本发明公开了一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置,其特征在于包括钢丝切刀、左横梁和右横梁,钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝,钢丝两端分别设有连接块,连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔,连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔,螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔,螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉,紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头;左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度,左横梁和右横梁连接在支架上,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽和右导槽,左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条和右连接条,可减少猕猴桃变形几率,提高生产效率,切制过程中钢丝与猕猴桃接触面积小,阻力小更下压更省力,减轻劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种猕猴桃切片用的装置,特别是涉及一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置。
背景技术
猕猴桃成熟采摘下来后,有些转运走作为鲜果上市,有些为了更长时间的保存或增值制作成了干果,制作干果时都是将猕猴桃经过剥皮、切片、烘干等工序制成,其中切片最为费时费工,而且切制时厚度一致性不易保证,切制时受平的触压面的挤压受力比较集中还容易变形,这仍有待于进一步解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置,其特征在于包括钢丝切刀、左横梁和右横梁,钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝,钢丝两端分别设有连接块,连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔,连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔,螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔,螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉,紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头;左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度,左横梁和右横梁连接在支架上,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽和右导槽,左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条和右连接条,左连接条和右连接条上分别等距排列有左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,钢丝切刀与竖向导槽对齐等距排列在左连接条和右连接条间,钢丝两端的连接块分别吻合在左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽内,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住连接块的压板,左连接条左面和右连接条右面分别设有螺纹孔,左横梁和右横梁对应螺纹孔设有过孔,穿过过孔与螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓;切刀上方设有一弹力布,弹力布连接在一框架上,框架一侧铰接在一升降梁上,升降梁的两端连接有向下伸展的导柱,支架上设有与导柱配合的导套,导套与升降梁建设有弹簧。
进一步的,所述框架和升降梁上分别设有手柄。
进一步的,所述切刀一端设有输送带或转运容器。
本发明使用时,向上翻转连接有弹力布的框架,将若干剥皮的猕猴桃移放到阵列排布的钢丝上,然后放下框架,并下压升降梁和框架使其随导柱沿导套下降,弹力布与猕猴桃接触并下压猕猴桃,使猕猴桃经钢丝切割成片,切制出的猕猴桃片厚度均匀,而且弹力布按压与猕猴桃接触的部位可随猕猴桃表面形状发生形变,与接触的部位适配,接触面积更大,力量不会集中在较小面积上,减少猕猴桃变形几率;钢丝便于拆卸更换和维护,操作灵活方便,更适合于小规模手工作业,提高生产效率,切制过程中钢丝与猕猴桃接触面积小,阻力小更下压更省力,减轻劳动强度。

本发明实施例如图1、2、3所示,该钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置设有钢丝切刀、左横梁1和右横梁2,钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝3,钢丝两端分别设有连接块4,连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔5,连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔6,螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔7,螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉8,紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头9,可以将钢丝端头固定在连接块上;左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度,左横梁和右横梁间通过筋连接成一矩形框,左横梁和右横梁连接在支架10上,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽11和右导槽12,左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条13和右连接条14,左连接条和右连接条上分别等距排列有左竖向导槽15和右竖向导槽16,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,钢丝切刀与竖向导槽对齐等距排列在左连接条和右连接条间,钢丝两端的连接块分别吻合卡在左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽内,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住连接块的压板17,防止连接块窜动,左连接条左面和右连接条右面分别设有螺纹孔18,左横梁和右横梁对应螺纹孔设有过孔19,穿过过孔与螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓20,绷紧钢丝;切刀上方设有一弹力布21,弹力布连接在一框架22上,框架一侧铰接在一升降梁23上,升降梁的两端连接有向下伸展的导柱24,支架上设有与导柱配合的导套25,导套与升降梁建设有弹簧26,用于抬升框架复位;在框架和升降梁上分别设有手柄27,便于把持操作

实施时,可在切刀一端设有输送带或转运容器,将猕猴桃转运到钢丝上。

1.一种钢丝式猕猴桃切片装置,其特征在于包括钢丝切刀、左横梁和右横梁,钢丝切刀设有直径0.1mm至0.5mm的钢丝,钢丝两端分别设有连接块,连接块侧面中部设有水平的供钢丝端头穿过的钢丝孔,连接块上面设有向下至钢丝孔的螺纹孔,螺纹孔下部设有锥形孔,螺纹孔内配有紧固螺钉,紧固螺钉下端设有将钢丝顶止在锥形孔内的锥形头;左横梁和右横梁平行且处于同一水平高度,左横梁和右横梁连接在支架上,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有左导槽和右导槽,左导槽和右导槽内分别穿插有左连接条和右连接条,左连接条和右连接条上分别等距排列有左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,钢丝切刀与竖向导槽对齐等距排列在左连接条和右连接条间,钢丝两端的连接块分别吻合在左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽内,左竖向导槽和右竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住连接块的压板,左连接条左面和右连接条右面分别设有螺纹孔,左横梁和右横梁对应螺纹孔设有过孔,穿过过孔与螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓;切刀上方设有一弹力布,弹力布连接在一框架上,框架一侧铰接在一升降梁上,升降梁的两端连接有向下伸展的导柱,支架上设有与导柱配合的导套,导套与升降梁建设有弹簧。
