Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型铝塑膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯8~10份、硅类填料2~5份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯2~6份、硅藻土1~3份、防老剂40202~5份、均聚聚丙烯20~25份、DINP5~8份、聚异三聚氰酸酯10~15份、稀释剂2~6份、聚酰胺树脂20~30份、PCMX5~8份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐5~10份、PTMEG2~5份和聚9‑氨基壬酸2~6份。通过上述方式,本发明其中的外保护层具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型铝塑膜。
背景技术
针对目前硬盒包装锂电池在使用过程中易释放气体,压力增大导致爆炸问题,市面上开始出现新型软包装材料-铝塑膜,软包锂电池在结构上采用铝塑膜包装,在发生安全隐患的情况下软包锂电池最多只会鼓气裂开,而不像钢壳铝壳电芯那样会发生爆炸。现有的这种铝塑膜性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型铝塑膜,其中的外保护层具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型铝塑膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯8~10份、硅类填料2~5份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯2~6份、硅藻土1~3份、防老剂40202~5份、均聚聚丙烯20~25份、DINP5~8份、聚异三聚氰酸酯10~15份、稀释剂2~6份、聚酰胺树脂20~30份、PCMX5~8份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐5~10份、PTMEG2~5份和聚9-氨基壬酸2~6份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯8份、硅类填料2份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯2份、硅藻土1份、防老剂40202份、均聚聚丙烯20份、DINP5份、聚异三聚氰酸酯10份、稀释剂2份、聚酰胺树脂20份、PCMX5份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐5份、PTMEG2份和聚9-氨基壬酸2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯9份、硅类填料4份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯4份、硅藻土2份、防老剂40203份、均聚聚丙烯22份、DINP7份、聚异三聚氰酸酯13份、稀释剂5份、聚酰胺树脂25份、PCMX7份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐9份、PTMEG4份和聚9-氨基壬酸5份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明新型铝塑膜,其中的外保护层具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。

实施例二:
所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯9份、硅类填料4份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯4份、硅藻土2份、防老剂40203份、均聚聚丙烯22份、DINP7份、聚异三聚氰酸酯13份、稀释剂5份、聚酰胺树脂25份、PCMX7份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐9份、PTMEG4份和聚9-氨基壬酸5份。
实施例三:

本发明的有益效果是:本发明新型铝塑膜,其中的外保护层具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。

1.一种新型铝塑膜,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的外保护层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度大于等于150微米,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯8~10份、硅类填料2~5份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯2~6份、硅藻土1~3份、防老剂40202~5份、均聚聚丙烯20~25份、DINP5~8份、聚异三聚氰酸酯10~15份、稀释剂2~6份、聚酰胺树脂20~30份、PCMX5~8份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐5~10份、PTMEG2~5份和聚9-氨基壬酸2~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯8份、硅类填料2份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯2份、硅藻土1份、防老剂40202份、均聚聚丙烯20份、DINP5份、聚异三聚氰酸酯10份、稀释剂2份、聚酰胺树脂20份、PCMX5份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐5份、PTMEG2份和聚9-氨基壬酸2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:己二酸二辛酯9份、硅类填料4份、DCP过氧化二异丙苯4份、硅藻土2份、防老剂40203份、均聚聚丙烯22份、DINP7份、聚异三聚氰酸酯13份、稀释剂5份、聚酰胺树脂25份、PCMX7份、聚丁烯对酞酸盐9份、PTMEG4份和聚9-氨基壬酸5份。
