本发明公开了一种高避光铝塑复合膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80‑100份、LLDPE2‑5份、苯乙烯‑乙烯‑丁烯‑苯乙烯共聚物5~10份、环氧亚麻油2~5份、乳百灵1~2份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯2~5份、改性剂1~2份、树木灰烬2~3份、纳米二氧化钛2~4份、热散液晶聚酯5~8份、玉米淀粉5~10份、硬脂酸和山梨酸5~10份。通过上述方式,本发明具有较强的避光性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高避光铝塑复合膜。
背景技术
针对目前硬盒包装锂电池在使用过程中易释放气体,压力增大导致爆炸问题,市面上开始出现新型软包装材料-铝塑膜,软包锂电池在结构上采用铝塑膜包装,在发生安全隐患的情况下软包锂电池最多只会鼓气裂开,而不像钢壳铝壳电芯那样会发生爆炸。现有的这种铝塑膜性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高避光铝塑复合膜,具有较强的避光性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高避光铝塑复合膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、LLDPE2-5份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物5~10份、环氧亚麻油2~5份、乳百灵1~2份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯2~5份、改性剂1~2份、树木灰烬2~3份、纳米二氧化钛2~4份、热散液晶聚酯5~8份、玉米淀粉5~10份、硬脂酸和山梨酸5~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、LLDPE2份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份、环氧亚麻油2份、乳百灵1份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯2份、改性剂1份、树木灰烬2份、纳米二氧化钛2份、热散液晶聚酯5份、玉米淀粉5份、硬脂酸和山梨酸5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂90份、LLDPE4份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物8份、环氧亚麻油3份、乳百灵1.5份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯4份、改性剂1.5份、树木灰烬2.5份、纳米二氧化钛3份、热散液晶聚酯6份、玉米淀粉8份、硬脂酸和山梨酸8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、LLDPE5份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物10份、环氧亚麻油5份、乳百灵2份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯5份、改性剂2份、树木灰烬3份、纳米二氧化钛4份、热散液晶聚酯8份、玉米淀粉10份、硬脂酸和山梨酸10份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明高避光铝塑复合膜,具有较强的避光性能。

实施例二:
所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂90份、LLDPE4份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物8份、环氧亚麻油3份、乳百灵1.5份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯4份、改性剂1.5份、树木灰烬2.5份、纳米二氧化钛3份、热散液晶聚酯6份、玉米淀粉8份、硬脂酸和山梨酸8份。
实施例三:

本发明的有益效果是:本发明高避光铝塑复合膜,具有较强的避光性能。

1.一种高避光铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、LLDPE2-5份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物5~10份、环氧亚麻油2~5份、乳百灵1~2份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯2~5份、改性剂1~2份、树木灰烬2~3份、纳米二氧化钛2~4份、热散液晶聚酯5~8份、玉米淀粉5~10份、硬脂酸和山梨酸5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高避光铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、LLDPE2份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份、环氧亚麻油2份、乳百灵1份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯2份、改性剂1份、树木灰烬2份、纳米二氧化钛2份、热散液晶聚酯5份、玉米淀粉5份、硬脂酸和山梨酸5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高避光铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯树脂90份、LLDPE4份、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物8份、环氧亚麻油3份、乳百灵1.5份、嵌段共聚聚丙烯4份、改性剂1.5份、树木灰烬2.5份、纳米二氧化钛3份、热散液晶聚酯6份、玉米淀粉8份、硬脂酸和山梨酸8份。
