本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
肝气郁结证，肝失疏泄，气机郁滞所表现的证候；多因情志抑郁，或突然的精神刺激及其他病邪的侵扰而发病；临床表现：胸胁或少腹胀闷窜痛，胸闷善太息，情志抑郁易怒，或咽部梅核气，或颈部瘿瘤，或啯块；妇女可见乳房作胀疼痛，痛经，月经不调，甚则闭经，舌质暗红，脉弦；肝气郁结证，一般以情志抑郁，肝经所过部位发生胀闷疼痛，以及妇女月经不调为特征，肝主疏泄，具有调节情志的功能；肝失疏泄，气机郁结，则情志抑郁；久郁不解，失其柔顺舒畅之性，故急躁易怒；气郁生痰，痰随气升，搏结于咽则见梅核气，积聚于颈项则为瘿瘤，气病及血，气滞血瘀，冲任不调，故月经不调或经行腹痛；气聚血结，日久成啯瘕积聚；肝气郁结证的临床表现，以心情抑郁和肝经循行部位胀闷疼痛为主；如胸胁、少腹胀闷窜痛，善叹息，妇女乳房胀痛，月经不调，痛经，闭经等；足厥阴肝经起于足大趾，循腿内后侧上行，绕阴器，至少腹，布胁肋，上连目系，会于巅顶；肝气郁结，经气阻痹，则胸胁、乳房、少腹胀闷疼痛或攻窜作痛；气机郁结，不得条达疏泄，则心情抑郁；气病及血，气滞血瘀，冲任不调，则痛经，月经不调，甚至闭经；气机郁滞，疏泄失常，影响水谷精微及水湿输布，久则聚湿生痰，痰随气逆，循经上行，搏结于咽喉，可出现咽喉如有异物，吐之不出，吞之不下的梅核气；痰积于颈项，可发为瘿、瘤；气滞血结，可酿成症瘕；肝气郁结，肝失疏泄，影响胃的和降，可兼见胃脘胀满，攻撑作痛，胸闷嗳气等症；肝病及脾，影响脾的运化功能，引起纳呆腹胀，便溏不爽，或腹痛欲泻，泻后痛减等症；现有技术中中药制剂用于患者服用，有着明显的治疗优势，疗效明确，临床效果好，深受群众喜爱，但是由于早年生产工艺所限，导致药材有效成分提取不充分。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物及制备方法，该药物为内服药，具有疏肝解郁、健脾祛湿的功效，且简、便、廉、验、安全舒适的特点，其使用疗效显著。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡60-120份、郁金120-180份、合欢花200-400份、当归90-150份、熟地黄170-230份、益母草170-230份、玫瑰花90-150份、白芍120-180份、山药200-400份、芡实170-230份、石榴皮120-180份、鸡冠花120-180份、海螵蛸120-180份、枣皮120-180份、炙甘草40-100份、木香70-130份、厚朴70-130份、茯苓70-130份、苯甲酸钠0.001-0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.001-0.002份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.002份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料当归、白芍、山药、芡实、海螵蛸、枣皮用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）将步骤（1）中、步骤（2）中、步骤（3）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；
（5）将步骤（4）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的3-6倍量的水，煮沸5-10分钟，同时搅拌5-10分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15-20分钟后静置12-48小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（6）将步骤（5）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，过滤，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物。
优选地，所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡90份、郁金150份、合欢花300份、当归120份、熟地黄200份、益母草200份、玫瑰花120份、白芍150份、山药300份、芡实200份、石榴皮150份、鸡冠花150份、海螵蛸150份、枣皮150份、炙甘草70份、木香100份、厚朴100份、茯苓100份、苯甲酸钠0.002份、阿斯巴甜0.0015份、山梨酸钾0.0015份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；

（5）将步骤（4）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的4倍量的水，煮沸5分钟，同时搅拌5分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15分钟后静置18小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（6）将步骤（5）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20分钟，充分搅拌20分钟，过滤，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物。
各原料药理作用：
柴胡：性味归经：苦，微寒，归肝、胆经；功能主治：和解表里，疏肝，升阳；用于感冒发热，寒热往来，胸胁胀痛，月经不调，子官脱垂，脱肛。
郁金：性味归经：辛、苦，寒，归肝、心、肺经；功能主治：行气化瘀，清心解郁，利胆退黄；用于经闭痛经，胸腹胀痛、刺痛，热病神昏，癫痫发狂，黄疸尿赤。
合欢花：性味归经：甘，平，归心、肝经；功能主治：解郁安神，用于心神不安，忧郁失眠。
当归：性味归经：甘、辛，温，归肝、心、脾经；功能主治：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便；用于血 虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛，肠燥便秘，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡。
