一种驱动装置,包括电机和与电机连接的齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱包括下壳、收容于下壳内的齿轮以及盖设于下壳一端的盖体。所述下壳包括一支撑轴,所述支撑轴支撑所述齿轮相对下壳旋转,所述支撑轴呈中空状,所述齿轮箱还包括一芯轴插入装配于所述支撑轴内,所述芯轴由金属材料制成,所述支撑轴由塑料制成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动装置,特别是涉及一种驱动装置的齿轮箱。
背景技术
现有的驱动装置,如汽车的车窗升降系统的驱动装置,通常由电机与齿轮箱构成,所述齿轮箱通常包括蜗轮蜗杆等传动机构。驱动齿轮可转动地套接于齿轮箱的一固定轴上。电机的输出轴与所述传动单元相啮合,电机启动后带动传动单元以固定轴为中心转动,进而带动负载运转。为保证传动单元与负载之间的稳定传动,所述轴心通常采用强度较高的金属轴,以确保轴心不会变形,影响传动的稳定。然而,一方面,金属轴的材料成本高;另一方面,金属轴在初步成型后还需要一定的机械加工,以形成足够光滑的表面,减小与传动单元的摩擦,因此采用金属轴在一定程度上使得齿轮箱的整体成本升高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,提供一种成本低且传动稳定的齿轮箱及使用该齿轮箱的驱动装置。
一种齿轮箱,包括下壳、收容于下壳内的齿轮以及盖设于下壳一端的盖体。所述下壳包括一支撑轴,所述支撑轴支撑所述齿轮相对下壳旋转,所述支撑轴呈中空状,所述齿轮箱还包括一芯轴插入装配于所述支撑轴内,所述芯轴由金属材料制成,所述支撑轴由塑料制成。
本发明还提供一种具有上述齿轮箱的驱动装置。
相较于现有技术,本发明齿轮箱的支撑轴由塑料制成,其成本低兼,成型简单。另外,本发明还采用金属材料制成的芯轴插入至支撑轴内,在有效降低成本的同时,保证整个轴的强度,维持传动的稳定性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明驱动装置包括电机10以及与电机10连接的齿轮箱12。所述齿轮箱12包括外壳14、及可转动地收容于外壳14内的传动机构。所述传动机构可以是齿轮传动机构、蜗轮蜗杆传动机构、皮带轮传动机构、或行星轮传动机构等。本实施例中,传动机构包括蜗杆15和蜗轮16。所述电机10具有一输出扭矩的转轴18。所述蜗杆15固定于所述转轴18上。所述转轴18连同蜗杆15伸入至外壳14并与蜗轮16相啮合。
所述外壳14包括下壳20以及与下壳20连接的端盖22。所述下壳20呈一端开口的筒状结构。以图2所示方向,所述下壳20顶端开口,所述端盖22将下壳20的开口端封闭。所述下壳20包括底壁21及自底壁21的周围朝向端盖22延伸的侧壁23。所述底壁21的中央沿轴向朝端盖22凸出形成有支撑轴24。所述蜗轮16套接于所述支撑轴24上,并在蜗杆15的驱动下相对支撑轴24旋转。本实施例中,所述支撑轴24的顶端穿过端盖22而伸出至外壳14之外。较佳地,所述支撑轴24由塑料制成,其与下壳20通过注塑成型的方式一体形成。所述支撑轴24呈中空状,其中央形成有中心孔26,所述中心孔26内设置有芯轴28。较佳地,所述芯轴28由金属材料制成,比如碳钢等高硬度材料,其硬度远大于塑料所形成的支撑轴24。所述芯轴28插入装配至支撑轴24内,增强支撑轴24的强度,有效地支撑蜗轮16转动。
本实施例中,所述中心孔26底端开口顶端封闭的盲孔,所述芯轴28呈细长的圆柱状,由中心孔26的底端开口插入至中心孔26内。较佳地,所述芯轴28的直径可以基本等于或略大于中心孔26的孔径,由于支撑轴24由塑料制成,在插入芯轴28时能够产生一定的变形,在芯轴28插入后与支撑轴24形成紧配合,固定连接为一体。由于芯轴28为金属,因此芯轴28与支撑轴24共同构成的轴心30具有较高的强度,可以承受足够大的扭矩而不变形。较佳地,所述芯轴28的直径与支撑轴24的直径比为0.1-0.75。
如图5所示,本实施例中,所述芯轴28的一端的外表面形成有滚花29。本实施例中,所述滚花29为压条,其沿周向间隔分布。在其他实施例中,所述滚花29可以呈螺旋状、花纹状或其他纹理,所述滚花29在芯轴28压入至中心孔26内时,使得芯轴28与中心孔26内壁之间于部分区域形成有间隙,如此在插入芯轴28时可以避免中心孔26顶部的空气滞留于芯轴28顶端而导致芯轴28无法被压入到预定位置。
