本发明涉及一种涤腈花式羊毛面料，由涤腈花式纱线与羊毛毛纱交织织出，涤腈花式纱线含有涤纶和腈纶，该面料中成分重量含量为：羊毛75±5％，涤纶10±3％，腈纶15±3％；捻度：经向:565±10捻/10cm,纬向565±10捻/10cm；密度：经向:204±5根/10cm,纬向200±5根/10cm；纱支公制支数：经向:35/2,纬向35/2+18/1；该面料每平方米重量为240～275克。该面料的优点是：腈纶与羊毛相似，蓬松性和保暖性较好，而且面料整体抗断裂，抗撕破性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤腈花式羊毛面料。
背景技术
一般的纯羊毛面料保暖性较好，但是纯羊毛面料抗断裂，抗撕破性能较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种涤腈花式羊毛面料，保暖性较好且抗断裂，抗撕破性能较好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种涤腈花式羊毛面料，由涤腈花式纱线与羊毛毛纱交织织出，所述涤腈花式纱线含有涤纶和腈纶，该面料中成分重量含量为：羊毛75±5％，涤纶10±3％，腈纶15±3％；
捻度：经向:565±10捻/10cm,纬向565±10捻/10cm；
密度：经向:204±5根/10cm,纬向200±5根/10cm；
纱支公制支数：经向:35/2,纬向35/2+18/1；
该面料每平方米重量为240～275克。
本发明的有益效果是：该面料的优点是：腈纶与羊毛相似，蓬松性和保暖性较好，而且面料整体抗断裂，抗撕破性能好。

一种涤腈花式羊毛面料，由涤腈花式纱线与羊毛毛纱交织织出，所述涤腈花式纱线含有涤纶和腈纶，该面料中成分重量含量为：羊毛75±5％，涤纶10±3％，腈纶15±3％；
捻度：经向:565±10捻/10cm,纬向565±10捻/10cm；
密度：经向:204±5根/10cm,纬向200±5根/10cm；
纱支公制支数：经向:35/2,纬向35/2+18/1；
该面料每平方米重量为240～275克，优选每平方米重量为255克。
该面料性能测试结果如下：
可以看出，该面料的静态尺寸变化率及汽蒸尺寸变化率均能达到合格要求且变化较为稳定，断裂强力、撕破强力较大，即面料抗断裂，抗撕破性能好。
该面料的优点是：腈纶与羊毛相似，蓬松性和保暖性较好，而且面料整体抗断裂，抗撕破性能好。

捻度：经向:565±10捻/10cm,纬向565±10捻/10cm；
密度：经向:204±5根/10cm,纬向200±5根/10cm；
纱支公制支数：经向:35/2,纬向35/2+18/1。
