本发明公开一种阻燃固体胶,属于办公用品技术领域。本发明采用以下重量份的原料制成:橡胶10份~15份、骨胶1份~5份、甘油2份~4份、尿素5份~8份、柠檬酸钠1份~5份、松节油0.5份~1份、铝酸钴0.1份~0.5份、钛酸正丁酯0.05份~0.08份、甲酸钠0.5份~1份以及去离子水30份~40份。与传统的固体胶相比,本发明具有优异的阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明属于办公用品技术领域,尤其是一种阻燃固体胶。
背景技术
固体胶,是一种以动物胶、抗凝剂、脂肪酸盐、溶剂、防腐剂为主要原料制得的固体胶,可在-20℃至40℃环境中用于粘贴各种纸张。然而,尽管固体胶有着众多的优点,但是其也存在着一些问题,例如其阻燃性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃性能好的阻燃固体胶。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
采用以下重量份的原料制成:
橡胶10份~15份、骨胶1份~5份、甘油2份~4份、尿素5份~8份、柠檬酸钠1份~5份、松节油0.5份~1份、铝酸钴0.1份~0.5份、钛酸正丁酯0.05份~0.08份、甲酸钠0.5份~1份以及去离子水30份~40份。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
与传统的固体胶相比,本发明具有优异的阻燃性能。

下面结合具体实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1—阻燃固体胶
采用的原料如下:橡胶1200g、骨胶200g、甘油300g、尿素700g、柠檬酸钠400g、松节油70g、铝酸钴30g、钛酸正丁酯6g、甲酸钠90g以及去离子水3800g;
其具体的制备方法为:将上述原料按照预定的比例在120℃混合均匀。
本实施例所得产物的阻燃性能参数为:氧指数41%;续燃时间2s;碳化长度5mm。
实施例2—阻燃固体胶
采用的原料如下:橡胶1500g、骨胶500g、甘油400g、尿素800g、柠檬酸钠500g、松节油100g、铝酸钴50g、钛酸正丁酯8g、甲酸钠100g以及去离子水4000g;
其具体的制备方法为:将上述原料按照预定的比例在120℃混合均匀。
本实施例所得产物的阻燃性能参数为:氧指数41%;续燃时间2s;碳化长度5mm。
实施例3—阻燃固体胶
采用的原料如下:橡胶1000g、骨胶100g、甘油200g、尿素500g、柠檬酸钠100g、松节油50g、铝酸钴10g、钛酸正丁酯5g、甲酸钠50g以及去离子水3000g;
其具体的制备方法为:将上述原料按照预定的比例在120℃混合均匀。
本实施例所得产物的阻燃性能参数为:氧指数41%;续燃时间2s;碳化长度5mm。

1.一种阻燃固体胶,其特征在于采用以下重量份的原料制成:
橡胶10份~15份、骨胶1份~5份、甘油2份~4份、尿素5份~8份、柠檬酸钠1份~5份、松节油0.5份~1份、铝酸钴0.1份~0.5份、钛酸正丁酯0.05份~0.08份、甲酸钠0.5份~1份以及去离子水30份~40份。
