Abstract
本发明公开了一种药用铝塑复合膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120~150份、苯乙烯‑丙烯腈‑氯化聚乙烯共聚物10~30份、爽滑剂5~8份、碱式氯化铝1~3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5~10份、MD‑2000水性蜡2~5份、过氧化苯甲酰5~8份、2‑氨基‑2‑甲基‑1‑丙醇5~8份、铝硅酸镁2~5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5~10份、聚酯酰亚胺5~8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5~10份和水15~20份。通过上述方式,本发明具有热封温度低、密封性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药用铝塑复合膜。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药用铝塑复合膜,具有热封温度低、密封性好的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药用铝塑复合膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120~150份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物10~30份、爽滑剂5~8份、碱式氯化铝1~3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5~10份、MD-2000水性蜡2~5份、过氧化苯甲酰5~8份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5~8份、铝硅酸镁2~5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5~10份、聚酯酰亚胺5~8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5~10份和水15~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物10份、爽滑剂5份、碱式氯化铝1份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5份、MD-2000水性蜡2份、过氧化苯甲酰5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5份、铝硅酸镁2份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5份、聚酯酰亚胺5份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5份和水15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯130份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物20份、爽滑剂6份、碱式氯化铝2份、聚癸二酸癸二胺8份、MD-2000水性蜡3份、过氧化苯甲酰7份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇7份、铝硅酸镁3份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯8份、聚酯酰亚胺7份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8份和水18份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯150份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物30份、爽滑剂8份、碱式氯化铝3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺10份、MD-2000水性蜡5份、过氧化苯甲酰8份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇8份、铝硅酸镁5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯10份、聚酯酰亚胺8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯10份和水20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用铝塑复合膜,具有热封温度低、密封性好的优点。

一种药用铝塑复合膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物10份、爽滑剂5份、碱式氯化铝1份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5份、MD-2000水性蜡2份、过氧化苯甲酰5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5份、铝硅酸镁2份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5份、聚酯酰亚胺5份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5份和水15份。
实施例二:
所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯130份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物20份、爽滑剂6份、碱式氯化铝2份、聚癸二酸癸二胺8份、MD-2000水性蜡3份、过氧化苯甲酰7份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇7份、铝硅酸镁3份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯8份、聚酯酰亚胺7份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8份和水18份。
实施例三:
所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯150份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物30份、爽滑剂8份、碱式氯化铝3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺10份、MD-2000水性蜡5份、过氧化苯甲酰8份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇8份、铝硅酸镁5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯10份、聚酯酰亚胺8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯10份和水20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用铝塑复合膜,具有热封温度低、密封性好的优点。

1.一种药用铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120~150份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物10~30份、爽滑剂5~8份、碱式氯化铝1~3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5~10份、MD-2000水性蜡2~5份、过氧化苯甲酰5~8份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5~8份、铝硅酸镁2~5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5~10份、聚酯酰亚胺5~8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5~10份和水15~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯120份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物10份、爽滑剂5份、碱式氯化铝1份、聚癸二酸癸二胺5份、MD-2000水性蜡2份、过氧化苯甲酰5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5份、铝硅酸镁2份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯5份、聚酯酰亚胺5份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5份和水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯130份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物20份、爽滑剂6份、碱式氯化铝2份、聚癸二酸癸二胺8份、MD-2000水性蜡3份、过氧化苯甲酰7份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇7份、铝硅酸镁3份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯8份、聚酯酰亚胺7份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8份和水18份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氯乙烯150份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯共聚物30份、爽滑剂8份、碱式氯化铝3份、聚癸二酸癸二胺10份、MD-2000水性蜡5份、过氧化苯甲酰8份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇8份、铝硅酸镁5份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯10份、聚酯酰亚胺8份、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯10份和水20份。
