本发明公开了一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜及其制备工艺与应用,复合薄膜由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;制备工艺包括:将所述PET树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到外层薄膜;将所述PA树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到芯层薄膜;将所述CPP树脂经流延处理,得到热封层薄膜;将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品熟化处理,即得。本发明制得的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜在高温蒸煮食品包装袋中有良好应用。

Description

一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜及其制备工艺与应用
技术领域
本发明涉及层状产品领域,具体涉及一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜及其制备工艺与应用。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,方便食品的需求量和生产量不断扩大,高温蒸煮食品的需求量和生产量不断扩大,具有高阻隔、高抗冲性、耐高温蒸煮性、耐高压、耐介质性的食品包装薄膜具有优秀的应用前景。
耐高温蒸煮薄膜制品要经过高温蒸煮杀菌,应选用耐高温121℃、耐超高温135℃的蒸煮性胶粘剂,不能使用普通胶粘剂,否则复合薄膜不到80℃便会分离,剥离强度极低。
中国专利CN200410015694.2公开了一种无溶剂复合工艺及其在软包装领域的应用,使用100%的固态粘合剂,通过对其加热熔融后均匀涂布于需要复合的材料表面,在经过层压、冷却固化过程后,凭借粘合剂本身固化时产生的粘结力将基材复合。但是该专利使用的粘结剂产生的粘结力量级不高,容易在高温条件下产生剥离。
中国专利CN201010106479.9公开了一种食品真空蒸煮包装袋的制作方法,由尼龙膜复合耐高温蒸煮膜,先将印刷后的尼龙膜送入复合工序,用聚氨脂胶水与溶剂按重量配比,搅拌均匀上胶至尼龙膜,通过烘道加温,恒温熟化,热封制袋成型。但是该专利中的粘结剂使用了溶剂,容易在包装膜中残留溶剂,挥发性有机污染物有致癌影响,影响使用安全,并且会造成环境污染。
因此,需要制备一种无溶剂复合薄膜,具有在高温条件下安全使用的性能。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜及其制备工艺与应用。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;
其中,外层薄膜由PET树脂制备而成;芯层薄膜由PA树脂制备而成;热封层薄膜由CPP树脂制备而成;无溶剂粘结剂由组分A和组分B复配而成;组分A由甲苯二异氰酸酯75份~120份,聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚80份~130份,环糊精的羟基衍生物100份~150份制备而成;组分B由二月桂酸二丁基锡20份~50份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯10份~30份,噁唑啉50份~80份制备而成。
进一步地,外层、芯层、热封层的重量比为:1.6~2.1:1.7~2.8:5.5~9.5。
进一步地,外层、芯层、热封层的厚度比为:1.2~1.5:1.5~2.5:6~10。
进一步地,无溶剂粘结剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,在真空条件下,将甲苯二异氰酸酯、环糊精的羟基衍生物混合,在80r/min~120r/min的转速下搅拌1h~3h,然后加入聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚,在120r/min~180r/min的转速下继续搅拌20min~60min,至均匀混合,得到组分A预聚体,备用;
步骤b,在真空条件下,将二月桂酸二丁基锡、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、噁唑啉混合,在150r/min~220r/min的转速下搅拌20min~60min,至均匀混合,得到组分B,备用;
步骤c,使用时根据配方比例将组分B加入到组分A预聚体中,加热至60℃~80℃,进行固化处理24h~48h,控制粘结剂粘度为1500Pa·s~3000Pa·s,即得无溶剂粘结剂。
更进一步地,步骤c中,配方比例为:组分A与组分B的质量比为1~5:1。
本发明的另一发明目的,在于提供一种上述PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将PET树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到外层薄膜;将PA树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到芯层薄膜;将CPP树脂经流延处理,得到热封层薄膜;
步骤S2,将无溶剂粘接剂通过进胶通道进入复合机的储胶装置,将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品在50℃~70℃的温度条件下熟化处理24h~72h,即得PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜。
进一步地,步骤S2中,涂布具体为:涂布温度为55℃~65℃,涂布量为1.5g/m2~3g/m2,涂布速度为150m/min~400m/min。
进一步地,步骤S2中,PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的厚度为:5μm~40μm。
本发明的又一目的,本发明的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜在制备高温蒸煮食品包装袋中的应用。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明使用的无溶剂粘接剂配制工艺简单,组分比例可控可调,粘度范围可变可选,能够对多种不同基体的薄膜材料进行牢固粘接,附着力强,抗分离性好,残留低,适用体系广泛;
2.本发明使用PET/PA/CPP三种高分子基材复合而成的薄膜,具有结构强度大,耐高温性能好,食品相容性佳等优点,经济环保,安全可靠,循环利用;
3.本发明制得的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜在高温蒸煮食品包装袋中有良好应用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;其中,外层薄膜由PET树脂制备而成;芯层薄膜由PA树脂制备而成;热封层薄膜由CPP树脂制备而成;无溶剂粘结剂由组分A和组分B复配而成;组分A由甲苯二异氰酸酯75份,聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚80份,环糊精的羟基衍生物100份制备而成;组分B由二月桂酸二丁基锡20份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯10份,噁唑啉50份制备而成。其中外层、芯层、热封层的重量比为:1.6:1.7:5.5。其中外层、芯层、热封层的厚度比为:1.2:1.5:6。
其中无溶剂粘结剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、环糊精的羟基衍生物混合,在80r/min的转速下搅拌1h,然后加入所述重量份的聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚,在120r/min的转速下继续搅拌20min,至均匀混合,得到组分A预聚体,备用;

