Abstract

Claims (12)
- 回転するボウル(1)内にほぼ同心状に設けられた、好ましくは水平な回転軸線周りに回転可能なスクロールコンベヤを備えたデカンタ型遠心分離機であって、前記スクロールコンベヤ(2)がハブ(8)及び少なくとも1つのらせん巻きを備え、前記ハブ(8)が、内側表面及び外側表面と、前記スクロールコンベヤの内側表面と外側表面の間の少なくとも1つの通路と、前記スクロールハブ(8)の中心におけるフィードパイプ(3)とを含む前記デカンタ型遠心分離機において、
フィードチャンバ(4)の内側から外側へ延びる多数のノズル(10)が設けられ、前記スクロールハブ(8)の前記内側表面であって、その周囲における前記各ノズル(10)間に複数の加速インサート(16)が設けられていることを特徴とするデカンタ型遠心分離機。 - 前記ノズル(10)が前記スクロールコンベヤの前記ハブ(8)に複数のボルト(17)で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 前記ノズル(10)が交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が波状の形状又は他の平滑な表面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が、ポリウレタン、内側表面に耐摩耗性保護部を有するステンレス鋼又は他の耐摩耗性の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 回転するボウル(1)内にほぼ同心状に設けられた、好ましくは水平な回転軸線周りに回転可能なスクロールコンベヤを備えた、デカンタ型遠心分離機のためのフィードチャンバであって、前記スクロールコンベヤがハブ(8)及び少なくとも1つのらせん巻きを備え、前記ハブ(8)が、内側表面及び外側表面と、前記スクロールコンベヤの内側表面と外側表面の間の少なくとも1つの通路と、前記スクロールハブ(8)の中心におけるフィードパイプ(3)とを含む前記フィードチャンバにおいて、

- 前記ノズル(10)が交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載のフィードチャンバ。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のフィードチャンバ。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が波状の形状又は他の平滑な表面を有していることを特徴とする請求項7記載のフィードチャンバ。
- 前記加速インサート(16)が、ポリウレタン、内側表面に耐摩耗性保護部を有するステンレス鋼又は他の耐摩耗性の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のフィードチャンバ。
