取体重18-22g健康昆明种小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为5组：对照组、阳性药组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。每组10只。对照组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组给予地塞米松0.5g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。1次/日，连续给药7天。于末次给药30min后，将每只小鼠左耳廓均匀地涂二甲苯0.05ml/只，致炎15min后，将小鼠脱颈椎处死，用直径6.5mm的打孔器将双耳同部位切下，分别在电子天平上称重，以左、右耳片重量之差为肿胀度，计算各组肿胀率，采用t检验比较各给药组与对照组差异情况。结果见下表。

注：与对照组比较*P＜0.05
结果表明，与对照组比较，本发明的药物均能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀(p＜0.05)，说明有较强的抗炎作用。

1.一种治疗腰间盘突出和颈椎病的中药制剂，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：杜仲20-25份、山药15-25份、山茱萸20-25份、茯苓30-35份、金毛狗脊15-20份、当归20-25份、木瓜20-25份、独活15-20份、寄生20-25份、没药10-20份、巴戟天15-20份、黄柏10-15份、苍术15-20份、萆薢10-20份、仙鹤草20-25份、川芎20-25份、牛膝10-20份、续断10-20份、淫羊藿10-25份、田三七10-15份、熟地20-30份、延胡索10-20份、接骨木10-15份、骨碎补15-19份、威灵仙15-20份、姜黄15-20份、黄芪20-30份、寻骨风15-20份、鸡血藤20-30份和猪骨髓20-26份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰间盘突出和颈椎病的中药制剂，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：杜仲22份、山药20份、山茱萸22份、茯苓33份、金毛狗脊18份、当归22份、木瓜22份、独活18份、寄生22份、没药15份、巴戟天18份、黄柏12份、苍术18份、萆薢15份、仙鹤草22份、川芎22份、牛膝15份、续断15份、淫羊藿18份、田三七12份、熟地25份、延胡索15份、接骨木12份、骨碎补18份、威灵仙18份、姜黄18份、黄芪25份、寻骨风18份、鸡血藤25份和猪骨髓22份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗腰间盘突出和颈椎病的中药制剂，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.1份的具有下列结构式的物质：