一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;其中,外层薄膜由PET树脂制备而成;芯层薄膜由PA树脂制备而成;热封层薄膜由CPP树脂制备而成;无溶剂粘结剂由组分A和组分B复配而成;组分A由甲苯二异氰酸酯120份,聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚130份,环糊精的羟基衍生物150份制备而成;组分B由二月桂酸二丁基锡50份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯30份,噁唑啉80份制备而成。其中外层、芯层、热封层的重量比为:2.1:2.8:9.5。其中外层、芯层、热封层的厚度比为:1.5:2.5:10。
其中无溶剂粘结剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、环糊精的羟基衍生物混合,在120r/min的转速下搅拌3h,然后加入所述重量份的聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚,在180r/min的转速下继续搅拌60min,至均匀混合,得到组分A预聚体,备用;

一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;其中,外层薄膜由PET树脂制备而成;芯层薄膜由PA树脂制备而成;热封层薄膜由CPP树脂制备而成;无溶剂粘结剂由组分A和组分B复配而成;组分A由甲苯二异氰酸酯100份,聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚110份,环糊精的羟基衍生物120份制备而成;组分B由二月桂酸二丁基锡35份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯20份,噁唑啉65份制备而成。其中外层、芯层、热封层的重量比为:1.8:2.2:7.5。其中外层、芯层、热封层的厚度比为:1.4:2:8。
无溶剂粘结剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、环糊精的羟基衍生物混合,在100r/min的转速下搅拌2h,然后加入所述重量份的聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚,在150r/min的转速下继续搅拌2.5h,至均匀混合,得到组分A预聚体,备用;
步骤b,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、噁唑啉混合,在180r/min的转速下搅拌40min,至均匀混合,得到组分B,备用;
步骤c,使用时将组分B以1:3的比例按照加入到组分A预聚体中,加热至70℃,进行固化处理36h,控制粘结剂粘度为2300Pa·s,即得无溶剂粘结剂。
实施例4
一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述PET树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到外层薄膜;将所述PA树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到芯层薄膜;将所述CPP树脂经流延处理,得到热封层薄膜;
步骤S2,将无溶剂粘接剂通过进胶通道进入复合机的储胶装置,将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品在50℃的温度条件下熟化处理24h,即得厚度为5μm的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜。其中涂布处理具体为:涂布温度为55℃,涂布量为1.5g/m2,涂布速度为150m/min。
实施例5
一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:

步骤S2,将无溶剂粘接剂通过进胶通道进入复合机的储胶装置,将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品在70℃的温度条件下熟化处理72h,即得厚度为40μm的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜。其中涂布处理具体为:涂布温度为65℃,涂布量为3g/m2,涂布速度为400m/min。
实施例6
一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述PET树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到外层薄膜;将所述PA树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到芯层薄膜;将所述CPP树脂经流延处理,得到热封层薄膜;
步骤S2,将无溶剂粘接剂通过进胶通道进入复合机的储胶装置,将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品在60℃的温度条件下熟化处理48h,即得厚度为22μm的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜。其中涂布处理具体为:涂布温度为60℃,涂布量为2.3g/m2,涂布速度为280m/min。
实验例
对实施例1~6所制的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的高温蒸煮性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。高温蒸煮性能根据GB/T10004-2008测试。

Claims (9)

1.一种PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,其特征在于,由外层薄膜、芯层薄膜、热封层薄膜采用无溶剂粘结剂复合而成;
其中,所述外层薄膜由PET树脂制备而成;所述芯层薄膜由PA树脂制备而成;所述热封层薄膜由CPP树脂制备而成;所述无溶剂粘结剂由组分A和组分B复配而成;所述组分A由甲苯二异氰酸酯75份~120份,聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚80份~130份,环糊精的羟基衍生物100份~150份制备而成;所述组分B由二月桂酸二丁基锡20份~50份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯10份~30份,噁唑啉50份~80份制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述外层、芯层、热封层的重量比为:1.6~2.1:1.5~2.5:5.5~9.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述外层、芯层、热封层的厚度比为:1.2~1.5:1.5~2.5:6~10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述无溶剂粘结剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、环糊精的羟基衍生物混合,在80r/min~120r/min的转速下搅拌1h~3h,然后加入所述重量份的聚乙二醇氧乙烯醚,在120r/min~180r/min的转速下继续搅拌20min~60min,至均匀混合,得到组分A预聚体,备用;
步骤b,在真空条件下,将所述重量份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、噁唑啉混合,在150r/min~220r/min的转速下搅拌20min~60min,至均匀混合,得到组分B,备用;
步骤c,使用时根据配方比例将组分B加入到组分A预聚体中,加热至60℃~80℃,进行固化处理24h~48h,控制粘结剂粘度为1500Pa·s~3000Pa·s,即得无溶剂粘结剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜,其特征在于,步骤c中,所述配方比例为:组分A与组分B的质量比为1~5:1。
6.一种根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述PET树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到外层薄膜;将所述PA树脂经双向拉伸处理,得到芯层薄膜;将所述CPP树脂经流延处理,得到热封层薄膜;
步骤S2,将无溶剂粘接剂通过进胶通道进入复合机的储胶装置,将无溶剂粘结剂涂布在外层薄膜上,贴合芯层薄膜,然后再将无溶剂粘接剂涂布在芯层薄膜上,贴合热封层薄膜,构成PET/PA/CPP的复合膜半成品,将所得复合膜半成品在50℃~70℃的温度条件下熟化处理24h~72h,即得PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述涂布具体为:涂布温度为55℃~65℃,涂布量为1.5g/m2~3g/m2,涂布速度为150m/min~400m/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜的厚度为:5μm~40μm。
9.一种如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的PET/PA/CPP复合薄膜在制备高温蒸煮食品包装袋中的应用。
