技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑型材生产工艺,特别涉及一种混凝土建材的生产工艺。
背景技术
传统的微晶石产品或人造大理石、水泥构件生产成型工艺依次为:配料——搅拌——布料——振动、抽真空——压制——出模——养护。但是因为产品种类众多,导致每个产品、每个规格都需要一套模具和相应的工装。因此,该工艺具有设备投资大、模具、工装种类多、能源消耗大、环境差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种更为便捷、简单、低成本的建筑型材生产工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种建筑型材生产工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
A、一次布纸;
B、二次布料;
C、三次布料;
D、一道粗扎;
E、二道粗轧;
F、三道粗轧;
G、一道精轧;
H、二道精轧;
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤A中的纸为牛皮纸。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤B的料为微晶石细料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤C的料为粗料、混凝土。
本发明的有益效果是:以较廉价的混凝土为基体,在表层铺以微晶石或人造大理石表层,通过多组轧辊的旋转,依次轧制成型后再进行表面加工而形成产品,具有成本低、产品美观的效果,节能、高效,减少了设备投资、适用范围广。

2、检查设备,清理干净模具板;
3、一次布纸,在模具板上,铺设一层牛皮纸,防止产品物料粘到模具板上,也利于产品表面的光滑平整。
4、然后进行二次布料:在牛皮纸至上,铺设细料、微晶石,其厚度根据产品需要来调整;
5、然后进行三次布料:在微晶石料的基础上,铺设混凝土材料;
6、铺设完成后,进行粗轧,粗轧的次数根据具体的产品来调整,本实施例进行粗轧三次,通过调整设备轧辊的高度,可以很方便的控制每次粗轧的厚度。
7、粗轧完成后,进行精轧,精轧的次数根据具体的产品来调整,本实施例进行精轧二次,通过调整设备轧辊的高度,可以很方便的控制每次粗轧的厚度。

3.根据权利要求1所述一种建筑型材生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B的料为微晶石细料。
