取体重18-22g健康昆明种小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为5组：对照组、阳性药组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。每组10只。对照组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组给予地塞米松0.5g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的实施例2的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和实施例2的化合物0.01g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。1次/日，连续给药7天。于末次给药30min后，将每只小鼠左耳廓均匀地涂二甲苯0.05ml/只，致炎15min后，将小鼠脱颈椎处死，用直径6.5mm的打孔器将双耳同部位切下，分别在电子天平上称重，以左、右耳片重量之差为肿胀度，计算各组肿胀率，采用t检验比较各给药组与对照组差异情况。结果见下表。(n＝10)

注：与对照组比较*P＜0.05
结果表明，与对照组比较，本发明的药物均能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀(p＜0.05)，说明有较强的抗炎作用。

1.一种治疗风湿骨病的中药膏贴，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：生川乌20-50份、生草乌20-50份、生半夏20-45份、乌梢蛇30-60份、全蝎20-40份、三分三30-50份、一枝蒿30-50份、洋金花15-45份、龙骨15-45份、土元20-50份、荜菝10-30份、花椒10-30份、五倍子10-30份、蓖麻仁10-30份、水蛭20-40份、木香10-30份、细辛20-50份、丁香10-30份、肉桂10-30份、白芥子10-30份、元胡15-45份、三七10-30份、蜈蚣10-30份、炮山甲15-45份、乳香15-45份、没药15-45份、血竭10-30份、儿茶10-30份、冰片10-30份和樟脑15-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药膏贴，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：生川乌30份、生草乌30份、生半夏35份、乌梢蛇40份、全蝎30份、三分三40份、一枝蒿40份、洋金花20份、龙骨25份、土元30份、荜菝20份、花椒20份、五倍子20份、蓖麻仁20份、水蛭30份、木香20份、细辛30份、丁香20份、肉桂20份、白芥子20份、元胡25份、三七20份、蜈蚣20份、炮山甲25份、乳香25份、没药25份、血竭20份、儿茶20份、冰片20份和樟脑25份。
