Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的外用中药制剂，属中医中药技术领域。中药原料的重量组成为：麻黄3份、细辛2份、葛根10份、白芷5份、威灵仙10份、络石藤10份、穿山龙10份、水蛭1份、川乌10份和穿山甲5份。本发明是在中医辨证施治的基础上结合临床治验研制而成的。具有活血逐瘀、消肿散结的功效。具有见效快、疗效高、治疗方便、无毒副作用的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中医中药技术领域，涉及一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的外用中药制剂。
背景技术
本病因长期精神紧张、劳累、颈部的姿势不正或受寒凉刺激等因素造成颈部肌肉痉挛、使其生理弧度改变影响了颈动脉的供血而致。临床表现以眩晕为主，特别是改变体位、转颈时症状更加明显，容易出现恶心、呕吐，甚至晕倒；多数患者伴有颈部不适、肌肉紧张，特别是斜方肌、冈上肌，前斜角肌处有压痛；有的还伴有头痛、耳鸣、视力模糊、记忆力下降等症状。中医认为本病的主要病机是寒湿阻滞经络、气血运行不畅，临床中通过舒筋活络、活血逐瘀、消肿散结等治法，消除了肌肉痉挛、使局部的血管扩张，改善了局部血液循环，增加了局部组织的营养供应，收到了很好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的外用中药制剂，具有见效快、疗效高、治疗方便、无毒副作用的特点。
本发明治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的外用中药制剂，中药原料的重量组成为：麻黄3份、细辛2份、葛根10份、白芷5份、威灵仙10份、络石藤10份、穿山龙10份、水蛭1份、川乌10份和穿山甲5份。
制备方法：按上重量称取原料，置入容器内，加入90°酒精500份，浸泡60天，过滤，用蒸馏水将滤液配制成酒精度50°的液体，分装。
用法用量：外用，局部涂擦患处，一日3次，30天为一疗程，连用三个疗程。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
麻黄：发汗解表、宣肺平喘、利水消肿，本品辛散苦泄、温通宣畅入肺经，外能发散风寒、内能开宣肺气。
细辛：祛风散寒、通窍、止痛、温肺化饮。
葛根：解肌退热、透发麻疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻。
白芷：解表散风、通窍止痛、燥湿止带、消肿排脓。
威灵仙：祛风湿、通经络、消骨哽。本品辛温，性猛善走、通行十二经脉。
络石藤：祛风通络、凉血消肿，多用于风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛。
穿山龙：祛风湿、活血通络、清肺化饮。
水蛭：破血逐瘀，本品咸苦入血分，善破血逐瘀。
川乌：祛风湿、散寒止痛。
穿山甲：活血通经、下乳、消肿排脓。
以上诸药的功效及主治均参考于中医药院校本科教材第六版《中药学》，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：
椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状：以眩晕为主，特别是改变体位、转颈时症状明显加重，恶心呕吐、颈部紧束感，有时头晕、耳鸣和视力模糊等。
治疗结果：临床试验治疗椎动脉型颈椎病200例。椎动脉型颈椎病患者经三个疗程治疗后，显效120例，占60%，有效70例，占35%，无效10例，占5%，总有效率95%。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
治疗标准：
显效：临床症状全部消失，颈部转动自如，全身无阳性体征可查。
有效：主要症状明显减轻，有时体位改变时头晕、休息片刻症状改善。
无效：自觉症状虽然减轻，颈部活动时，仍有头晕、目眩等症状。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者李某某，女，50岁，因长期颈部酸痛，伴有头痛、头晕、失眠、恶心、呕吐等症状，两年前诊为椎动脉型颈椎病。多方治疗无效。2010年7月在我院经使用本发明药物治疗三个疗程后症状消失，颈部活动自如。随访一年无复发。
病例2：患者田某某，女，55岁，患椎动脉型颈椎病一年余，经使用本发明药物治疗三个疗程后症状消失，颈部活动自如。随访一年无复发。
病例3：患者吕某某，男，43岁，患椎动脉型颈椎病三年余，长期中西医结合治疗，效果不佳；2010年11月来诊我院，使用本发明药物治疗三个疗程后症状消失，颈部活动自如。随访一年无复发。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
（1）本发明所选用的中草药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍，本发明具有活血逐瘀、消肿散结的功效。
（2）本发明不仅可有效的治疗椎动脉型颈椎病，还可对该病有较好的预防作用。
（3）本发明组方严谨、配伍合理、科学高效，见效快、疗程短、治愈率高。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例
中药原料的重量组成为：
麻黄3份、细辛2份、葛根10份、白芷5份、威灵仙10份、络石藤10份、穿山龙10份、水蛭1份、川乌10份和穿山甲5份。
