本发明公开了一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100~120份、ABVN10~12份、去离子水20~30份、二元共聚聚丙烯50~60份、水性有机硅消泡剂5~8份、偶氮甲酰胺5~10份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5~10份、E‑12环氧树脂30~40份、反应性稀释剂5~10份、三元氯醋共聚物20~25份、丁内酯10~15份和丙烯酸酯‑丙烯酸酯‑苯乙烯共聚物10~15份。通过上述方式,本发明具有热封温度低的优点。

药品泡罩包装用铝箔
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔,具有热封温度低的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100~120份、ABVN10~12份、去离子水20~30份、二元共聚聚丙烯50~60份、水性有机硅消泡剂5~8份、偶氮甲酰胺5~10份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5~10份、E-12环氧树脂30~40份、反应性稀释剂5~10份、三元氯醋共聚物20~25份、丁内酯10~15份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物10~15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100份、ABVN10份、去离子水20份、二元共聚聚丙烯50份、水性有机硅消泡剂5份、偶氮甲酰胺5份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5份、E-12环氧树脂30份、反应性稀释剂5份、三元氯醋共聚物20份、丁内酯10份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯150份、ABVN11份、去离子水25份、二元共聚聚丙烯58份、水性有机硅消泡剂7份、偶氮甲酰胺9份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯8份、E-12环氧树脂35份、反应性稀释剂8份、三元氯醋共聚物23份、丁内酯13份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物13份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明药品泡罩包装用铝箔,具有热封温度低的优点。

一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100份、ABVN10份、去离子水20份、二元共聚聚丙烯50份、水性有机硅消泡剂5份、偶氮甲酰胺5份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5份、E-12环氧树脂30份、反应性稀释剂5份、三元氯醋共聚物20份、丁内酯10份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物10份。
实施例二:
所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯150份、ABVN11份、去离子水25份、二元共聚聚丙烯58份、水性有机硅消泡剂7份、偶氮甲酰胺9份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯8份、E-12环氧树脂35份、反应性稀释剂8份、三元氯醋共聚物23份、丁内酯13份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物13份。
实施例三:
所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯120份、ABVN12份、去离子水30份、二元共聚聚丙烯60份、水性有机硅消泡剂8份、偶氮甲酰胺10份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯10份、E-12环氧树脂40份、反应性稀释剂10份、三元氯醋共聚物25份、丁内酯15份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物15份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药品泡罩包装用铝箔,具有热封温度低的优点。

1.一种药品泡罩包装用铝箔,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100~120份、ABVN10~12份、去离子水20~30份、二元共聚聚丙烯50~60份、水性有机硅消泡剂5~8份、偶氮甲酰胺5~10份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5~10份、E-12环氧树脂30~40份、反应性稀释剂5~10份、三元氯醋共聚物20~25份、丁内酯10~15份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药品泡罩包装用铝箔,其特征在于,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯100份、ABVN10份、去离子水20份、二元共聚聚丙烯50份、水性有机硅消泡剂5份、偶氮甲酰胺5份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯5份、E-12环氧树脂30份、反应性稀释剂5份、三元氯醋共聚物20份、丁内酯10份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药品泡罩包装用铝箔,其特征在于,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:低密度聚乙烯150份、ABVN11份、去离子水25份、二元共聚聚丙烯58份、水性有机硅消泡剂7份、偶氮甲酰胺9份、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯8份、E-12环氧树脂35份、反应性稀释剂8份、三元氯醋共聚物23份、丁内酯13份和丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物13份。
