本发明公开了一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱,纬向采用纯涤纱和低弹丝,由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低,耐酸洗等特点,可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度,提高了纱强力,从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。本发明增加了面料的弹力,提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度,增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性,提升了耐磨性能。

本发明属于面料织造领域,具体涉及一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有酒店毛巾以全棉为材质,由于频繁洗涤过程中的摩擦、水解、氧化等原因造成强力下降,缩短产品使用周期,增加产品使用成本,增加了对棉纤维的消耗量,降低了产品的经济效益及社会效益。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺,具体相关工艺参数如下:
(1)面料的规格如下:面料采用平纹组织进行织造,门幅为250cm;经纱为20s全棉纱,捻度为75捻/10cm;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱,捻度75捻/10cm;纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝;
(2)纱线配置如下:经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸,纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
有益效果:本发明的具体优势如下:
(1)本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱,纬向采用涤纶纱,由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低,耐酸洗等特点,可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。
(2)本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度,提高了纱强力,从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。
(3)本发明增加了面料的弹力,提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度,增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性,提升了耐磨性能。

一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺,具体相关工艺参数如下:
(1)面料的规格如下:面料采用平纹组织进行织造,门幅为250cm;经纱为20s全棉纱,捻度为75捻/10cm;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱,捻度75捻/10cm;纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝;
(2)纱线配置如下:经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸,纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
(3)本发明中的面料达到的技术指标如下表1所示。

本发明的织物的经向采用全棉纱,纬向采用涤纶纱,由于涤纶纤维相对棉 纤维强力高、吸水性低,耐酸洗等特点,可以增强面料的强力、耐洗程度。
本发明的织物增加了纱的捻度,提高了纱强力,从而增强了面料的耐洗程度。
本发明增加了面料的弹力,提高了面料的断裂拉伸长度,增强了面料摩擦过程中的缓冲性,提升了耐磨性能。

  1. 一种耐洗梭织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:具体相关工艺参数如下:
    (1)面料的规格如下:面料采用平纹组织进行织造,门幅为250cm;经纱为20s全棉纱,捻度为75捻/10cm;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱,捻度75捻/10cm;纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝;
    (2)纱线配置如下:经纱为20s全棉纱75根/英寸;纬纱1为30s纯涤纱17根/英寸,纬纱2为150d48F低弹丝34根/英寸,1根纬纱1与2根纬纱2相间打纬。
