Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水剂,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:其特征在于,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:改性丙烯酸酯乳液20‑50份;EVA乳液30‑100份;氯丁乳胶20‑30份;分散剂1‑3份;碱金属硅酸盐2‑3份;催化剂1‑3份;助剂0.2‑0.9份。本发明为无机防水剂型防水剂,含有催化剂和改性丙烯酸酯乳液、EVA乳液、氯丁乳胶复合的水基溶液,其最大的特点是可以渗透到内部,并和碱性物质起化学反应,在水泥内部生成乳胶体,填充堵塞水泥内的毛细管而起到作用,形成致密的永久防水层。可防止盐、酸雨和大气中二氧化碳、二氧化硫等气体对水泥混凝土表面的侵蚀,防止碳化,可提高混凝土的强度。

本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种防水剂。
背景技术
混凝土在硬化后,一般情况下其内部存在着空隙,因此会透过水分,即混凝土存在着渗透性,如果使用防水剂则可大大减少这种空隙,使混凝土的密实性得到提高,从而提高混凝土的抗渗性。
防水剂可以用作外墙防水,较方便有效。防水剂可以直接在基层上涂刷,也可以掺和在水泥砂浆中形成防水砂浆使用。传统的防水剂一般是双组分环氧防水剂,由于可与环氧涂料掺和,因此可以作为环氧涂料的防水剂,但如果转用丙烯酸类涂料,则难以使用传统的双组分环氧防水剂,应用范围不高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可适用于丙烯酸类涂料的防水剂。
一种防水剂,其特征在于,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:
改性丙烯酸酯乳液 20-50份
EVA乳液 30-100份
氯丁乳胶 20-30份
分散剂 1-3份
碱金属硅酸盐 2-3份
催化剂 1-3份
助剂 0.2-0.9份。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的改性丙烯酸酯乳液为有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为单丁基锡。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的助剂为甲基硅醇钠和高沸硅醇钠的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明为无机防水剂型防水剂,含有催化剂和改性丙烯酸酯乳液、EVA乳液、氯丁乳胶复合的水基溶液,其最大的特点是可以渗透到内部,并和碱性物质起化学反应,在水泥内部生成乳胶体,填充堵塞水泥内的毛细管而起到作用,形成致密的永久防水层。可防止盐、酸雨和大气中二氧化碳、二氧化硫等气体对水泥混凝土表面的侵蚀,防止碳化,可提高混凝土的强度。本发明可应用于丙烯酸类涂料的涂料上。

实施例2:一种防水剂,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液:30份;EVA乳液:30份;氯丁乳胶:20份;分散剂:2份;碱金属硅酸盐:3份;催化剂:1份;助剂:0.7份。
实施例3:一种防水剂,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:改性丙烯酸酯乳液:40份;EVA乳液:70份;氯丁乳胶:20份;分散剂:2份;碱金属硅酸盐:3份;单丁基锡:3份;助剂:0.8份。
实施例4:一种防水剂,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:改性丙烯酸酯乳液:40份;EVA乳液:60份;氯丁乳胶:20份;分散剂:3份;碱金属硅酸盐:3份;催化剂:1份;甲基硅醇钠和高沸硅醇钠的混合物:0.2份。

改性丙烯酸酯乳液 20-50份
EVA乳液 30-100份
氯丁乳胶 20-30份
分散剂 1-3份

催化剂 1-3份
助剂 0.2-0.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水剂,其特征在于,所述的改性丙烯酸酯乳液为有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水剂,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为单丁基锡。
