Abstract
本发明公开了一种可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,属于粉料加工领域。包括除尘器、破碎机、提升机、磁选机、分级过筛系统和振动筛,破碎机上设有进料斗,进料斗上方设有电动葫芦,破碎机通过管道连接提升机的底部,提升机的顶部通过管道连接振动筛,所述振动筛通过管道连接设在其下方的破碎机和磁选机,磁选机通过管道连接设在其下方的分级过筛系统,提升机、振动筛、磁选机、分级过筛系统均为密封结构,除尘器通过管道分别连接提升机、振动筛、磁选机、分级过筛系统,除尘器上连接有旋风除尘机。本发明能够将除尘器吸收的粉料首先通过旋风除尘器将大颗粒粉料分离收集并再次利用,提高了原料的利用率。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明属于一种石英砂加工设备,具体地说,尤其涉及一种可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线。
背景技术
[0002]石英粉(同石英砂)又称硅微粉。石英砂是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物,由天然石英经破碎、球磨、浮选等多道工艺加工而成的微粉。硅微粉的用途广泛,主要包括:干混(预拌)砂浆、高强度无收缩灌浆料、耐磨工业地坪、保温砂浆、砼防腐剂、水泥基聚合物防水剂;橡胶、塑料、油漆、涂料以及其他高分子材料的补强,陶瓷制品的改性等等。原有的石英粉生产工艺存在以下缺陷:(I)提升机、振动筛、磁选机、分级过筛系统中的粉尘中包括可利用的大颗粒粉料和不可利用的极细的粉尘,可利用的大颗粒粉料和不可利用的极细的粉尘一同被吸入除尘器中,最终混合在一起被废弃,造成大量原材料的浪费;(2)原料经传送带输送至粗破碎机破碎后,再经提升设施输送至磁选机,再经提升设施输送至细破碎机破碎,后再经提升设施输送至筛分机筛分,从破碎机到最后的产品的生产过程要经过三道提升工序,设备复杂,物料流转路线长;(3)破碎机容易受到物料的磨损,使用寿命短。
发明内容
[0003]本发明目的是提供一种可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,以克服现有技术中石英砂生产设备除尘器将大颗粒粉料与不可利用粉尘混合造成资源浪费的缺陷。
[0004]本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,包括除尘器、破碎机、提升机、磁选机、分级过筛系统和振动筛,所述破碎机上设有进料斗,所述进料斗上方设有电动葫芦,所述破碎机通过管道连接提升机的底部,所述提升机的顶部通过管道连接振动筛,所述振动筛通过管道连接设在其下方的破碎机和磁选机,所述磁选机通过管道连接设在其下方的分级过筛系统,所述提升机、振动筛、磁选机、分级过筛系统均为密封结构,所述除尘器通过管道分别连接提升机、振动筛、磁选机、分级过筛系统,所述除尘器上连接有旋风除尘器。
[0005]所述破碎机包括冲击腔、进料腔、出料腔和底座,所述进料腔和出料腔分别设在冲击腔的上部和下部并与冲击腔连通,所述出料腔与底座连接,所述冲击腔内设有转料磨盘,所述转料磨盘底部固定设有转轴,所述转轴与轴承座连接,所述轴承座通过连接撑固定在出料腔内壁上,所述连接撑为三角棱形结构,所述转轴底部设有皮带轮,所述皮带轮与电机连接。
[0006]所述转料磨盘为内部中空的圆柱体结构,所述转料磨盘侧壁上设有甩料口,顶部设有进料口,所述甩料口上设有刀刃。
[0007]所述分级过筛系统包括两组以上的分级过筛装置,所述分级过筛装置内设有4层不同目数的过滤网。
[0008] 所述除尘器为脉冲布袋式除尘器。
[0009]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
[0010] (I)本发明采用电动葫芦将原料提升至进料口处,直接落入下方的破碎机中,省去了传送带上料的过程,且上料和分筛过程为密闭的,避免了粉尘的逸散;
[0011] (2)本发明将粗破机和细破碎机设在一起,工序过程由原先的三道提升工序精简至一道提升工序,大大减少了设备和管道的数量,使得整个生产装置更为紧凑,物料流转路线更短,减少了粉尘逸散的机会;
[0012] (3)本发明在除尘器的管道上连接旋风除尘器,旋风除尘器将大颗粒粉料和不可利用的粉尘分离开,使得大颗粒粉料得到回收利用,小颗粒粉尘送入除尘器收集,增加了经济效益,避免了浪费;
[0013] (4)本发明的能有效防止由于粉料堆积造成的破碎机的磨损,提高了破碎机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式

11、磁选机6、分级过筛系统7和除尘器I,所述破碎机2上设有进料斗14,在进料斗14的上方设有电动葫芦13,通过电动葫芦13将石英石原料12投放到进料斗14内,所述破碎机2其通过管道3连接提升机5的底部,所述提升机5的顶部通过管道3连接振动筛11,所述振动筛11通过管道3连接设在其下方的破碎机2和磁选机6,所述磁选机6通过管道3连接设在其下方的分级过筛系统7,所述提升机5、振动筛11、磁选机6、分级过筛系统7均为密封结构,所述除尘器I通过管道3分别连接提升机5、振动筛11、磁选机6、分级过筛系统7,所述除尘器I上连接有旋风除尘器15;所述除尘器I为脉冲布袋式除尘器。