由于本发明采用与下壳20一体成形的塑料支撑轴24,支撑轴24注塑成型后无需过多的机械加工即可形成光滑的表面,支撑蜗轮16转动。另外,本发明还采用金属芯轴28插入至支撑轴24内,可以有效增强支撑轴24的强度,防止在蜗轮16受到的扭矩作用下变形。本发明的整个支撑轴结构的成型相对于传统的金属轴更为简单、方便、快捷。另外,支撑轴24的材料为塑料,塑料相对于金属的原材料成本低,因此可以在一定程度上降低成本。再另外,支撑轴24的中央插入金属芯轴28,因此能够保证整个支撑轴结构具有较高的强度,在蜗轮运转时不会变形,保证传动的稳定性,并减小噪音的产生。
图6至图9所示为本发明的第二实施例的驱动装置的齿轮箱的下壳50。本实施例中的芯轴51具有光滑的外表面。即省去了第一实施例中的芯轴51的滚花。为了避免芯轴51插入至支撑轴54内时中心孔56的顶部的空气滞留,本实施例的中心孔56的周缘还开设有一透气槽57,所述透气槽57与中心孔56相连通,并沿中心孔56的延伸方向延伸。较佳地,所述透气槽57的延伸长度与中心孔56的延伸长度基本相等。所述透气槽与所述中心孔连接处的开口的宽度与所述中心孔的直径之比为0.1-0.5。透气槽57可以自下壳50注塑成型时成型,成型方便,并利用该透气槽57省去了芯轴51上的滚花,从而省去芯轴51的加工工艺,进一步降低成本,简化了制造工艺。
需要说明的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的创造精神,本领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化,比如形成非标准圆柱形的中心孔代替透气槽。例如形成方形孔、六边形孔等多边形孔;或者使中心孔沿支撑轴的轴向上形成一较小的锥度。这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (11)

1.一种齿轮箱,包括下壳、收容于下壳内的齿轮以及盖设于下壳一端的盖体。所述下壳包括一支撑轴,所述支撑轴支撑所述齿轮相对下壳旋转,其特征在于:所述支撑轴呈中空状,所述齿轮箱还包括一芯轴插入装配于所述支撑轴内,所述芯轴由金属材料制成,所述支撑轴由塑料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述支撑轴与所述下壳通过注塑成型的方式一体形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述支撑轴内形成有中心孔,所述芯轴紧配合于支撑轴的中心孔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述中心孔为一端封闭、一端开口的盲孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述芯轴至少有部分外表面与所述中心孔的内壁之间有间隙。
6.如权利要求5所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述中心孔为圆孔,所述芯轴的外表面形成滚花。
7.如权利要求5所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述中心孔的周缘具有一透气槽,所述透气槽与所述中心孔相连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述透气槽与所述中心孔连接处的开口的宽度与所述中心孔的直径之比为0.1-0.5。
9.如权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述芯轴由钢制成。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述芯轴的直径与支撑轴的直径的比值为0.1-0.75。
11.一种驱动装置,包括电机和与电机连接的齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱为权利要求1至10任意一项所述的齿轮箱。
