，用于抬升框架复位；在框架和升降梁上分别设有手柄27，便于把持操作

实施时，可在切刀一端设有输送带或转运容器，将猕猴桃转运到钢丝上。
