本发明公开了一种猕猴桃切条装置,其特征在于包括上层切刀、下层切刀、处于同一高度的平行的左横梁和右横梁,左横梁和右横梁的两端分别通过前连接筋和后连接筋连接为一体的矩形框,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有上层限位槽,上层限位槽内分别设有上层连接条,两上层连接条上分别等距排列有上层竖向导槽,两上层竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,上层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形上层刀片等距排列在两上层连接条间,切制出的猕猴桃条厚度均匀,可减少猕猴桃变形几率。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种猕猴桃切片用的装置,特别是涉及一种猕猴桃切条装置。
背景技术
猕猴桃成熟采摘下来后,有些转运走作为鲜果上市,有些为了更长时间的保存或增值制作成了干果,制作干果条时要将猕猴桃经过剥皮、切条、烘干等工序制成,其中切条最为费时费工,而且切制时厚度一致性不易保证,切制时受平的触压面的挤压受力比较集中还容易变形,这仍有待于进一步解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种猕猴桃切条装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种猕猴桃切条装置,其特征在于包括上层切刀、下层切刀、处于同一高度的平行的左横梁和右横梁,左横梁和右横梁的两端分别通过前连接筋和后连接筋连接为一体的矩形框,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有上层限位槽,上层限位槽内分别设有上层连接条,两上层连接条上分别等距排列有上层竖向导槽,两上层竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,上层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形上层刀片等距排列在两上层连接条间,上层刀片两端分别连接有吻合卡在上层竖向导槽内的上层切刀连接块,两上层竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住上层连接块的压板,两上层连接条相背的面上分别设有拉紧螺纹孔,左横梁和右横梁对应拉紧螺纹孔设有过孔,穿过过孔与拉紧螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓;矩形框四角通过立柱与底座相连,左、右横梁的两端分别设有前连接梁和后连接梁,前连接梁和后连接梁上分别等距排列有下层竖向导槽,下层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形下层刀片等距排列在前连接梁和后连接梁间,下层刀片两端分别连接有吻合在下层竖向导槽内的下层切刀连接块,前连接梁和后连接梁的两端分别设有顶紧螺纹孔,顶紧螺纹孔内配有顶紧螺栓,顶紧螺栓前段为顶紧导柱,立柱上设有与顶紧导柱配合的带底顶紧导孔,上层切刀上方设有一弹力布,弹力布连接在一框架上,框架四角连接有向下伸展的导向柱,立柱上设有与导向柱配合的导向套。
进一步的,所述框架连接有传动机构,传动机构连接有动力源。
进一步的,所述上层刀片与下层刀片垂直,上层刀片下沿设有豁口,下层刀片刀刃探入豁口。
进一步的,所述上层刀片与下层刀片呈90度至120度夹角,上层刀片下沿设有豁口,下层刀片刀刃探入豁口。
进一步的,所述上层刀片旁设有输送带。
本发明使用时,将若干剥皮的猕猴桃放到阵列排布的上层切刀上,然后下压框架,使弹力布随导向柱沿导向套下降,弹力布与猕猴桃接触并下压猕猴桃,使猕猴桃先经上层切刀切割成片,在经下层切刀切割成条,切制出的猕猴桃条厚度均匀,而且弹力布按压与猕猴桃接触的部位可随猕猴桃表面形状发生形变,与接触的部位适配,接触面积更大,力量不会集中在较小面积上,减少猕猴桃变形几率;刀片结构强度高使用寿命更长,切刀便于拆卸更换或维护,操作方便更适合于大规模机械化作业,提高生产效率。

本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该猕猴桃切条装置设有上层切刀1、下层切刀2、以及处于同一高度的水平的平行的左横梁3和右横梁4,左横梁和右横梁的两端分别通过前连接筋5和后连接筋6连接为一体的矩形框,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有槽口相对的水平的上层限位槽7,上层限位槽内分别设有上层连接条8,两上层连接条上分别等距排列有上层竖向导槽9,两列上层竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,同一上层连接条上的上层竖向导槽间距根据要切制条的厚度确定,上层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形上层刀片10等距排列在两上层连接条间,上层刀片两端分别连接有吻合在上层竖向导槽内的上层切刀连接块11,两上层竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住上层连接块的压板12,两上层连接条相背的面上分别设有拉紧螺纹孔13,左横梁和右横梁对应拉紧螺纹孔设有过孔14,穿过过孔与拉紧螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓15,可绷紧上层刀片;矩形框四角通过立柱16与底座相连,左、右横梁的两端分别设有前连接梁17和后连接梁18,前连接梁和后连接梁上分别等距排列有下层竖向导槽19,同一连接梁的下层竖向导槽间距根据要切制条的宽度确定,下层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形下层刀片20等距排列在前连接梁和后连接梁间,下层刀片两端分别连接有吻合在下层竖向导槽内的下层切刀连接块21,前连接梁和后连接梁的两端分别设有顶紧螺纹孔22,顶紧螺纹孔内配有顶紧螺栓23,顶紧螺栓前段为顶紧导柱24,立柱上设有与顶紧导柱配合的带底顶紧导孔25,可以绷紧下层刀片,上层切刀上方设有一弹力布26,弹力布连接在一框架27上,框架四角连接有向下伸展的导向柱28,立柱上设有与导向柱配合的导向套29;框架连接有传动机构,传动机构连接有动力源,控制框架沿导向孔方向升降;上层刀片与下层刀片垂直,上层刀片下沿设有豁口30,下层刀片刀刃探入豁口,使上下层刀片相互定位,相对位置更稳固。

实施时,上层刀片与下层刀片夹角可在90度至120度间调节,使切制出的条横截面为菱形;还可在上层刀片旁设有输送带,实现自动化给料。

1.一种猕猴桃切条装置,其特征在于包括上层切刀、下层切刀、处于同一高度的平行的左横梁和右横梁,左横梁和右横梁的两端分别通过前连接筋和后连接筋连接为一体的矩形框,左横梁和右横梁相对的面上分别设有上层限位槽,上层限位槽内分别设有上层连接条,两上层连接条上分别等距排列有上层竖向导槽,两上层竖向导槽的槽口一一对齐,上层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形上层刀片等距排列在两上层连接条间,上层刀片两端分别连接有吻合在上层竖向导槽内的上层切刀连接块,两上层竖向导槽的上下面分别连接有压住上层连接块的压板,两上层连接条相背的面上分别设有拉紧螺纹孔,左横梁和右横梁对应拉紧螺纹孔设有过孔,穿过过孔与拉紧螺纹孔连接有牵引螺栓;矩形框四角通过立柱与底座相连,左、右横梁的两端分别设有前连接梁和后连接梁,前连接梁和后连接梁上分别等距排列有下层竖向导槽,下层切刀为刃口朝上的长条形下层刀片等距排列在前连接梁和后连接梁间,下层刀片两端分别连接有吻合在下层竖向导槽内的下层切刀连接块,前连接梁和后连接梁的两端分别设有顶紧螺纹孔,顶紧螺纹孔内配有顶紧螺栓,顶紧螺栓前段为顶紧导柱,立柱上设有与顶紧导柱配合的带底顶紧导孔,上层切刀上方设有一弹力布,弹力布连接在一框架上,框架四角连接有向下伸展的导向柱,立柱上设有与导向柱配合的导向套;所述框架连接有传动机构,传动机构连接有动力源;所述上层刀片与下层刀片呈90度至120度夹角,上层刀片下沿设有豁口,下层刀片刀刃探入豁口。
