痛风性关节炎是一种由于单钠尿酸盐沉积于关节和组织而引起的关节炎，与嘌呤代谢紊乱和（或）尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关。痛风性关节炎属于中医学痹症的范畴，《格致余论痛风论》云：“彼痛风者，大率因血受热，已自沸腾，其后或涉冷水，或立湿地，或扇取凉，或卧当风，寒凉外搏，热血得寒，汗油凝湿，所以作痛，夜则痛甚，行于阴也”。其基本病因病机是血中有热，饮食肥甘，脾运失健，肝疏泄功能失常，气机功能受阻，湿毒壅滞，凝滞关节。结合临床实践，根据“肝主疏泄”理论，在中医平衡观、整体观和辨证施治的观点指导下，概括痛风性关节炎病机多为肝郁湿毒是基础，湿热是重要环节，因而发明人提出痛风的病因病机多在郁、毒、湿。从而认为治疗痛风性关节炎的主要原则是疏肝解毒、清热利湿，据此治疗原则筛选中药组成防治痛风性关节炎的中药方。前期临床试验证实该方能把握痛风性关节炎的根本环节，能有效缓解疼痛，改善关节功能，且无毒副作用，是一个较理想的防治痛风性关节炎的中药制剂，具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的社会经济效益。

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗痛风性关节炎的疏肝解毒、清热利湿中药组合物，本中药治疗痛风性关节炎效果明显，无毒副作用。
本发明为了实现上述目的，采用的技术解决方案是 ：
一种治疗痛风性关节炎的疏肝解毒、清热利湿中药组合物，由下述重量份配比的原料制成 ：
柴胡6-15、牡丹皮6-20、黄柏6-20、山栀子6-20、石膏20-40、茯苓10-30、薏苡仁20-40、当归5-10、海风藤20-40、薄荷6-15、木瓜20-40、赤芍10-20、海螵蛸10-30、白茅根10-30、白术6-15、防己10-20、生地黄10-30。
优选地，牡丹皮10、黄柏10、山栀子10、石膏30、茯苓20、薏苡仁30、当归6、海风藤30、薄荷10、木瓜30、赤芍15、海螵蛸20、柴胡10、白茅根20、白术10、防己15、生地黄20。
治疗痛风性关节炎的疏肝解毒、清热利湿中药的制备方法如下 ：
（1）按照上述重量份配比将混合物与水按照重量比1:5的比例混合，在水中浸泡30分钟；
（2）将所述步骤（1）中的混合物及水煎煮90分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中所得滤渣与水按照重量比 1：4的比例混合，再煎煮60分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合，获得药物的汤剂。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
本发明选取柴胡、牡丹皮、黄柏、山栀子、石膏、茯苓、薏苡仁、当归、海风藤、薄荷、木瓜、赤芍、海螵蛸、白茅根、白术、防己、生地黄等多味中药制成中药汤剂。
其中，柴胡，疏肝解郁；解表退热。
牡丹皮，清热；活血散瘀。
黄柏，清热燥湿；泻火解毒。
山栀子，泻火除烦；清热利湿；凉血解毒。
石膏，解肌清热；除烦止渴。
茯苓，渗湿利水；健脾和胃；宁心安神。
薏苡仁，利湿健脾；舒筋除痹；清热排脓。
当归，补血；活血；止痛；润燥滑肠。
海风藤，祛风湿；通经络；理气；止痛。
薄荷，散风热；解郁。
木瓜，舒筋活络，和胃化湿。
赤芍，清热凉血；活血祛瘀。
海螵蛸，收敛；制酸止痛；收湿敛疮。
白茅根，凉血止血；清热生津；利尿通淋。
白术，健脾益气；燥湿利水。
防己，祛风止痛，清热利水。
生地黄，清热凉血；生津润燥。
将上述多味中药原料经过煎煮制备成汤剂，诸药合用，共奏疏肝解毒、清热利湿、通络止痛之功。对于治疗痛风性关节炎效果显著。
临床资料：
为表明本发明药物的治疗效果，本发明经过 120 例痛风性关节炎患者进行系统的临床研究，120 例病例均来源于广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院。
治疗组：按就诊顺序根据随机数字表法选取 60 例，在原治疗基础上，停用所有治疗药物，单纯服用本发明药物治疗1个月。
对照组：按就诊顺序根据随机数字表法选取60例，口服醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊，治疗1个月。
两组在病情、性别、年龄、病程等方面经统计学处理差异无统计学意义。
服用方法 ：治疗组 ：每日早晚各一次服用本发明药物的汤剂 300 ml，疗程为1个月。对照组 ：口服醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊，每次100mg，每天2次，早、晚进食后半小时200ml温开水送服，疗程为1个月。
观察指标和方法
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、《中医病证诊断疗效标准》的标准。
治疗组60例，痊愈11例，显效35例，有效9例，无效5例，总有效率为 91.67％；对照组60例，痊愈4例，显效25例，有效18例，无效13例，总有效率为78.33％。 两组的有效率差异有明显统计学意义，治疗组明显优于对照组。

病例一：麦某，男，32岁，2008年09月08日初诊。病人自述左足外踝肿痛、活动受限1周。诊见：一般情况好，舌暗红、苔薄黄，脉弦。检查：左足外踝及左足背中度红肿，关节各方向活动受限，肢端感觉、血运正常。查血尿酸：530umol/L。申请人认为，本病属肝失疏泄，湿热蕴结之痛风，治疗当以疏肝解毒、清热利湿为法。处方：柴胡15、牡丹皮20、黄柏20、山栀子20、石膏40、茯苓30、薏苡仁40、当归10、海风藤40、薄荷15、木瓜40、赤芍20、海螵蛸30、白茅根30、白术15、防己20、生地黄30。3剂，每天1剂，水煎服。09月12日复诊：左外踝及左足背肿痛明显减轻，仍守上方，续服6剂。09月19日复诊：左外踝肿痛已不明显，活动自如。
