本发明涉及一种可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法,所述的钧瓷器皿包括素胎和瓷釉,瓷釉包括长石、石英、软土以及二氧化钛以及稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料,各成份占瓷釉总量的质量百分比为:长石60‑69%、石英17‑23%、软土2‑5%,二氧化钛8‑13%,白醋2‑5%,总之本发明具有制造工艺简单、整体造价较低、便于实现的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于钧瓷制造工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法。
背景技术
钧瓷器皿具有外观考究,艺术价值较高的工艺及日用品,但是传统的制造工艺的钧瓷器皿由于制造原料和制造工艺的原因,往往会产生部分的腥臭的等异味,不仅影响正常的使用还影响了其销售的价格,使得钧瓷器皿的整体价值降低,白醋是一种含醋酸的酸性原料,其采购成本也较低,在成型之前将其加入到瓷釉里面能够提前将其中的异味去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种制造工艺简单、整体造价较低、便于实现的可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法,所述的钧瓷器皿包括素胎和瓷釉,瓷釉包括长石、石英、软土以及二氧化钛以及稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料,各成份占瓷釉总量的质量百分比为:长石60-69%、石英17-23%、软土2-5%,二氧化钛8-13%,白醋2-5%。
所述的钧瓷器皿的制作方法包括如下步骤:
1)备料,选取无裂纹、表面圆滑、品质高的素胎;
2)兑料,将白醋与瓷釉进行搅拌充分混合均匀;
2)成型,将所述瓷釉施于素胎上,放置于容积为2立方米的倒焰窑还原气氛进行釉烧,在窑里温度高的顶层或顶端两层搁置防火板,在施釉后的素胎左右两侧均放置防火板吸收热量,以保证窑炉里顶层温度和底层温度相差10-20℃,所放置的防火板高度应低于瓷器高度或与瓷器高度相同,釉烧的温度为1250-1290℃,烧制12 -14小时,出窑既得成品。
本发明的有益效果:在成型之前,将白醋加入到瓷釉当中,在不影响原材料特性的情况下将瓷釉中可能产生的异味去除,将后期成品的使用过程中可能产生的异味提前去除,不仅提升了瓷器器皿的使用的卫生安全性,而且提升了其整体的价值,总之本发明具有制造工艺简单、整体造价较低、便于实现的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明在实施时,一种可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法,所述的钧瓷器皿包括素胎和瓷釉,瓷釉包括长石、石英、软土以及二氧化钛以及稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料,各成份占瓷釉总量的质量百分比为:长石60-69%、石英17-23%、软土2-5%,二氧化钛8-13%,白醋2-5%。
所述的钧瓷器皿的制作方法包括如下步骤:
1)备料,选取无裂纹、表面圆滑、品质高的素胎;
2)兑料,将白醋与瓷釉进行搅拌充分混合均匀;

1.一种可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的钧瓷器皿包括素胎和瓷釉,瓷釉包括长石、石英、软土以及二氧化钛以及稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料,各成份占瓷釉总量的质量百分比为:长石60-69%、石英17-23%、软土2-5%,二氧化钛8-13%,白醋2-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的可以消除异味的钧瓷器皿及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的钧瓷器皿的制作方法包括如下步骤:
