Abstract

一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,包括滚轮轴承外圈、内圈、两列圆柱滚动体、平挡圈和弹簧圈。外圈的内周面上设置有两个滚道,滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体装入外圈的对应的两个滚道内,构成外圈与滚子外组件,将滚轮轴承内圈装入外圈与滚子外组件中。所述平挡圈外圆上设有挡圈沟槽,弹簧圈固定在挡圈沟槽中,将带有弹簧圈的平挡圈分别装在外圈两端内,使弹簧圈外径卡入相对应的外圈所设的外圈沟槽内,使平挡圈固定在滚轮轴承外圈中,构成双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。本发明提高了轴承使用寿命,减少生产线经常更换轴承,提高了生产效率,减少了生产成本,适合在重负荷轴向定位上使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,特别是涉及一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。
背景技术
普通轧机轴向定位用轴承一般采用深沟球、角接触球等动载荷较小的轴承,这类轴承所能承受的轴向载荷小,在轴向载荷较大的情况下容易超出轴承的额定载荷,轴承容易损坏。这样就需要开发出一种能够适应轴向载荷较大的情况的轴向定位用轴承。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够适应轴向载荷较大情况的轴向定位用轴承,适应用户的要求,增加轴承的使用寿命,减少更换轴承的频率的一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。
采用的技术方案是:
一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,包括滚轮轴承外圈、滚轮轴承内圈、滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体、平挡圈和弹簧圈。所述的滚轮轴承外圈的内周面上设置有两个滚道,滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体装入滚轮轴承外圈的对应的两个滚道内,构成外圈与滚子外组件,将滚轮轴承内圈装入外圈与滚子外组件中。所述平挡圈外圆上设有挡圈沟槽,弹簧圈固定在挡圈沟槽中,将带有弹簧圈的平挡圈分别装在外圈与圆柱滚动体形成的外组件的滚轮轴承外圈两端内,使弹簧圈外径卡入相对应的滚轮轴承外圈所设的外圈沟槽内,使平挡圈固定在滚轮轴承外圈中,构成双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。
上述的平挡圈的内径大于滚轮轴承内圈的内径,以便于安装。
上述的平挡圈外径宽度小于平挡圈内径宽度,保证轴承在轧机轴向定位安装的准确性。
本发明提高了轴承使用寿命,减少生产线经常更换轴承,提高了生产效率,减少了生产成本,适合在重负荷轴向定位上使用。

具体实施方式
一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,包括滚轮轴承外圈1、滚轮轴承内圈2、滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体3、平挡圈4和弹簧圈5。所述的滚轮轴承外圈1的内周面上设置有两个滚道,滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体3装入滚轮轴承外圈1的对应的两个滚道内,用辅助工具固定后构成外圈与滚子外组件,将滚轮轴承内圈2装入外圈与滚子外组件中。所述平挡圈4外圆上设有挡圈沟槽7,弹簧圈5固定在挡圈沟槽7中,将带有弹簧圈5的平挡圈4分别装在外圈与圆柱滚动体形成的外组件的滚轮轴承外圈1两端内,使弹簧圈5外径卡入相对应的滚轮轴承外圈1所设的外圈沟槽6内,使平挡圈固定在滚轮轴承外圈中,这样在轴向方向上就形成了固定,不散套,保证了轴承的整体性。为了便于安装,平挡圈4的内径需大于内圈2的内径;为了保证轴承在轧机轴向定位安装的准确性,需保证平挡圈外径宽度8小于平挡圈内径9宽度,所述构成双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。

1.一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,包括滚轮轴承外圈(1)、滚轮轴承内圈(2)、滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体(3)、平挡圈(4)和弹簧圈(5),其特征在于所述的滚轮轴承外圈(1)的内周面上设置有两个滚道,滚轮轴承两列圆柱滚动体(3)装入滚轮轴承外圈(1)的对应的两个滚道内,构成外圈与滚子外组件,将滚轮轴承内圈(2)装入外圈与滚子外组件中,所述平挡圈(4)外圆上设有挡圈沟槽(7),弹簧圈(5)固定在挡圈沟槽(7)中,将带有弹簧圈的平挡圈分别装在外圈与圆柱滚动体形成的外组件的滚轮轴承外圈(1)两端内,使弹簧圈(5)外径卡入相对应的滚轮轴承外圈(1),所设的外圈沟槽(6)内,使平挡圈(4)固定在滚轮轴承外圈(1)中,构成双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,其特征在于所述的平挡圈(4)的内径大于滚轮轴承内圈(2)的内径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轧机轴向定位用双列圆柱滚子滚轮轴承,其特征在于所述的平挡圈外径宽度(8)小于平挡圈内径宽度(9)。
