本发明属于中医中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物。
背景技术
小儿黄疸是指胆红素代谢异常引起血中胆红素水平升高而出现皮肤、巩膜及黏膜黄染的临床症状。临床常见证型有：湿困脾胃、热毒炽盛、寒凝阳衰、肝胆湿热。湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的临床症状主要表现为：身目俱黄，黄色晦滞，头重身困，胸脘痞满，恶心纳少，腹胀，大便溏垢，苔腻微黄，脉弦滑或濡缓。临床上小儿黄疸多采用中西医结合及光疗等综合性的治疗措施。经过发明人的长期实践得出，中药治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸具有较好作用，取得不错效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用蜜柑草、白术、刺黄柏、红石耳、党参、铁丝七、金钱草、婆婆指甲菜、构皮麻、甘草按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药组合物由下述原料药制成：蜜柑草30-50份、白术20-40份、刺黄柏20-40份、红石耳20-40份、党参15-25份、铁丝七15-25份、金钱草15-25份、婆婆指甲菜9-15份、构皮麻9-15份、甘草9-15份。
本发明中药组合物原料药的最佳重量份为：蜜柑草40份、白术30份、刺黄柏30份、红石耳30份、党参20份、铁丝七20份、金钱草20份、婆婆指甲菜12份、构皮麻12份、甘草12份。
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
蜜柑草：苦，寒。清热利湿，清肝明目。主治黄疸，痢疾，泄泻，水肿，淋病，小儿疳积，目赤肿痛，痔疮，毒蛇咬伤。
白术：苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。主治脾气虚弱之乏力，食少腹胀，泄泻，便秘，水饮内停之小便不利，水肿，痰饮眩晕，寒湿痹，身痛，气虚自汗，胎动不安。
刺黄柏：苦，寒。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。主治湿热黄疸，腹泻，痢疾，目赤肿痛，热毒疮疡，风湿热痹。
红石耳：淡、微苦，平。理气健胃，利水除胀。主治消化不良，脘腹胀痛，痢疾，疳积。
党参：甘，平。归脾、肺经。健脾补肺，益气生津。主治脾胃虚弱，食少便溏，四肢乏力，肺虚喘咳，气短自汗，气血两亏诸证。
铁丝七：苦，微寒。归肺、肝、膀胱经。清热解毒，利水通淋。主治肺热咳嗽，痢疾，黄疸，小便淋涩，痈肿，瘰疬，烫伤。
金钱草：甘、微苦，凉。归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。清热，利湿，通淋，排石，解毒。主治湿热黄疸，热淋，肾炎水肿，肝、胆及泌尿系结石，热毒痈肿，毒蛇咬伤。
婆婆指甲菜：甘、微苦，凉。归肺、胃、肝经。清热，利湿，凉血解毒。主治感冒发热，湿热泄泻，肠风下血，乳痈，疔疮，高血压病。
构皮麻：甘、淡，平。祛风除湿，活血止痛。主治风湿痹痛，泄泻，痢疾，黄疸，浮肿，痈疖，跌打损伤。
甘草：甘，平。归脾、胃、心、肺经。和中缓急，润肺，解毒，调和诸药。炙用治脾胃虚弱，倦怠食少，腹痛便溏，四肢挛急疼痛，心悸，脏躁，肺痿咳嗽，生用治咽喉肿痛，痈疮肿毒，小儿胎毒，及药物、食物中毒。
中医认为，湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸多因脾失健运，水湿内盛，致湿浊内盛，困着脾胃，阻遏气机所致。本发明中蜜柑草清热利湿、清肝明目，为君药；白术健脾益气、燥湿利水，刺黄柏清热燥湿、泻火解毒，红石耳理气健胃、利水除胀，为臣药；党参健脾补肺、益气生津，铁丝七清热解毒、利水通淋，金钱草清热利湿，婆婆指甲菜清热利湿、凉血解毒，构皮麻祛风除湿、活血止痛，甘草补中益气，调和诸药。经过临床实践发现，对湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸具有独特的疗效，诸药共奏清热利湿、清肝明目、健脾益气、燥湿利水、清热燥湿、泻火解毒、理气健胃、健脾补肺、清热解毒、祛风除湿之功效，达到治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的目的。
本发明中药组合物于2008年至2012年临床观察湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸128例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