[0022]分级过筛系统7包括至少两组分级过筛装置,多组分级过筛装置同时运作提高了生产效率;分级过筛装置内设有4层不同目数的过滤网,每一级筛分的不同粒度粉料通过管道3进入不同的布袋8;多组分级过筛装置底部设有振动器9。
[0023]所述连接破碎机2的管道3与提升机5的连接处设有缓冲料仓4,缓冲料仓4作用是缓冲破碎机2出来的物料对提升机5造成冲击;所述振动筛11和磁选机6之间的管道3上设有缓冲料斗10,缓冲料斗10的作用是缓冲振动筛11出来的物料对管道3的冲击。
[0024] 如图2、图3所示,所述破碎机2包括冲击腔17、进料腔16、出料腔22和底座23,所述进料腔16和出料腔22分别设在冲击腔17的上部和下部并与冲击腔17连通,所述出料腔17与底座23连接,所述冲击腔17内设有转料磨盘18,所述转料磨盘18底部固定设有转轴,所述转轴与轴承19连接,所述轴承19通过连接撑20固定在出料腔22内壁上,所述连接撑20为三角棱形结构,所述转轴底部设有皮带轮21,所述皮带轮21与电机27连接。
[0025]转料磨盘18上方设有防护罩24,防护罩24的作用是防止石英粉料26堆积在转料磨盘18上方;冲击腔17与出料腔22连接处设有存料挡板25,存料挡板25的作用是存留一部分石英粉料26以防护冲击腔17的壁体,防止高速甩出的石英粉料26对壁体造成的磨损。
[0026]如图4、图5所示,所述转料磨盘18为内部中空的圆柱体结构,所述转料磨盘18侧壁上设有甩料口 29,顶部设有进料口 28,所述甩料口 29上设有刀刃30。
[0027]本发明的工作过程:通过电动葫芦13将石英石原料12提升至进料斗14上方,通过人工破袋,原料12由进料斗14直接落入下方的破碎机2内,转料磨盘18在电机27的带动下高速旋转,原料12由进料腔16和进料口 28垂直落入高速旋转的转料磨盘18内,在高速离心力的作用下,原料12首先与刀刃30摩擦冲撞,然后与另一部分以伞状形式分流在冲击腔17四周的物料产生高速撞击与粉碎,物料在互相撞击后,又会在冲击腔17和机壳之间以物料形成涡流多次的互相撞击、摩擦而粉碎,粉料堆积到一定程度最后从出料腔22直通排出。
[0028]破碎后的物料经过一道提升工序输送至振动筛11,筛分后粒径较大的物料再重新回到破碎机2进行破碎,粒径合格的物料经重力作用落至磁选机6进行磁选,后再经重力作用落至分级过筛系统7筛分后包装,工序过程由原先的三道提升工序精简至一道提升工序,大大减少了设备和管道3的数量,使得整个生产装置更为紧凑,物料流转路线更短,减少了粉尘逸散的机会,而且本发明的上料和分筛过程为密闭的,避免了粉尘的逸散,提升机5、振动筛11、磁选机6、分级过筛系统7与除尘器I连接,除尘器I直接将其中的粉尘回收,避免了粉尘的扩散和堆积,为了进一步回收除尘器I中的大颗粒粉料,除尘器I吸收的粉尘首先通过旋风除尘器15分离,将大颗粒石英粉在旋风除尘器15中收集,剩余的粉尘经除尘器I收集。
Claims (5)
1.一种可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,包括除尘器(I)、破碎机(2)、提升机(5)、磁选机(6)、分级过筛系统(7)和振动筛(11),其特征在于:所述破碎机(2)上设有进料斗(14),所述进料斗(14)上方设有电动葫芦(13),所述破碎机(2)通过管道(3)连接提升机(5)的底部,所述提升机(5)的顶部通过管道(3)连接振动筛(11),所述振动筛(11)通过管道(3)连接设在其下方的破碎机(2)和磁选机(6),所述磁选机(6)通过管道(3)连接设在其下方的分级过筛系统(7),所述提升机(5)、振动筛(11)、磁选机(6)、分级过筛系统(7)均为密封结构,所述除尘器(I)通过管道(3)分别连接提升机(5)、振动筛(11)、磁选机(6)、分级过筛系统(7),所述除尘器(I)上连接有旋风除尘器(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,其特征在于:所述破碎机(2)包括冲击腔(17)、进料腔(16)、出料腔(22)和底座(23),所述进料腔(16)和出料腔(22)分别设在冲击腔(17)的上部和下部并与冲击腔(17)连通,所述出料腔(22)与底座(23)连接,所述冲击腔(17)内设有转料磨盘(18),所述转料磨盘(18)底部固定设有转轴,所述转轴与轴承(19)连接,所述轴承(19)通过连接撑(20)固定在出料腔(22)内壁上,所述连接撑(20)为三角棱形结构,所述转轴底部设有皮带轮(21),所述皮带轮(21)与电机(27)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,其特征在于:所述转料磨盘(18)为内部中空的圆柱体结构,所述转料磨盘(18)侧壁上设有甩料口(29),顶部设有进料口( 28),所述甩料口( 29)上设有刀刃(30)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,其特征在于:所述分级过筛系统(7)包括两组以上的分级过筛装置,所述分级过筛装置内设有4层不同目数的过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可回收粉尘的熔融石英砂生产线,其特征在于:所述除尘器(I)为脉冲布袋式除尘器。
