Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物除藻剂,以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40‑45%,纤维酶10‑15%,中草药提取物9‑30%,纯水20‑41%。中药成分有很好的杀藻及抑藻作用;菌酶制剂对于降解水体中有机物和总氮含量有明显作用,其中纤维酶可以对水体中的纤维素成分进行分解。中药提取物与菌酶制剂协同作用下,对水体改善作用明显;向原水投放该除藻剂一周后,检测水质指标,原水中的蓝藻基本完全去除,COD去除率为58.5%,总氮去除率为82.2%,氨氮去除率为72.4%,水体pH由8.8降至7.7。

一种生物除藻剂
技术领域
本发明涉及水生态治理环保领域,尤其涉及一种生物除藻剂。
背景技术
水体富营养化是当今世界面临的一项重大水环境问题,随着城市化和工业化不断发展,排入水体的营养物质增多,水体富营养化日趋严重,由此造成的水华频繁发生,严重影响我国水环境健康和饮用水源地安全。因此,寻求有效、安全的水华防治措施及去除有害藻类的方法势在必行。
目前传统的除藻剂主要有硫酸铜、醋酸、高岭土等化学药品,这些产品副作用较大,有一定的生态风险,对水中鱼类和浮游动物的生长产生威胁,且不能从根本上改善水体富营养化状态。
多种微生物菌种组成的有效微生物菌群(effective microorganisms,EM菌)通过在水体中进行营养竞争,抑制有害微生物生长,并有效利用氮磷无机盐等途径,在抑藻、杀藻和构建健康平衡的水生态系统方面能发挥重要作用。
复合生物酶采用高效的纤维酶,可降解水体中死亡的植物遗体,以防其对水体造成的污染。
从中药植物中提取活性物质用于杀菌抑菌已有许多成功应用,同时我国具有较为丰富的中药植物资源,但利用中药植物提取物是否对水体蓝藻同样具有杀灭或抑制作用,尚未得到很好的研究。
发明内容
本发明采用的是微生态工程技术(发酵工程、酶工程、中药生物提取工程)创新研制的除藻剂,采用复合菌、复合酶、以及经发酵法生物转化的无毒高效中药提取物共同发挥作用,去除藻类的同时,构建了健康的水生态环境。
本项产品是一种历经多年反复论证并通过数次实验,最终研制而成的集中药提取物、多种有效优势菌株及生物酶的高效的、绿色环保净水的除藻产品。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种生物除藻剂,包括EM菌、纤维酶、中草药提取物、纯水。
以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40-45%,纤维酶10-15%,中草药提取物9-30%,纯水20-41%。
进一步的,所述EM菌由光和细菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌和放线菌为主的微生物复合而成。
进一步的,所述中草药提取物由五倍子提取液和吴茱萸提取液组成。
进一步的,所述五倍子提取液与吴茱萸提取液的质量比为1:1。
进一步的,所述五倍子提取液的制作过程包括如下步骤:首先将500g五倍子放入2L纯净水中常温常压下沸水煮1.5-2.5h,冷却至室温,过滤,浓缩至1L,得到五倍子提取液。
进一步的,所述吴茱萸提取液的制作过程包括如下步骤:首先将500g吴茱萸放入2L纯净水中常温常压下沸水煮1.5-2.5h,冷却至室温,过滤,浓缩至1L,得到吴茱萸提取液。
本发明的有益效果在于:①中药成分有很好的杀藻及抑藻作用;菌酶制剂对于降解水体中有机物和总氮含量有明显作用,其中纤维酶可以对水体中的纤维素成分进行分解。中药提取物与菌酶制剂协同作用下,对水体改善作用明显;②向原水投放该除藻剂一周后,检测水质指标,原水中的蓝藻基本完全去除,COD去除率为58.5%,总氮去除率为82.2%,氨氮去除率为72.4%,水体pH由8.8降至7.7。

以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40%,纤维酶10%,中草药提取物30%,纯水20%制成除藻剂,记为组1,除藻剂使用量为0.1L混合液/吨水,记录水质指标,详见表1。

向原水投放该除藻剂一周后,检测水质指标,由表1可知,原水中的藻类基本完全去除,COD去除率为63.0%,总氮去除率为77.8%,氨氮去除率为72.0%,水体pH由8.8降至7.7。
实施例2:
以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40%,纤维酶10%,中草药提取物15%,纯水35%制成除藻剂,记为组2,除藻剂使用量为0.1L混合液/吨水,记录水质指标,详见表2。

以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40%,纤维酶10%,中草药提取物9%,纯水41%制成除藻剂,记为组3,除藻剂使用量为0.1L混合液/吨水,记录水质指标,详见表3。

向原水投放该除藻剂一周后,检测水质指标,由表4可知,原水中的藻类基本完全去除,COD去除率为55.6%,总氮去除率为57.8%,氨氮去除率为68%,水体pH由8.8降至7.7。

Claims (3)

1.一种生物除藻剂,其特征在于,以各组分体积浓度计,EM菌40-45%,纤维酶10-15%,中草药提取物9-30%,纯水20-41%,所述EM菌由光和细菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌和放线菌为主的微生物复合而成,所述中草药提取物由五倍子提取液和吴茱萸提取液组成,其体积比为1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物除藻剂,其特征在于,所述五倍子提取液的制作过程包括如下步骤:首先将500g五倍子放入2L纯净水中常温常压下沸水煮1.5-2.5h,冷却至室温,过滤,浓缩至1L,得到五倍子提取液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物除藻剂,其特征在于,所述吴茱萸提取液的制作过程包括如下步骤:首先将500g吴茱萸放入2L纯净水中常温常压下沸水煮1.5-2.5h,冷却至室温,过滤,浓缩至1L,得到吴茱萸提取液。