128例患者中，男孩63例，女孩65例，年龄最小4个月，最大6岁，病程多在2天到15天，平均年龄3.5岁。
2、诊断标准
诊断依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
目黄、肤黄、尿黄，以目黄为主；
初起有恶寒发热，纳呆厌油，恶心呕吐，神疲乏力，或大便颜色变淡；
有饮食不节，肝炎接触或应用化学制品药物等病史；
肝脏、脾脏或胆囊肿大，伴有压痛或触痛。
并有如下症状：身目俱黄，黄色晦滞，头重身困，胸脘痞满，恶心纳少，腹胀，大便溏垢，苔腻微黄，脉弦滑或濡缓。
3、治疗方法：
3.1处方：蜜柑草40g、白术30g、刺黄柏30g、红石耳30g、党参20g、铁丝七20g、金钱草20g、婆婆指甲菜12g、构皮麻12g、甘草12g。
3.2制备及使用方法：上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂，每日1剂，每日2次，3天为1疗程。

治愈：黄疸消退，其他症状消失，实验室指标正常；
好转：黄疸及其他症状减轻，胆红素正常或降低，其他实验室指标好转；
未愈：黄疸不退或加深，其他症状及实验室指标无改善。
4.2结果：128例患者中，治愈107例（83.6%），好转20例（15.6%），无效1例（0.8%），总有效率为99.2%。
5、典型病例
5.1孙某，女，1岁零2个月。患者双目及全身皮肤发黄，黄色晦滞，精神倦怠，时时啼哭，大便灰白，小便黄少，唇舌偏淡，苔微黄，脉弦滑。诊断为湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸。服用本发明药物，治疗1个疗程，双目及全身皮肤黄染明显消退，继续服用2个疗程，诸症均消失，痊愈，1年后随访无复发。
5.2吴某，女，2岁半。患者皮肤及双目发黄，黄色晦滞，精神倦怠，食欲差，腹胀便溏，舌苔微黄，脉濡缓。诊断为湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸。服用本发明药物，每日1剂，1个疗程后，皮肤及双目黄染明显消退，继续服用2个疗程，诸症均消失，痊愈，1年后随访无复发。
5.3尤某，女，4岁。患者双目及全身皮肤黄色晦滞，头重身困，恶心纳少，腹胀，大便溏垢，小便短黄，苔腻微黄，脉弦滑。诊断为湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸。服用本发明药物，每日1剂，1个疗程后，双目及全身皮肤黄染明显消退，继续服用2个疗程，诸症均消失，痊愈，1年后随访无复发。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，下述该实施例仅用于说明本发明而对本发明没有限制。
实施例1，一种治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物，是由蜜柑草30g、白术20g、刺黄柏20g、红石耳20g、党参15g、铁丝七15g、金钱草15g、婆婆指甲菜9g、构皮麻9g、甘草9g制成。
实施例2，一种治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物，是由蜜柑草40g、白术30g、刺黄柏30g、红石耳30g、党参20g、铁丝七20g、金钱草20g、婆婆指甲菜12g、构皮麻12g、甘草12g制成。
实施例3，一种治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物，是由蜜柑草50g、白术40g、刺黄柏40g、红石耳40g、党参25g、铁丝七25g、金钱草25g、婆婆指甲菜15g、构皮麻15g、甘草15g制成。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗湿困脾胃型小儿黄疸的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述原料药制成：蜜柑草30-50份、白术20-40份、刺黄柏20-40份、红石耳20-40份、党参15-25份、铁丝七15-25份、金钱草15-25份、婆婆指甲菜9-15份、构皮麻9-15份、甘草9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述原料药制成：蜜柑草40份、白术30份、刺黄柏30份、红石耳30份、党参20份、铁丝七20份、金钱草20份、婆婆指甲菜12份、构皮麻12份、甘草12份。
