本发明公开了一种可承受极大轴向载荷的组配角接触球轴承,涉及高速、轴向重载工况的轴承装配领域,包括:轴承外圈,轴承内圈,滚动体和保持架,所述的轴承内圈和轴承外圈选取越肩极限尺寸系数Kd1和Kd2为0.95,利用内圈沟底径dI、外圈沟底径DI的差值与滚动体直径DW,结合公式(DI‑dI)/2‑DW,给出对应的装配锁量;所述的滚动体采用主轴轴承用钢球。本发明的有益效果在于:选取合理的越肩极限尺寸,保证轴承在工作时,挡边不会因极大的轴向力而被损坏。而且采用锁量角方法确定了影响安装的滚动体位置及角度,合理给出装配锁量,实现了产品的无损装配。

技术领域
本发明涉及高速、轴向重载工况的轴承装配技术领域,具体为可承受极大轴向载荷的组配接触球轴承。
背景技术
随着新型合成材料的涌现、高精度注塑件使用范围的扩大,电动注塑机的发展不仅符合社会生产力发展的必然趋势,而且对发展民族塑机工业并积极参与国际竞争,提升整个注塑机行业的技术水平具有非常重要的意义。但是如果采用普通轴承来作主轴轴承,安装在注塑机上存在磨损严重、寿命低的难题,主要原因在于目前用于电动注塑机的主轴轴承的轴向承载力较小,运行过程中磨损较大,不利于高速连续生产的要求。
例如,公布号 CN102705370A的专利提供了一种外圈具有双滚道的组配角接触球轴承设计安装方法,将传统背对背组配角接触球轴承的两外圈和外隔圈合三为一设计成整体外圈和整体外圈内径端面的两侧设计有双滚道,双滚道上配置各自的内圈,两内圈的 3/4 圆弧滚道与整体外圈的 3/ 4 圆弧滚道在滚球接触角内相互呈对角设置,滚球配置在保持架内且滚球在相互呈对角所 围成的半圆弧滚道内滚动,从而计算出设置在两内圈之间内隔圈轴向长度的研磨量。该发明增加了轴承的整体刚度,有利于增加轴承的使用寿命,但是对于轴承的轴向载荷却没有明显的增加,客观上无法真正的解决轴向载荷过大带来的损耗问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是设计可承受极大轴向载荷的组配角接触球轴承,解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
可承受极大轴向载荷的组配角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、滚动体和保持架,其特征在于:轴承外圈和轴承内圈所选取的越肩极限尺寸系数Kd1和Kd2为0.95,利用内圈沟底径dI、外圈沟底径DI的差值与滚动体的直径DW,结合公式(DI-dI)/2-DW,计算出对应的装配锁量,按照给出的装配锁量进行轴承的装配。
优选地,所述的滚动体为主轴轴承用钢球。
优选地,所述的装配锁量同样适用于普通的角接触轴承的装配。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过选取合理的越肩极限尺寸,保证轴承在工作时,挡边不因极大的轴向力而被损坏。而且采用锁量角方法确定了影响安装的滚动体位置及角度,合理给出装配锁量,实现了产品的无损装配。

实施例1:可承受极大轴向载荷的组配角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2、滚动体3和保持架4,轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2所选取的越肩极限尺寸系数Kd1和Kd2为0.95,利用内圈沟底径dI、外圈沟底径DI的差值与滚动体3的直径DW,结合公式(DI-dI)/2-DW,计算出对应的装配锁量,按照给出的装配锁量进行轴承的装配;所述滚动体3为主轴轴承用钢球。
所述装配锁量还适用于普通的角接触轴承的装配。

1.可承受极大轴向载荷的组配角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、滚动体和保持架,其特征在于:轴承外圈和轴承内圈所选取的越肩极限尺寸系数Kd1和Kd2为0.95,利用内圈沟底径dI、外圈沟底径DI的差值与滚动体的直径DW,结合公式(DI-dI)/2-DW,计算出对应的装配锁量,按照给出的装配锁量进行轴承的装配。
