Abstract
本发明属于包括螺栓本体,螺栓本体包括螺杆和螺栓头部,螺杆上设置有外螺纹;螺杆上靠近螺栓头部的一端固定设置有衬套;螺杆外壁上沿螺杆长度方向设置有多条凹槽;螺杆上还活动套设有随动动圈,随动动圈内壁上设置有多个与凹槽相配合的卡舌;螺杆的端部设置有螺纹内孔,螺纹内孔中安装有与其配合的螺塞。本发明使螺栓在装配拆卸过程中不从口盖中脱出,再次装配时无需进行配对就可直接安装,从而避免错装和误装的情况,同时提高装配效率,提高飞机的可维修性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于航空航天机体用紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓。
背景技术
在航空航天器零件设计中,通常会采用大量的紧固件作为部件之间的连接件,普通的螺栓在使用拆除过程中,当螺栓和螺母分离时,无论是使用自锁螺母还是普通螺母,螺栓都会从机体构件中脱出。
一般情况我们选择的螺栓规格和夹层长度都是一致的,故重新组装后不会发生错装和误装的情况。但在飞机维修、检测口盖中有一些重要的承力口盖,由于飞机机体结构设计的需要,在同一口盖上与机体连接的螺栓需要不同的规格和不同的夹层长度,必须保证每次螺栓装配的正确性,若不能正确装配,可能造成由于飞机口盖装配不到位导致飞机故障。为了保证每次螺栓装配的正确性通常做法是在飞机机体和螺栓上的明显位置做上螺栓标准及夹层长度标记,每次螺栓装配时一一配对,既费时又费力。
因此需要研发设计一种新型结构的螺栓,使螺栓在装配拆卸过程中不从口盖中脱出,再次装配时无需进行配对就可直接安装,从而避免错装和误装的情况,同时提高装配效率,提高飞机的可维修性。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、设计合理、拆卸过程不从口盖中脱出的飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓包括螺栓本体,螺栓本体包括螺杆和螺栓头部,螺杆上设置有外螺纹;螺杆上靠近螺栓头部的一端固定设置有衬套;螺杆外壁上沿螺杆长度方向设置有多条凹槽;螺杆上还活动套设有随动动圈,随动动圈内壁上设置有多个与凹槽相配合的卡舌;螺杆的端部设置有螺纹内孔,螺纹内孔中安装有与其配合的螺塞。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:通过在螺杆上固定设置衬套,使用时将衬套与口盖铆接,从而将螺栓与口盖进行固定;随动动圈可在螺栓凹槽中自由滑动,不影响螺栓正常使用,并且由于螺塞阻挡,随动动圈不能脱出螺栓;拆卸后不脱出螺栓与口盖依然连在一起,因此避免了装配错误的情况,提高了装配效率和飞机机体的可维修性。
优选地:所述凹槽的数量为3条。
优选地:所述螺栓头部的形状为盘头、沉头、圆头、六角头或方形头中的一种。
优选地:所述螺栓头部上开设扳拧槽,扳拧槽的槽型为一字槽、十字槽、内六角或内六花中的一种。

请参见图1,本发明包括螺栓本体,螺栓本体包括螺杆6和螺栓头部1,螺杆6上设置有外螺纹;螺杆6上靠近螺栓头部1的一端固定设置有衬套2;螺杆6外壁上沿螺杆6长度方向设置有多条凹槽5;螺杆6上还活动套设有随动动圈3,随动动圈3内壁上设置有多个与凹槽5相配合的卡舌;螺杆6的端部设置有螺纹内孔,螺纹内孔中安装有与其配合的螺塞4。
本实施例中,所述凹槽5的数量为3条。
所述螺栓头部1的形状可以为盘头、沉头、圆头、六角头或方形头等多种头型。
所述螺栓头部1上开设扳拧槽,扳拧槽的槽型可以为一字槽、十字槽、内六角或内六花,满足不同要求口盖的需求。
本发明的工作原理为:通过衬套2与口盖铆接,将螺栓与口盖固定在一起;由于螺塞4阻挡,随动动圈3不能脱出螺栓,故将不脱出螺栓与口盖融为一体;口盖装拆时,随动动圈在螺栓凹槽5中自由滑动,不影响螺栓正常使用,拆卸后不脱出螺栓与口盖依然连在一起。
本发明在性能、功能上可替代原口盖使用的螺栓,同时解决了原口盖使用螺栓所存在的问题,安装使用方便,大大节省了口盖的拆装时间,避免了装配错误的发生,提高了可维修性。
Claims (4)
1.一种飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓,其特征在于:包括螺栓本体,螺栓本体包括螺杆(6)和螺栓头部(1),螺杆(6)上设置有外螺纹;螺杆(6)上靠近螺栓头部(1)的一端固定设置有衬套(2);螺杆(6)外壁上沿螺杆(6)长度方向设置有多条凹槽(5);螺杆(6)上还活动套设有随动动圈(3),随动动圈(3)内壁上设置有多个与凹槽(5)相配合的卡舌;螺杆(6)的端部设置有螺纹内孔,螺纹内孔中安装有与其配合的螺塞(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓,其特征在于:所述凹槽(5)的数量为3条。
3.如权利要求2所述的飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓头部(1)的形状为盘头、沉头、圆头、六角头或方形头中的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的飞机机体口盖用不脱出螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓头部(1)上开设扳拧槽,扳拧槽的槽型为一字槽、十字槽、内六角或内六花中的一种。
