技术领域

背景技术
这样的系统从例如US5,403,486可知。这里若干延伸部形成多喷喷嘴。这个专利提出:用于改善滤饼洗涤的旋转洗涤进料隔室;以及通过使用从输送器毂的内部表面延伸到外部表面的U型通道进行的进料的加速系统。该U形通道与向内延伸的L形导流板连通,该L形导流板对抗科里奥利(Coriolis)力。这个设计通过打碎颗粒或絮状物产生了突然的进料加速,并通过快速减小其影响产生了导流板后的产品积聚。延伸到输送器的外部U形通道具有的缺点在于:送料浆料以浓缩喷出物的形式被排放在池中,其导致已经分离的固体再次混合。因为这些通道没有被液体完全填充,所以没有很好地控制空气循环,因为这些类型的通道通过将空气置于压力之下而作为风扇工作。这些系统很复杂,且当送入更粘性的悬浮液时趋向于堵塞。US2014/0005024公开了一种新的送料室,其设有近侧横壁、远侧横壁和在进料室的所有内表面上延伸的耐磨损构件。US3,568,920提出一种可拆卸插入件,其涉及用于抗磨损的进料室。原料通过衬套送料室内的旋转进料管送入机器中。螺杆设有用螺栓固定在螺杆输送器的外部上的内转子。能够拆卸内转子以更换衬套插入件。该螺杆制造复杂,旋转进料管难以密封,且进料室的喷嘴没有在进料室的内部和外部延伸。
DE4041868示出了一种离心机,其具有为了耐磨损而以一体部件制成的用于进料室的所有内部表面的插入件。这个插入件不能被替换,且在这个插入件磨损后,整个离心机螺杆必须被拆除并整修。
US5,380,266示出了一种进料加速器系统,在圆锥形进料室内部具有叶片。通过在离心机的池中排放之前,将进料室内部的产品加速到螺杆的旋转速度,这个系统提高了进料室的效率。另一进料室内部的加速系统被在专利US5401423中提出。
传统滗析器高速运转,而机器的进料在产品零旋转速度操作。一个困难是高效、低剪切速率(平稳加速以避免打碎颗粒或絮状物)且没有重大磨损地将进料带到转筒速度。在离心机的操作期间,在进料室的内部和在排出口处可能发生磨损。通常需要实施螺杆的切割、新的焊接和新的配平。制作标准进料室,以得到高液压效率或磨损保护或便利的维护,但不能同时得到所有的这些特征。
发明内容
为了避免现有技术的缺点,本发明特征在于设置了从螺杆毂的内部延伸到外部的若干喷嘴,由此,在螺杆输送器的内部表面上且绕圆周在喷嘴之间设有加速器插入件。这些插入件保证良好且逐渐加速进料到入口喷嘴中,且另外提供对进料室壁的有效保护。具有喷嘴和加速器插入件的这个布置提供了实现直接现场短时间修理的可能性。本发明提出一种新的用于螺杆的进料室,其效率高、产品加速平稳、磨损保护且维护容易。通过这样的系统,确保磨损在所有的入口喷嘴上均匀分布。
本发明的优选实施例特征在于用螺栓将喷嘴固定在螺杆输送器的毂上。因此它们可以容易地被拆卸,且在需要时例如当它们磨损时也可以被更换。
根据本发明,该加速器插入件可具有波形形式,可由聚氨酯制成或可具有光滑表面。

图1示出根据本发明的滗析离心机,具有以高旋转速度以优化相分离的转筒1、用于浆料输送和浓缩的螺杆2、轴向进料器3、进料室4、混合物出口5、用于清液相的出口6和用于固相回收的出口7。
图2示出根据本发明的滗析离心机的细节。在进料室4的内部,在喷嘴10、端壁12以及加速圆锥13之间布置有若干加速器插入件16,该加速圆锥13被连接到轴向进料器3,且被连接到圆形进料室4的开口。这产生了新的用于螺杆2的进料室,其效率高、产品加速平稳、磨损保护且维护方便。
喷嘴10的横截面可为矩形、椭圆或圆形,或可具有任何其它形状。喷嘴的外部延伸部被制作直到池塘液位9,以避免产品飞溅地排放到池9a中,并避免穿过喷嘴10的空气流。这将避免产品在进料室4的区域内在池9a重新悬浮以及在机器的内部的处于压力下的空气,尤其对于在高池塘液位操作(接近螺杆毂或被浸没的螺杆条件下)的滗析离心机。喷嘴10的内表面11用陶瓷合金、碳化钨或任何其它耐磨保护来进行保护。用螺栓17将喷嘴固定在螺杆2的毂8上。加速器插入件16由聚氨酯、在内表面上有耐磨保护的不锈钢或任何耐磨材料制成。这些加速器插入件16的尺寸使得能够在安装喷嘴10之前穿过螺杆2的开口安装它们。这样的加速器插入件16的固定在圆周方向上通过进料室4的内部两个连续的喷嘴10的内部的延伸部实现,而在轴向上通过端壁12和固定环15实现。这个具有喷嘴10和加速器插入件16的布置提供了实现短时间内直接现场修理螺杆2的可能性。
喷嘴10的内部延伸部被制作直到加速器插入件16的水平,从而避免进料室4的内部的高剪切力和停滞流。
图3示出通过根据本发明的进料室的沿图2中的线III-III的横截面。在这个进料室内布置有若干加速器插入件16,通过喷嘴10的到进料室中的延伸部将加速器插入件16保持在位。在进料室的外部,用螺栓17将喷嘴固定,以允许在不拆卸整个螺杆2的情况下便利且快速的安装和释放以维护。在图3的实施例中,喷嘴10和加速器插入件16对称地布置。

Claims (12)

1.一种滗析离心机,所述滗析离心机包括螺杆输送器,所述螺杆输送器能够绕优选水平的旋转轴线旋转,所述螺杆输送器基本同心地被安装在旋转转筒(1)内,所述螺杆输送器(2)包括毂(8)和至少一个螺旋线圈,所述毂(8)包括内部表面和外部表面、在所述螺杆输送器的所述内部表面和所述外部表面之间的至少一个通路以及在螺杆毂(8)的中心的进料管(3),其特征在于设置从所述进料室(4)的内部延伸到外部的若干喷嘴(10),并且其中在所述螺杆毂(8)的所述内部表面上且绕圆周在所述喷嘴(10)之间设有加速器插入件(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滗析离心机,其中用螺栓(17)将所述喷嘴(10)固定在所述螺杆输送器的所述毂(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1至2中的任一项所述的滗析离心机,其中所述喷嘴(10)可更换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滗析离心机,其中所述加速器插入件(16)可更换。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滗析离心机,其中所述加速器插入件(16)具有波形形式或其它光滑表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滗析离心机,其中所述加速器插入件(16)由聚氨酯、在内表面上具有耐磨保护的不锈钢或任何耐磨材料制成。
7.一种用于滗析离心机的进料室,所述滗析离心机包括螺杆输送器,所述螺杆输送器能够绕优选水平的旋转轴线旋转,所述螺杆输送器基本同心地被安装在旋转转筒(1)内,所述螺杆输送器包括毂(8)和至少一个螺旋线圈,所述毂(8)包括内部表面和外部表面、在所述螺杆输送器的所述内部表面和所述外部表面之间的至少一个通路、在螺杆毂(8)的中心的进料管(3),其特征在于设置从所述进料室(4)的内部延伸到外部的若干喷嘴(10),其中在所述螺杆毂(8)的所述内部表面上且绕圆周在所述喷嘴(10)之间设有加速器插入件(16)。
