Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,包括机床、切割板、收卷电机和环形刀片,所述机床的上方铺设有切割板,且切割板靠近导向辊一端的机床上固定有两根第一支撑臂,切割板另一端的机床上固定有两根第二支撑臂,所述第二支撑臂的顶部皆安装有滑轨,所述螺杆贯穿螺杆安装座固定在滑块上,所述滑轨的上方皆通过滑块安装有安装板,且安装板下方的中间位置处通过升降调节机构安装有切割电机,所述切割电机的输出端安装有环形刀片,且环形刀片与切割板相互垂直。本发明自动化程度高,使用便捷,而且通过在切割装置上安装按压板,防止降解膜在切割时造成损伤,同时也可以使得整个切割过程更加的稳定,避免切割时出现偏差。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜切割装置技术领域,具体为一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置。
背景技术
生物降解地膜主要用于地面覆盖,以提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,维持土壤结构,防止害虫侵袭作物,从而促进植物生长,当钱的一些生物降解膜自动裁切装置自动化程度不高,切割过程中易造成降解膜的损伤,切割不精确等问题,且再切个过程中,容易出现偏离,切割时有瑕疵,使用不是很便捷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,包括机床、切割板、收卷电机和环形刀片,所述机床的一端通过电机安装架安装有收卷电机,且收卷电机的一侧通过收卷棍安装架安装有收卷棍,所述收卷棍通过连轴器与收卷电机的输出端连接,所述收卷棍的一侧安装有导向辊,所述机床的上方铺设有切割板,且切割板靠近导向辊一端的机床上固定有两根第一支撑臂,切割板另一端的机床上固定有两根第二支撑臂,所述第二支撑臂的顶部皆安装有滑轨,且滑轨的一侧安装有螺杆安装座,所述螺杆贯穿螺杆安装座固定在滑块上,所述滑轨的上方皆通过滑块安装有安装板,且安装板下方的中间位置处通过升降调节机构安装有切割电机,所述切割电机的输出端安装有环形刀片,且环形刀片与切割板相互垂直,所述第一支撑臂的内侧固定有固定板,且固定板下方的中间位置处安装有按压弹簧,所述按压弹簧的外侧皆安装有限位板,所述按压弹簧的底部固定有按压板,所述机床的一侧安装有控制器,且控制器通过导线分别与收卷电机和切割电机电性连接。
优选的,所述切割板的边缘处设置有L型刻度尺。
优选的,所述切割电机上安装有减震器。
优选的,所述第二支撑臂靠近切割板的一侧通过L型支架安装有挤压滚筒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该生物降解膜自动裁切装置安装有导向辊,可以保护降解膜在收卷时不会造成损伤,设备安装有收卷电机,可以直接带动收卷棍转动,将降解膜缠绕在收卷棍上,使得其在切割板上发生位移,实现切割,节省人功劳力,自动化程度高,使用便捷,通过设置切割电机,并在切割电机上安装环形刀片,通过高速旋转的刀片对降解膜进行切割,切割速度更快,切割更加均匀,通过在切割装置上安装按压板,可以在切割时对降解膜进行按压,防止降解膜在切割时造成损伤,同时也可以使得整个切割过程更加的稳定,避免切割时出现偏差。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,包括机床1、切割板5、收卷电机8和环形刀片15,机床1的一端通过电机安装架安装有收卷电机8,为薄膜的收卷和移动提供动力,收卷电机8的一侧通过收卷棍安装架18安装有收卷棍19,方便将切割后的薄膜收卷起来,收卷棍19通过连轴器与收卷电机8的输出端连接,收卷棍19的一侧安装有导向辊9,可以将切割后的降解膜压平,防止收卷时降解膜造成损伤,机床1的上方铺设有切割板5,切割板5的边缘处设置有L型刻度尺22,通过L型刻度尺22来测出需要切割的位置,可以使切割更加精准,切割板5靠近导向辊9一端的机床上固定有两根第一支撑臂10,切割板5另一端的机床1上固定有两根第二支撑臂16,第二支撑臂16的顶部皆安装有滑轨17,滑轨17的一侧安装有螺杆安装座20,螺杆21贯穿螺杆安装座20固定在滑块上,通过转动螺杆21,可以调节安装板14的位置,从而控制环形刀片15的位置,滑轨17的上方皆通过滑块安装有安装板14,安装板14下方的中间位置处通过升降调节机构13安装有切割电机12,切割电机12上安装有减震器,可以减小切割电机12运转产生的震动,使得切割更加精准,切割电机12的输出端安装有环形刀片15,环形刀片15与切割板5相互垂直,第一支撑臂10的内侧固定有固定板11,固定板11下方的中间位置处安装有按压弹簧3,按压弹簧3的外侧皆安装有限位板2,按压弹簧3的底部固定有按压板4,可以将降解膜按压在切割板5上,增加降解膜和切割板5之间的摩擦力,防止降解膜发生位移,使得切割出现偏差,第二支撑臂16靠近切割板5的一侧通过L型支架安装有挤压滚筒6,可以对在切割前将降解膜压平整,方便切割工作的进行,机床1的一侧安装有控制器7,控制器7通过导线分别与收卷电机8和切割电机12电性连接,可以统一控制收卷电机8和切割电机12,使用便捷。
具体实施方式:该生物降解膜自动裁切装置工作时将降解膜放置好,然后通过刻度22测量出需要切割的位置,通过调节螺杆21使滑块在滑轨17上移动,从而使得切割刀片15移动到指定位置,然后通过调节升降调节机构13,使得环形刀片15的刀刃与降解膜接触,打开切割电机12,使得环形刀片15转动开始切割,然后打开收卷电机8,使得降解膜缠绕在收卷棍19上,同时使得降解膜在切割板5上移动,实现对降解膜的切割。

1.一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,包括机床(1)、切割板(5)、收卷电机(8)和环形刀片(15),其特征在于:所述机床(1)的一端通过电机安装架安装有收卷电机(8),且收卷电机(8)的一侧通过收卷棍安装架(18)安装有收卷棍(19),所述收卷棍(19)通过连轴器与收卷电机(8)的输出端连接,所述收卷棍(19)的一侧安装有导向辊(9),所述机床(1)的上方铺设有切割板(5),且切割板(5)靠近导向辊(9)一端的机床上固定有两根第一支撑臂(10),切割板(5)另一端的机床(1)上固定有两根第二支撑臂(16),所述第二支撑臂(16)的顶部皆安装有滑轨(17),且滑轨(17)的一侧安装有螺杆安装座(20),所述螺杆(21)贯穿螺杆安装座(20)固定在滑块上,所述滑轨(17)的上方皆通过滑块安装有安装板(14),且安装板(14)下方的中间位置处通过升降调节机构(13)安装有切割电机(12),所述切割电机(12)的输出端安装有环形刀片(15),且环形刀片(15)与切割板(5)相互垂直,所述第一支撑臂(10)的内侧固定有固定板(11),且固定板(11)下方的中间位置处安装有按压弹簧(3),所述按压弹簧(3)的外侧皆安装有限位板(2),所述按压弹簧(3)的底部固定有按压板(4),所述机床(1)的一侧安装有控制器(7),且控制器(7)通过导线分别与收卷电机(8)和切割电机(12)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,其特征在于:所述切割板(5)的边缘处设置有L型刻度尺(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,其特征在于:所述切割电机(12)上安装有减震器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物降解膜自动裁切装置,其特征在于:所述第二支撑臂(16)靠近切割板(5)的一侧通过L型支架安装有挤压滚筒(6)。
