称取全蝎3克、蜈蚣20克、乌蛇15克、僵蚕12克、土元10克，马钱子1克、白蒺藜15克、川断12克、杜仲15克、巴戟天10克、仙茅10克、骨碎补15克、狗脊15克、桂枝15克、牛膝15克、木瓜12克、葛根30克、羌活12克，独活12克、麻黄10克、细辛6克、元胡20克、乳香6克、没药6克、制附子15克、黄芪30克、砂仁10克、当归12克、川芎12克、红花10克、桃仁10克和炙甘草15克，粉碎，过100目筛，混合均匀得到粉末。
实验例
对小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响
取体重18-22g健康昆明种小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为5组：对照组、阳性药组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。每组10只。对照组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组给予地塞米松0.3g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组1，实施例的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的(S)-2-(2-氨基-7-(4-氯苯基)-5-甲基苯并[d]噻唑-6-基)-2-叔丁氧基乙酸甲酯加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例的粉末5g和0.01g的(S)-2-(2-氨基-7-(4-氯苯基)-5-甲基苯并[d]噻唑-6-基)-2-叔丁氧基乙酸甲酯加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。1次/日，连续给药7天。于末次给药30min后，将每只小鼠左耳廓均匀地涂二甲苯0.05ml/只，致炎15min后，将小鼠脱颈椎处死，用直径6.5mm的打孔器将双耳同部位切下，分别在电子天平上称重，以左、右耳片重量之差为肿胀度，计算各组肿胀率，采用t检验比较各给药组与对照组差异情况。结果见下表。(n＝10)

结果表明，与对照组比较，本发明的药物均能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀(p＜0.05)，说明有较强的抗炎作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：全蝎3份、蜈蚣20份、乌蛇15份、僵蚕12份、土元10份，马钱子1份、白蒺藜15份、川断12份、杜仲15份、巴戟天10份、仙茅10份、骨碎补15份、狗脊15份、桂枝15份、牛膝15份、木瓜12份、葛根30份、羌活12份，独活12份、麻黄10份、细辛6份、元胡20份、乳香6份、没药6份、制附子15份、黄芪30份、砂仁10份、当归12份、川芎12份、红花10份、桃仁10份和炙甘草15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.5份的(S)-2-(2-氨基-7-(4-氯苯基)-5-甲基苯并[d]噻唑-6-基)-2-叔丁氧基乙酸甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或汤剂。
4.(S)-2-(2-氨基-7-(4-氯苯基)-5-甲基苯并[d]噻唑-6-基)-2-叔丁氧基乙酸甲酯在制备治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的药物中的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途，其特征在于，所述药物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或汤剂。