熟地黄：性味归经：甘，微温，归肝、肾经；功能主治：滋阴补血，益精填髓；用于肝肾阴虚，腰膝酸软，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗精，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，心悸怔忡，月经不调，崩漏下血，眩晕，耳鸣，须发早白。
益母草：性味归经：苦、辛，微寒，归肝、心包经；功能主治：活血调经，利尿消肿；用于月经不调，痛经，经闭，恶露不尽，水肿尿少，急性肾炎水肿。
玫瑰花：性味归经：甘、微苦，温，归肝、脾经；功能主治：行气解郁，和血，止痛；用于肝胃气痛，食少呕恶，月经不调，跌扑伤痛。
白芍：性味归经：苦、酸，微寒，归肝、脾经；功能主治：平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗；用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。
山药：性味归经：甘，平，归脾、肺、肾经；功能主治：补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精；用于脾虚食少，久泻不止，肺虚喘咳，肾虚遗精，带下，尿频，虚热消渴。
芡实：性味归经：甘、涩，平，归脾、肾经；功能主治：益肾固精，补脾止泻，祛湿止带；用于梦遗滑精，遗尿尿频，脾虚久泻，白浊，带下。
石榴皮：性味归经：酸、涩，温，归大肠经；功能主治：涩肠止泻，止血，驱虫；用于久泻，久痢，便血，脱肛，崩漏，白带，虫积腹痛。
鸡冠花：性味归经：甘、涩，凉，归肝、大肠经；功能主治：收敛止血，止带，止痢。
海螵蛸：性味归经：咸、涩，温，归脾、肾经；功能主治：收敛止血，涩精止带，制酸，敛疮；用于胃痛吞酸，吐血衄血，崩漏便血，遗精滑精，赤白带下；溃疡病；外治损伤出血，疮多脓汁。
枣皮：性味归经：酸、涩，微温，归肝、肾经；功能主治：补益肝肾，收敛固涩，固精缩尿，止带止崩，止汗，此外还有生津止渴；用于腰膝酸痛，头晕耳鸣，健忘，遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，崩漏带下，月经不调，大汗虚脱，内热消渴。
炙甘草：性平、味甘，归心、脾、肺、胃经；功效：补益；功能主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药；用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
木香：性味归经：辛、苦，温，归脾、胃、大肠、三焦、胆经；功能主治：行气止痛，健脾消食；用于胸脘胀痛，泻痢后重，食积不消，不思饮食；煨木香实肠止泻；用于泄泻腹痛。
厚朴：性味归经：苦、辛，温，归脾、胃、肺、大肠经；功能主治：燥湿消痰，下气除满；用于湿滞伤中，脘痞吐泻，食积气滞，腹胀便秘，痰饮喘咳。
茯苓：性味归经：甘、淡，平，归心、肺、脾、肾经；功能主治：利水渗湿，健脾宁心；用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。

一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡120份、郁金180份、合欢花400份、当归150份、熟地黄230份、益母草230份、玫瑰花150份、白芍180份、山药400份、芡实230份、石榴皮180份、鸡冠花180份、海螵蛸180份、枣皮180份、炙甘草100份、木香130份、厚朴130份、茯苓130份、苯甲酸钠0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.002份、山梨酸钾0.002份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料当归、白芍、山药、芡实、海螵蛸、枣皮用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；

一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡60份、郁金120份、合欢花200份、当归90份、熟地黄170份、益母草170份、玫瑰花90份、白芍120份、山药200份、芡实170份、石榴皮120份、鸡冠花120份、海螵蛸120份、枣皮120份、炙甘草40份、木香70份、厚朴70份、茯苓70份、苯甲酸钠0.001份、阿斯巴甜0.001份、山梨酸钾0.001份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料当归、白芍、山药、芡实、海螵蛸、枣皮用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）将步骤（1）中、步骤（2）中、步骤（3）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；
（5）将步骤（4）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的3-6倍量的水，煮沸5-10分钟，同时搅拌5-10分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15-20分钟后静置12-48小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（6）将步骤（5）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，过滤，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物。
用法：口服，每日2次，每次15ml。
本发明中药组合物治疗观察肝气郁结50例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
临床观察肝气郁结患者50例，其中男20例，女30例，年龄23-69岁，平均年龄46岁。
2、诊断标准
证候：肝气郁结，血瘀于肝，以两胁胀痛或刺痛，或胁下、少腹有肿块，情志抑郁，舌紫暗或有斑点，脉弦涩等为常见症的证候。
3、治疗方法
使用本发明中药组合物治疗，口服本发明中药口服液，每日2次，每次15ml，7天为一个疗程。
4、疗效判定
治愈：症状消失；
有效：临床症状减轻；
无效：临床症状无改善或加重。
5、治疗结果
治疗肝气郁结患者50例中，治愈35例占70%，有效12例占24%，无效3例占6%，总有效率为94%。
6、典型病例
病例1：男，23岁，患者抑郁、头晕、嗳气、胸胁窜痛，食欲不振，口苦，舌紫暗，脉弦涩，诊断为：肝气郁结，服用本发明中药组合物3个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
