本发明公开了一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱，纬向采用涤纶纱，由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低，耐酸洗等特点，可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度，提高了纱强力，从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。本发明增加了面料的弹力，提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度，增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性，提升了耐磨性能。

本发明属于面料织造领域，具体涉及一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有酒店毛巾以全棉为材质，由于频繁洗涤过程中的摩擦、水解、氧化等原因造成强力下降，缩短产品使用周期，增加产品使用成本，增加了对棉纤维的消耗量，降低了产品的经济效益及社会效益。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。
技术方案：一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺，具体相关工艺参数如下：
(1)面料的规格如下：面料采用平纹组织进行织造，门幅为250cm；经纱为20s全棉纱，捻度为75捻/10cm；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱，捻度75捻/10cm；纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝；
(2)纱线配置如下：经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸，纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
有益效果：本发明的具体优势如下：
(1)本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱，纬向采用涤纶纱，由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低，耐酸洗等特点，可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。
(2)本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度，提高了纱强力，从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。
(3)本发明增加了面料的弹力，提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度，增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性，提升了耐磨性能。

(1)面料的规格如下：面料采用平纹组织进行织造，门幅为250cm；经纱为20s全棉纱，捻度为75捻/10cm；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱，捻度75捻/10cm；纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝；
(2)纱线配置如下：经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸，纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
(3)本发明中的面料达到的技术指标如下表1所示。

本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱，纬向采用涤纶纱，由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低，耐酸洗等特点，可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。
本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度，提高了纱强力，从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。
本发明增加了面料的弹力，提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度，增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性，提升了耐磨性能。

(1)面料的规格如下：面料采用平纹组织进行织造，门幅为250cm；经纱为20s全棉纱，捻度为75捻/10cm；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱，捻度75捻/10cm；纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝；
(2)纱线配置如下：经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸；纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸，纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
