为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗风湿骨病的外用中药组合物，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙10-30份、麻黄5-25份、桂枝10-30份、鸡血藤10-30份、三分三(拉丁学名：Anisodus acutangulus C.Y.Wu et C.Chen，ex C.Chen et C.L.Chen.)5-25份、生南星10-30份、生半夏10-30份、雪上一枝蒿5-25份、桃仁15-30份、红花10-30份、当归10-30份、川芎20-40份、姜黄20-40份、生地20-40份、羌活15-30份、独活15-30份、秦艽15-30份、防风10-20份、枳壳15-30份、川牛膝20-40份、伸筋草20-40份、鹿含草30-50份、海风藤20-40份、寻骨风20-40份、生草乌20-40份、生川乌20-40份、细辛10-30份、千年健30-50份、干姜30-50份、黄柏30-50份、丁香15-30份、干椒50-70份、樟脑30-50份和薄荷脑40-60份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗风湿骨病的外用中药组合物包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20份、麻黄15份、桂枝20份、鸡血藤20份、三分三15份、生南星20份、生半夏20份、雪上一枝蒿15份、桃仁20份、红花20份、当归20份、川芎30份、姜黄30份、生地30份、羌活20份、独活25份、秦艽25份、防风15份、枳壳25份、川牛膝30份、伸筋草30份、鹿含草40份、海风藤30份、寻骨风30份、生草乌30份、生川乌30份、细辛20份、千年健40份、干姜40份、黄柏40份、丁香25份、干椒60份、樟脑40份和薄荷脑50份。

本发明的制剂在镇痛抗炎、活血祛瘀和补中益气增强免疫力等方面均有明显作用，对风湿骨病有良好疗效。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1
称取威灵仙20克、麻黄15克、桂枝20克、鸡血藤20克、三分三15克、生南星20克、生半夏20克、雪上一枝蒿15克、桃仁20克、红花20克、当归20克、川芎30克、姜黄30克、生地30克、羌活20克、独活25克、秦艽25克、防风15克、枳壳25克、川牛膝30克、伸筋草30克、鹿含草40克、海风藤30克、寻骨风30克、生草乌30克、生川乌30克、细辛20克、千年健40克、干姜40克、黄柏40克、丁香25克、干椒60克、樟脑40克和薄荷脑50克，粉碎，过100目筛，即得。
实施例2
化合物具有下列结构式：
试验例 对小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响
取体重18-22g健康昆明种小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为5组：对照组、阳性药组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。每组10只。对照组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组给予地塞米松0.5g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的实施例2的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和实施例2的化合物0.01g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。1次/日，连续给药7天。于末次给药30min后，将每只小鼠左耳廓均匀地涂二甲苯0.05ml/只，致炎15min后，将小鼠脱颈椎处死，用直径6.5mm的打孔器将双耳同部位切下，分别在电子天平上称重，以左、右耳片重量之差为肿胀度，计算各组肿胀率，采用t检验比较各给药组与对照组差异情况。结果见下表。(n＝10)

结果表明，与对照组比较，本发明的药物均能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀(p＜0.05)，说明有较强的抗炎作用。

1.一种治疗风湿骨病的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙10-30份、麻黄5-25份、桂枝10-30份、鸡血藤10-30份、三分三5-25份、生南星10-30份、生半夏10-30份、雪上一枝蒿5-25份、桃仁15-30份、红花10-30份、当归10-30份、川芎20-40份、姜黄20-40份、生地20-40份、羌活15-30份、独活15-30份、秦艽15-30份、防风10-20份、枳壳15-30份、川牛膝20-40份、伸筋草20-40份、鹿含草30-50份、海风藤20-40份、寻骨风20-40份、生草乌20-40份、生川乌20-40份、细辛10-30份、千年健30-50份、干姜30-50份、黄柏30-50份、丁香15-30份、干椒50-70份、樟脑30-50份和薄荷脑40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风湿骨病的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20份、麻黄15份、桂枝20份、鸡血藤20份、三分三15份、生南星20份、生半夏20份、雪上一枝蒿15份、桃仁20份、红花20份、当归20份、川芎30份、姜黄30份、生地30份、羌活20份、独活25份、秦艽25份、防风15份、枳壳25份、川牛膝30份、伸筋草30份、鹿含草40份、海风藤30份、寻骨风30份、生草乌30份、生川乌30份、细辛20份、千年健40份、干姜40份、黄柏40份、丁香25份、干椒60份、樟脑40份和薄荷脑50份。