病例2：女，35岁，患者腹中气聚，攻窜胀痛，时聚时散，脘胁不适，病情常随情绪而起伏，苔薄，脉弦，诊断为：肝气郁结，服用本发明中药组合物3个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
病例3：女，48岁，患者经行腹痛，月经不调，甚则闭经，舌淡苔白，脉弦，诊断为：肝气郁结，服用本发明中药组合物4个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。

Claims (6)
1.一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡60-120份、郁金120-180份、合欢花200-400份、当归90-150份、熟地黄170-230份、益母草170-230份、玫瑰花90-150份、白芍120-180份、山药200-400份、芡实170-230份、石榴皮120-180份、鸡冠花120-180份、海螵蛸120-180份、枣皮120-180份、炙甘草40-100份、木香70-130份、厚朴70-130份、茯苓70-130份、苯甲酸钠0.001-0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.001-0.002份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.002份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物及制备方法，其特征在于：其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料当归、白芍、山药、芡实、海螵蛸、枣皮用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）将步骤（1）中、步骤（2）中、步骤（3）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；
（5）将步骤（4）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的3-6倍量的水，煮沸5-10分钟，同时搅拌5-10分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15-20分钟后静置12-48小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（6）将步骤（5）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，过滤，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物及制备方法，其特征在于：其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料柴胡、郁金、熟地黄、益母草、石榴皮、炙甘草、木香、厚朴、茯苓用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料鸡冠花除去杂质和残茎，切段，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；取原料合欢花、玫瑰花用粉碎机粉碎，用粉碎机粉碎，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料当归、白芍、山药、芡实、海螵蛸、枣皮用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）将步骤（1）中、步骤（2）中、步骤（3）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量2倍量的水，搅拌10分钟后浸渍40分钟，再加入原料总重量8倍量的水，煎煮40分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量5倍量的水煎煮40分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至60℃测相对密度为1.15的清膏，备用；
（5）将步骤（4）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的4倍量的水，煮沸5分钟，同时搅拌5分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15分钟后静置18小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（6）将步骤（5）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20分钟，充分搅拌20分钟，过滤，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡90份、郁金150份、合欢花300份、当归120份、熟地黄200份、益母草200份、玫瑰花120份、白芍150份、山药300份、芡实200份、石榴皮150份、鸡冠花150份、海螵蛸150份、枣皮150份、炙甘草70份、木香100份、厚朴100份、茯苓100份、苯甲酸钠0.002份、阿斯巴甜0.0015份、山梨酸钾0.0015份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡120份、郁金180份、合欢花400份、当归150份、熟地黄230份、益母草230份、玫瑰花150份、白芍180份、山药400份、芡实230份、石榴皮180份、鸡冠花180份、海螵蛸180份、枣皮180份、炙甘草100份、木香130份、厚朴130份、茯苓130份、苯甲酸钠0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.002份、山梨酸钾0.002份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝气郁结证的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：柴胡60份、郁金120份、合欢花200份、当归90份、熟地黄170份、益母草170份、玫瑰花90份、白芍120份、山药200份、芡实170份、石榴皮120份、鸡冠花120份、海螵蛸120份、枣皮120份、炙甘草40份、木香70份、厚朴70份、茯苓70份、苯甲酸钠0.001份、阿斯巴甜0.001份、山梨酸钾0.001份。
